I ordered a ring the week of Thanksgiving, was finally able to track my order and it says it had arrived to a facility in China to be mailed on 12/4/16... nothing since. I have sent two emails in the past 36 hrs and no response. Customer service number says disconnected... starting to think this is a scam as well.
Ordered ring almost 30 days ago and they said " ring lost or stolen, no updates for you". Asked for refund and they said "no sir can't, have to wait". Biggest scam... phone number disconnected and will not respond to my emails! Found another number... customer service will not share their name. Asked for Manager and they said sorry call back in 8 hours. Worst company ever. BUYER BEWARE... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I ordered a ring on Nov. 9. It is now Dec 23 and I still haven't received my order. I have called and it is always "busy" until this morning and the response is that the number has been disconnected. I emailed and someone emailed back to confirm my mailing address but nothing more. I have emailed to try and get an answer but to no avail. I am beginning to believe this is a scam as well and ready to report them.

After a number of email and phone conversations I followed the process of the return and reorder to pay for shipping costs on the new ring. My boyfriend ordered me a beautiful engagement ring off Jeulia Jewelry website & i have yet to recieve it. He ordered it last Thursday & the website said it would take 1 to 4 days to get to me. I called the 1- 800 number & it says disabled, i also emailed them multiple times & when they would reply back instead of giving me relief to my concern they beat around it. I am very upset that this is my first marriage proposal & my first ring & i cant even enjoy it. Me & my boyfriend work very hard for our money. & it is very unprofessional for a business to treat their paying customers this way. Its such ashame that a business with beautiful jewelry dont take pride in their company and customers

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
