Ordered ring over a month ago, payment went thru but still NO RING has arrived.
I have sent two emails, tried all their telephone numbers, one is disconnected the other no reply. I felt I'd been SCAMMED. Eventually 4 weeks later the ring arrived, nice package, ring is as expected.

Cheaters, liars, and thieves

When you contacted us on 23th to cancel one ring, but the two rings had been shipped out and you also had received the two rings on 31th. If you don't want the other ring, you can simply send it back for full refund. What a mess!

The product itself is about what you'd expect. The packaging is very nice though. Customer service was a disaster. Tried desperately to cancel an order right after I placed it (thinking I'd have a chance to review my order before it was finalized). Emails were days in between and did not address my problem and were in broken English so it made it almost impossible to figure out what they were saying. They stalled long enough (several weeks) responding to my emails that the product actually shipped and now they won't allow me to return it because it's an odd size. The link they provide on PayPal to resolve a problem is also wrong. Very frustrating experience.

It's now January and it still is in China according to tracking. I'm very disappointed.
I've tried contacting them many times with no response. I'll never buy from Jeulia ever again.

Stay Away

Save your money, don't buy from these guys. Don't know how many of you have seen the super cute skull rings from Jeulia Jewelry, but I really wanted one. Got it for Christmas and within minutes of putting it on my finger started to swell from an allergic reaction Got cut off at the ER... our most memorable Christmas so far

We should have known when the ring arrived from China. And the ring looks and feels super cheap. My husband tried to call to speak with someone about a refund with no answer. Finally he got a response on Facebook but they won't refund since the ring is damaged. Well no kidding!

The rings are the same quality as a $10 ring at a flea market. They will be hearing back from us when we can contact a manager and discussing a refund and the hospital bill we now have to pay.

Loved the rings. I need to return a couple (they didn't look great on me). The phone number on the confirmation is no longer in service. I have sent emails and called the number on the website, no luck. All I want is an RMA number to return the ones that I don't want and get my money back! I love the one I'm keeping! Help!

Simply stunning!

I ordered my rings 2 days ago after eyeing it nonstop. To say I was shocked when it showed up at my door this afternoon is an understatement! I was so excited to open the package, which was beautifully wrapped, and it is incredibly beautiful! I am so excited to wear it, I am sad I have to send it back to be resized. It is a little on the big side for me. But when I messaged customer service, they got back to me within an hour. Seriously, you have a fan for life.

27th Anniversary gift

Total scam

This place is a scam. They take your money and send NOTHING. They claim to make the rings AFTER they get the order. LIE-I ordered an they sent confirmation and I noticed they had my address wrong. I emailed within MINUTES of ordering and they responded 3 hours later saying too bad so sad it had already shipped. Really? That's some pretty fast jewelry makers they have there. Never heard a peep except the same email 9 NINE TIMES! They send a tracking number which USPS traced and there IS NO ORDER! They have acceptance but that is all USPS cannot find it and neither can this scam of a company. In all fairness I ordered one other item and it is beautiful but they sent the wrong size. I received it in about 8 days. This one is nowhere to be found and all they do is tell you to wait-well I have waited. Some crazy lady on the chat told me to pay half price and they will re ship EXTORTION. So in a nutshell- the site lies, their phone number is bogus and they result to extortion for you to get your order. SUPERVSHADY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Horrible service!

My boyfriend ordered my ring way before thanksgiving and I finally received the second week in December. I sent it back to exchange the size and paid for expedite shipping and it's going on 3 weeks and I haven't heard a word. I know they have received my ring but have not heard when my exchanged ring will be shipped. I have sent email after email and called there numbers and they say they have been disconnected?!?!?! Seriously what kind of business is this?!

I would not order from this company

I ordered two rings from this company. The first ring lost 3 stones within a week. I sent it back and about 2 months later I recieved a replacement. The replacement has already lost 1 stone. The second ring I ordered was the same size as the first only it measured a half size smaller. I had it measured by a jeweler but the people at Jeulia said I was wrong and ordered the wrong size. The first ring fit me great and so I sent them a picture of the 2 rings together to show how small the second ring was. I sent it back to exchange it and a month later I have nothing and they will not answer any messages. They basically stole my money.

Replacement

I originally ordered a ring based on my usual size of 7 1/2 and it was too tight. I quickly messaged the page about a replacement. And they handled it well. The process was quick and I received my new ring 3 weeks later. All with my engravings and well presented in a new box! The delivery service with DHL was terrible as they teared the outer packaging, but my service from Jeulia was impeccable and I will return my business to them again! Thank you Jeulia!

Talk to the right person

During our experience with Jeulia no one really had a clue on what was happening and kept giving us the run around. That is until we came into contact with Emily. In a matter of seconds a problem that was hours long with another employee was solved. I would highly recommend Jeulia their jewelry is beautiful but if you have a concern with your product don't go to the customer service on the website. Wait till 9 pm and message their Facebook account and get a hold of Emily! You will be thankful and will make you question yourself on why didn't I talk to Emily first? That is if a problem arises.
