I ordered three different rings and decided I wanted to return one of the rings and keep the other two.
They state a 30 day return policy, Ring is still tagged, and I never been worn so I thought this would be no issue even though The jewelry oddly does not come with Any sort of packing slip or exchange/return info. SO, I emailed their customer service with all my info. The responses I have received to my two emails state that if I will send them my information they can help me... wait! Hadn't I just emailed them all my details twice already!?!?
Not sure what their set up is, but it feels shady to me!

I gave my love the Promise ring with the heart-shaped stone and she absolutely loves it. Pictures have already gone out to several of her contacts, including her mother, who has already said how much she loves it, too. I thought the ring was beautiful in the box, but it looks spectacular now that it's on her finger where it belongs. Jeulia has earned my wholehearted endorsement. I couldn't be more pleased.
I just want to say thank you for my wedding rings that I orderd from Jeulia they are spectacular and in our country 1 in a million. I have always loved having something different from everybody else.

My boyfriend surprised me with the ring he put it in a printer drum box I was so confused. But when I saw the ring I yelled I was so happy it's beautiful fits prefect. The gift box it comes in is cute it has a card you can write a message on and a cleaning cloth. I really want to post pictures.

Ordered a ring Christmas, and the appearance is not as the image shows. Does not look like sterling silver, it is too shiny, it is so light-weight it almost feels like coated plastic. The stone is SO crystal clear, it looks like a plastic gem. Very cheap looking, and not even worth the $50 I paid for it. But you know what they say... if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Refused to answer emails, if you use the online chat they will just ignore you, filed a claim through PayPal to get resolution. These positive reviews have to be people that are employed by Jeulia. They eventually emailed me saying that they will not fulfill the order now unless I close the dispute through PayPal and say the order has been fulfilled, which it hasn't.

I ordered a ring for my wife in November, and i still haven't received it yet. The tracking information is not up to date at all. It says its being prepared to be shipped, so its still in china as of Dec. 5th. When i live chat with them about it. They tell me it's in the US already in route to my house. Not happy with this at all. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Christmas is tomorrow.

My rings were ordered a week befor Christmas in a size that is not a normal size for a women ring and it arrived yesterday one week after order was placed. Easy fast and gorgeous. This was a temporary replacement for my original wedding set until I can wear them again and I am loving them. Wore them out last night and got so many compliments. They look amazing.
My husband bought me a new wedding ring through your company for Christmas, and also an anniversary ring for our 16th anniversary which just happens to be 4 days after Christmas. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
