I ordered this ring for my wife for Mothers Day. I ordered it a week before because they had a 3-4 day delivery. After the ring was purchased I was sent an email stating it would take over a week because of high demand. My wife loves the rings, however got them over a week late.
She loves mermaids. I gave it to her just before we went on our Carnival Cruise. She was soooooooooooooo excited! Very beautiful ring.
From start to finish, Jeulia has been a very negative experience. I should have read the many poor reviews about Jeulia prior to placing an order that I now totally regret. The quality of my piece was poor (realize that their jewelry comes from China) and the return process a literal nightmare.
I wish I had never ordered from this company. Buyer beware...

I have several rings from Jueulia. This one is just not my favorite. Others have a better setting than this particular ring. The gold enhanced rings look very cheap. The silver are a much better look and so have gotten many compliments. This band is just too overdone. Too much stone.

I received my ring I ordered within a week and loved it! I had a problem with one of the stones falling out. I contacted customer service and they were real quick in responding to the problem. They had me send the ring back and they fixed it within a week for free. The ring is beautiful and of good quality. I will definitely buy from jeulia again in the future!
Customer service stinks. Nice product. Don't try to return a item. That's where every thing goes wrong. They don't understand or they don't care about the customer. Just the sale
My experience was great! The shipping was faster than I thought. The Lab diamonds are beautiful and can't tell the difference. My only concern is the ring itself. It gets damaged too easily. Like scared up with scratches, nicks. And dings. Like you have to be too careful of what you're handling when you have this ring on. Is this metal too soft or what?
