I placed an order after I did not see any movement with the tracking number I tried to contact them. First a recording with the phone number then it was disconnected. Email just a auto reply then Chat several times. The kept say wait a month on the chat. I purchased through PayPal. We will see what they can do with the dispute.
I took a chance at purchasing a ring through Jeulia from a Facebook ad. I rarely purchase off Facebook's ads, but I saw a ring I just feel instantly in love with. After clicking into the site, reading the descriptions, I took a shot and made the purchase. I received my ring two weeks later in a beautiful box display. The size was perfect and ring was exactly as described. The ring was even heavier than I expected. I've saved my Jeulia website link and will order from them again.
My husband placed an order in November for my Christmas present. Free shipping was to take 9-25 days - well we have exceeded that. We have sent numerous online inquires because prior to the 800# being disconnected (major sign of fraudulent activities) when we would talk to someone on the phone they would disconnect the call as soon as we asked for the tracking information.
Online inquires, more than 8 now; have failed to produce a ring. Our USPS tracking number still shows 11/26/16 - post of origin is preparing to ship.
When I question them about the fact that it does not appear it has left their country, they tell us free shipping cannot be tracked - " so sorry sir."
SUCH a disappointment - I am not sure what the actual ring would have looked like but I was really excited about getting it. Now, I am pretty sure we will never see it.

I ordered my ring in November. I still haven't heard one word from this company after many emails. The number that they have on the website doesn't work. What a shameful way to do business. I'm filling a claim with my credit company. Do not order from them!
Update! They sent an email Dec 22 stating I would receive my ring in 4-7 day lol it's now Jan 4th and still no ring. This is a horrible company I'm reporting to the BBB

Recieved a 3 piece wedding set for Christmas, from my husband. He wasn't able to be home with us for the holiday, so he ordered the set (even had it engraved) and it was mailed quickly! I recieved it within just a few days, actually! It is absolutely gorgeous and the fit is perfect. Very shiny, very cute packaging, as well! I am absolutely in love with my rings :D
I've had other very expensive rings but my boyfriend got me this ring for our engagement and it's beautiful ive had great commits about my ring in public we will be buying another set in the future and the fit is right on.

I received 2 rings from Jeulia and I didn't like the looks of them so I contacted them and took pictures of them as they requested and I paid to have them returned. I gave them the tracking number and the time of arrival from the post office as they requested. After that I haven't heard one word from them. They won't return my emails. They wouldn't answer their phone and now it says, "The number you have dialed has been disabled" the are a terrible company to work with and I just want my money refunded to my credit card.

I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. This company is a joke! I ordered from them and was unhappy with my purchase, after many emails and asking for a return authorization the jewelry was returned at my expense. After they were recieved no word from this company at all. I have now had to have my bank go after them for a refund. They are the worst possible company to deal with. Received completely damaged box and have received zero messages from Juelia after requesting that they simply ship me out a new box. I received 1 message back stating that they would offer me a discount on a future purchase. When replying to this 6x letting them know that this is an unacceptable resolution. I purchased black diamond 3ct. Ring. I loved the look and wore it daily. I noticed the rhodium plating was turning chocolate color so contacted the company. The said to send it back for new plating. That was five weeks ago, now they do not even return email to me. I have no ring, and the BBB does not recommend this company. Go to their site and you will see, many people warn of this company. Save your money, take your business elsewhere. It is heart braking to go through when you really find that special ring to be let down by cheap imitation.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
