My first order came quickly. The packaging is very nice. I needed to do an exchange however that had. Itching to do with quality... I wanted a size and design change after seeing the ring in person. I followed their very specific instructions and within 2 weeks I returned the original and received my new rings which were more awesome than the first... I live Jeulia and will order again!

I ordered a ring from jeulia. The ring was beautiful. I had it for about a month when a stone fell out. I called jeulia and was to given an address to send the ring to so it could be fixed. That was on March 10th. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to fix. I have called and called, I have emailed, I have online chatted. Finally I was told on April 27 th that I would receive my ring in 15 days tops. I was so excited because my wedding is on May 24th. I asked for a tracking number and when I received it I got angry. My ring is being shipped from China. I called them back and they said the ring has been sent out and I can expect it in 25 to 48 business days. Needless to say it will not be here in time for my wedding and I will not purchase anything from them again. I asked several times to have the damaged ring sent back to me so I could have local jeweler fix it and and they refuse. Now I have no ring.

Their customer service is horrible! They are unprofessional at all! SCAM AND FRAUD when you want to return your item you will get stuck and they will NEVER accept your return nor refund your money unless you open a dispute with your credit card or your bank! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their customer service agent ( STUPID) and promised me to exchange my ring and I returned the old ring to them and waited almost 5 days to hear from them. Contacted them again and another idiot said ( We do NOT know for which item you were talking about) OMG. Are you serious? I told her and sent her a copy from the email I got from the another idiot agent and she replied to me ( Oh sorry) really? No thank you! I open a dispute with my bank to get my full refund from this SCAM and FRAUD people in CHINA.
Looks and feels cheap, and quickly turns dull, even after cleaning with a jewelry clutch. It, also, doesn't adequately represent the jewelry in pictures. Overall, just really dissapointed.
Absolutely my right hand. Had it custom made! I have two rings from Julia Jewelry. Photo does no justice to the ring. All white Sapphires. So far my experience has been positive. If it take a while for your jewelry to come, give it the 3-5 weeks because sometimes customs can get behind.
My ring size is a 4. It's very hard to order in my size online. I never know what I'm going to get so I don't donit often. But, my husband wanted me to have this gorgeous ring so I ordered it. All I have to say is, exceptional! It is very beautifully designed and looks like it is a set aside my wedding band! I am so pleased with it! The ordering process was very smooth and it came in just 4 days like promised! Thank you Jeulia!

Apparently a ring that I purchased in December 2016 was lost in shipment or delivered to the wrong home. In any event, I paid for it but never received it. I have continually asked for a refund or the ring... thus far I've received none of the above and I plan to notify Pay Pal, the Attorney General's Office and all my family, friends & co-workers. Bottom line, it's a beautiful product IF YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE IT! If you don't, they try to $#*!er with you to pay more for what you've already paid - in this case, that's NOT GOING TO HAPPENING!
