Multiple emails to try and get this resolved. Many offers of exchange and a 15% off orders. I do not want to order more, I want to return these rings.
Have been back and forth with "luke" for days. I want to return these rings as they are too big, although I followed the on-line instructions exactly.
I have asked for a refund approval, but do not get a direct answer. This has went on for several days.
Now I get nonsense about it being a custom size - it is from their drop down menu, this is not a custom sized ring!
I only want to return these rings for a full refund. I am so done with this nonsense and multiple emails.
Thank you for all the honest reviews. I was considering ordering from Jeulia, but after reading quite a few negative reviews about customer service, and China made products, I have decided not to waste my money. Buy American!
So, I bought the ring on June 15th and received it on June 22nd. Great shipping and I was impressed. Now, let's talk about the ring. The website makes them look gorgeous and sparkly. I got the ring and I was less than thrilled. The tiny stones are just that, tiny and almost look like a design in the silver. In light you can see them and good photos you can see them. I have had one person tell me they thought it was gaudy, most people say they like it. It is rather big but I thought my fat fingers could pull it off. Customer Care at Jeulia has been very responsive to my questions so far. I am waiting for a response on the questions I asked them today. One being that the specific page states it is a lab created white sapphire. Not a Sworovski crystal. The stone seems to have some rough edges on it and to me it looks like it might be plastic but it makes a ting sound when I tap on it with metal. I got it for a great price between the June sale and a discount code. I am not trying to pass it off as a diamond to anyone, and I will gladly tell them what it is although I want to know if it is a lab created white sapphire or a crystal.

While they do state they use Swarovski crystals on the site. The link I provided above specifically states that they are lab created white sapphires. Also see the pictures I posted.

The rhodium plating was scratched off a bit on the underside of my ring. See picture.
I totally love my ring my husband bought me one with my birth stone color omg it is amazing. The quality is beyond perfect for such an affordable price. I have ordered and received 2 different Jeulia rings. The first thing that impressed me is that they actually have rings over a size 10 for ladies who have larger hands and/or arthritis. Love the look of my ring. It's beautiful. I got it in a very quick manner. The only problem is I feel foolish paying over $100 then reading the packing slip and seeing that the value of the ring is $20.

You can see the ring was shipped from China, there may be customs duty you should pay it to get the package if the value shows over $100. To avoid some inconvenience, we typed the wrong value on the paper. Wish your understanding.

My diamond has a prong bent around it. Why you ask. Because it was cut so terrible it wouldn't fit in the setting correctly and they bent it, so it would fit. Many times I waited for a responce and got nothing. No one answers the phone. Period. When I finally get a responce they ask for pictures. I send. They ask for more. I send. They tell me to ship back with me paying and they'll refund me. Ha. What a joke. Never again!
I think that it's amazing you asked for my order number just because of the reveiw. I was told I can only have a replacement AFTER I PAY TO RETURN THE BROKEN MISS SHAPED PIECE OF CRAP YOU SENT ME! After 2 months of waiting for responce I gave up. BUYERS BEWARE. Comes from China and they send you junk and never respond to you. They take all real reveiws off their site and only pretend to care here because they can't remove it!
Update on ring. I wore it because what else am I going to do with it? It's not black at all anywhere. It wore of complety. Please don't buy this stuff. It's iver priced costume jewelry. Thank god he only paid what he did when he bought it.
