Can hardly tell the band with skulls on it are actually skulls. Very tiny. Should explain that it is enlarged 1000x in the picture. This is about may 2017 order. Seriously should tell people. I wanted a band with skulls. My band just looks like a good band. Come on jelia.
My only concern is how long the rhodium will last and can it be re applied if it wears off. The ring is beautiful and I am enjoying it. Also can the bands be soldered to the main ring to make a solid ring that will hold position?

The center stone is suppose to be 4c but looks like it's around 51/2. I was trying to put my ring in the safe and wear this but this looks like I got it out of the gum ball machine, The return process is not users friendly!

I really hate when people lie to me... I placed my order on May 7. I paid an extra $29 to get the expedited delivery in 3-4 days... This is May 16, still no ring... with this kind of introduction to the company I'm so dismayed... who knows if I'll like my ring... I haven't seen it much less worn it... and contact with staff... duh... we need to wonder if they're robots...

I ordered two gold tone rings, the gold tone was more yellow gold than I liked and it didn't match my gold wedding band. I requested to return the rings and have them replaced with silver instead. The people at Jeulia were very helpful and polite to accommodate my request. My only recommendation to the company would be to produce a truer gold toned ring, exactly the color that is shown on their website. My recommendation to other customers, if you want the product faster than 30 plus days then choose a faster shipping method. It took 33 days to receive my original order and 22 days to receive my replacement product. All in all, I would shop with Jeulia again.
I have been trying now for over a week to return an item I have purchased that I just did not like the way it looked on me. I have contacted service like the return service has indicated, but have still have no return label to send this back. No, I don't want to exchange it, no I don't want to order another same one different size, I want to return it. I have contacted, provided the photo as indicated and still get another email wanting to know if I want to exchange the item. NO I DON"T I WANT TO RETURN IT!
