NO RETURNS

My former fiance purchased a 3 pc. Wedding set in late October. He received the set but our wedding was cancelled. So he has been trying to reach someone so he can get his refund and IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to reach someone to directly talk to; when I emailed them (3) times, they respond with "Need order number". I don't have the order number but the name, address and date they TOOK HIS MONEY on file. I agree with the other reviewer. THEY ARE A SCAM! The ring has been returned to them for about 3 weeks now and still no word or ability to find out about getting the money back.

Per our emails record, you sent us a email on 14th, Dec to request the refund and we got back to you on 15th to confirm the order information since you could not offer us the order number. On 22th, we gave you the address to return then there was no any update from you, we didn't know when you send back to us and the tracking number. As we said on our email, "please remember to tell us the shipping carrier and the tracking number after you ship it. Thanks in advance."

I ordered two white sapphire rings set in silver. They are stunning and the craftsmanship is excellent. They also arrived in an attractive jewelry box, with the ring boxes inside of a drawer - impressive packaging. I paid for expedited shipping but never expected my order to arrive in just TWO DAYS! Great product and great service through their FB page. Definitely a winner,

Since the very1st contact making purchase for my guy for my promise ring, I was 100% satisfied!
I was concerned about how long and border duties,(thinking charges twice for delivery).
I've never made a purchase this amount from US before. And, customer services emailed me right away verifying my concern.

SCAM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ORDERED THREE RINGS, THE FIRST, A STONE FELL OUT, THE SECOND I TRIED TO EXCHANGE IT SCRATCHED MY FINGER SO BADLY THE THIRD I NEVER RECEIVED. I FILLED OUT COUNTLESS SERVICE TICKETS OF WHICH THEY ASK FOR MY ORDER NUMBERS AND THEN THEY REPLY WITH "PLESE PROVIDE ORDER NUMBER" AND NEVER RESPOND BACK. I HAVE SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS ATTEMPTING TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESULTS. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY ARE ON THE WAY AND THEY NEVER COME. NOTHE TRACKING INFO THEY GIVE ME CANNOT BE TRACKED. I HAVE WAITED A MONTH NOW WITH NO RESOLVE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, IT IS A HUGE SCAM!

Ordered and received a ring (wrong size). Sent it back on Dec 7th (USPS tracking confirms delivery) and pre-paid shipping for a replacement. Since then, no response to repeated email inquires, phones either disconnected or unanswered and NO RING! I guess I'll have to report them as a scam operation to my credit card company
