Ordered this beautiful ring on Facebook & when I received it... It was gorgeous to wear.The ring was slightly scratched & the size I ordered it fitted lovely but when finger got hot it was tight. Jeulia contacted me & we're so kind & really helpful on their website. They kindly said the ring has a years warranty so they said if I send item back they would give me a new one plus I asked for a bigger size & they said that was fine. What a lovely kind helpful team you have & so understanding. I would definitely shop at Jeulia again as u have some lovely beautiful unusual rings. Michelle

After calling their bs customer service line who don't respond ever, I emailed, got a generic response, no resolution... I emailed again asking for a human being to contact me, & left my phone number, no call. At this point I'm frustrated so I start emailing rudely, FINALLY ALLAN RESPONDED TELLING ME NOTTO USE PROFOUND WORDS, but fails to assess my issue!

They say returns are hassle free but its just the opposite its nothing but them giving you the run around one person told me you can return the ring if it was untouched now theyre saying if its engraved they dont accept it. Great craftsmanship, beautiful designs.It fits my finger perfectly. I asked the jewelers to expedite the process, and they did their best to accommodate! And the ring is really durable, it never change colors and I even wear it while washing.

Save yourself the huge disappointment and do not order anything from this site. Same crap you can get from AliExpress for like 1/10 of amount you will be paying at jeulia's and the service will be better and nicer. I did order two rings and after just one week I started to mis some stones. The customer service told me that if I will sent the ring back- it will be my responsibility to pay customer clearance (what the hell?) and other option was to repair it by myself- and they will compensate the part of costs. Come on, I payed already more than 200 for that garbage and now they expact me to spend more for that crap.

After reading all the bad reviews online, I tried to cancel my order. Im glad the rings were already in transit, and here is why...
#1. My two rings arrived within 10 business days
#2. Both rings had S925 printed in white inside the rings (set)
#3. The two rings were what I ordered
#4. I did not have to pay for customs (USPS)
#5. The rings looked just like they did on the website.
So the test of time is the next part. There was rumor the rhodium plating peeled, the rings were not silver, the stones were not lab created sapphire, and stones falling out...
#1 - #5 were all complaints about Jeulia.com and I did not experience order showing up late, having to pay customs, the rings not being what I ordered, or the rings looking different than they did online.
Im hoping Jeulia.com doesnt let me down from this point forward, Im hoping to debunk the rest of the bad reviews. So far, so good.
I purchased a ring. I didn't like how it looked on my hand. I requested a refund. I sent the ring back and after numerous messages on Facebook to Jeuila they located the package. I decided to look for another ring and found one. I messaged Jeuila on Facebook they ok'd the new ring and I received it early. I LOVE MY NEW RING and thank Jeuila for their assistance in making customers HAPPY.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
