My husband bought me a beautiful three piece halo for my birthday to replace our simple wedding bands. We can afford a diamond but would rather put money like that toward a house or a nice vacation. The ring looks expensive. It was better than the picture. It isn't overly big or too small--just right. It shines, sparkles and all of the stones are beautiful. I love it. Keep up the good work.

I bought a ring several months ago from jeulia and still to this day wear it absolutely everywhere. Very affordable, very beautiful. If there were any flaw to mention, its that the thickness of the bands are thinner than i expected, but it still fits and looks absolutely lovely. I have no metal allergies (no turned green problems) so i can't speak on what it will do to sensitive skins, but I Highly recommend this site.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Purchased a ring, tracked my order and was advised that shipping and delivery is free. About a week later, get a call from DHL saying the ring incurred customs and duties tax. Contacted Jeulia service and they are utterly rude. I am disgusted. Rose, the consultant from Jeulia, confirmed that they didn't expect customs and duties costs and that they will refund me a third of the costs and I should cover the rest if I want my ring. Or i should pay them an extra R2000 and they will deliver me a new ring local stock(why they didnt do this initially is beyond me) Meanwhile DHL wants their money and Jeulia is refusing to cover costs even though they advertise free shipping and delivery. Their service is PATHETIC, consultants RUDE. NO regard for the client whatsoever. Asked for a refund and they refused saying it will cost them MORE to get the ring back to them. NOT MY FAULT!

I Love My rings!

I ordered a bridal set and a band for my husband the first set of rings didn't fit but after contacting customer service they were more than happy to help replace the smaller set for the right size I was so impressed by the first set I could wait for the replacement I must've sent them messages about the status of the new set every other week and they were patient and insured me that my rings would be the right size and they would inform me when they new ones shipped out. The new set just arrives today (7-6-16) and I'm OVER THE MOON EXCITED THEY ARE EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE IM MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE

We ordered a replacement of my wedding ring I sent in a picture of what it looked like to begin with and they took every effort to match it for me sending me several pictures of their rings in return at all hours we were going back and forth. We had to customize one to match and it actually came out looking so gorgeous and better than the first ring I had. I simply love it. The customer service was great, shipping was really quick. I would recommend Jeulia to anyone. I get so many compliments on my ring due to I never wanted to be like anyone else and have the same ole wedding ring. We cant Thank you enough.

So my fiancee bought my engagement ring from jeulia and sadly when I took off the ring to wash the dishes it fell from the side and he stood on it - the ring is bent out of shape and seven stones are missing from the right side of the ring. I have been emailing the customer service email provided and I have called the customer service phone number approximately 4 times, the first time I phoned I was hung up on, the second time she couldn't find my order, and I'm STILL emailing them now with photos of the ring to show the damage. My phone camera and everyone else's phone camera I have used to take photos of the ring are not crystal clear as the ring is small but you can clearly see the damage done, I just keep getting asked to send more photos after I have explained I cannot get a better quality photo of the ring! I have sent roughly 10 different photographs of the ring and no one seems to understand me! I have been reading everyone's reviews on how much its cost them to send their ring back and now I'm very dubious and worried! Can anyone help?

Frustrating

If I had known before ordering that this was a Chinese company, I would never have ordered. While I received the ring quickly, it turns out it is the wrong size. Now I am trying to get a straight answer on how to return/exchange, but the lack of English speaking reps makes it difficult. And since the ring is a birthday gift, I decided to just order the right size just to get it here on time, but their website apparently only accepts PayPal all of a sudden, as reiterated by the rude SANDY chat rep. I won't be purchasing here again.

Sorry but the lowest rating was 1, they should have a zero. I purchased a ring for my wife for mothers day and was told it would arrive in time. Two weeks after mothers day I received it. Beautiful ring but the second my wife looked at it she saw a missing stone. I communicated with them immediately and was told I could return it to be fixed or they would pay a local jeweler part of the repair costs. I opted to return it but they kept sending emails to us because they failed to understand I guess what I wanted. After multiple times of emails and my wife even opted for a different ring we sent it back to the only address we had in china for over $75 postage. Now five weeks later they have done nothing and say it has to go to California. It is in china. Do not deal with these folks unless you are willing to forfeit your money. In that case just go to a casino and throw it away as it is a lot more fun.

FALSE ADVERTISING!

I am extremely outraged sad and disappointed. Ordered my ring on Monday 27th June 2016. Made the payment of R3300. This morning I received a call from customs at the airport requesting a payment of R1410. 00 for VAT duties? You under declare the value of the items to avoid VAT, now I have to pay it? So the ring is costing me R1410. 00 more? Very dodgy and misleading. Now my ring is held back at the airport awaiting this payment. Why falsely advertise as "FREE SHIPPING"? Sadly I have to cancel my engagement which was suppose to be tomorrow night. This is so, so DISSAPOINTING Jeulia!

So we ordered a ring Monday and paid extra for 2 day shipping... so on day 3 I engaged in their online chat... SANDY was rude as could be and when I questioned the company and weather or not is is a scam she literally banned me from the chat... lol
Like I did something wrong after giving them all my info
All I wanted was this amazing ring and all I got was rude messages and then banned :(

Stones arent real, all comes from China, seriously dont bother! So many bad reviews and the good ones are clearly fake. They make them for $20 and sell at $150. Why on earth would you want a cheap nasty wedding ring?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to our USA office. You can see ring's description the stones are lab created diamonds, not real diamonds. These all information above is clearly noted on our website, you can enter our website to see more details. Our ring is not worth $20, the paper shows $20 to avoid some troubles duties from customs to get your package delivered. If custom duties happened, you should pay it to get the order.
