The first order was damaged and if I did not check it, I would have NEVER known! Ridiculous! Furthermore, part of my order was delayed, first because they said they were given the wrong tracking # and now they say it is out of stock. Untruths, misrepresentations. I would hate to work there. Customer service is THANK GOD, American with people that speak English but it doesn't mean a damn thing when they are spouting untruths becuase they likely don't have the answer. Save yourself the hassle and don't order.
I will never do business with Jet again because of the additional charges that have caused pending (fraudulent) charges to my debit card! The total was $130.51; my bank informed me that they tried to duplicate that charge and the bank denied it. Jet doesn't warn customers that there will be an initial pending charge and THEN additional charges every time an item ships in ADDITION! Horrific! When I spoke to customer service, they apologized, but said that due to a glitch in their system, they were forced to return to their old way of doing business. This is a horrible business practice. My bank is about to eat them alive if they don't fix this within 3 days! Also, I received one item that was leaking and couldn't find an option for that on the returns because I don't really want to return the item (SOME of it leaked, but not all). They sent a wrong item (that I needed right away) and though I have a shipping label, I have to find appropriate packaging to return 1 of many items ordered. From now on, I will stick with Amazon; they stand behind everything on their website and fix problems right away on the rare occasions when they occur.
Site is easy to navigate, they have good prices overall. Once in a while, however, I can get some things much cheaper at big box stores.
I'll make this short and NOT sweet, the fact that folks are here giving reviews on Jet versus being able to leave them on their website should tell you something.
I confirmed that items were in stock before placing my order with Jet and after the lengthy delivery window came and went I called to cancel. After being on hold for 20 mins and getting the manager involved, I was told the order had been cancelled however I received an email around an hour later saying the itrm shipped! Bottom line, I don't have the items or a refund! BUYER PLEASE BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH JET!
I went on the jet.com website to compare prices against Walmart, they did not have cheaper prices and in some cases much more expensive, Maybe I'm missing something?
After a company that I purchased my pre-brush whiting raise was closed down I search all over the internet for it. To my surprise Jet.com had it. The best part of shopping was the more I bought the greater the discount. The site was easy to shop on and to check out. The shipping was inexpensive, it might have been free I can't remember, and I received my products in three days. I highly recommended this online store. Your wallet will thank you.
After ordering and the package never leaving the sender location I called jet to see what was going on. First they said there shipping method was such that they could not find my item (don't choose the free shipping). Then they told me they would resend or refund my purchase price in 2-5 business days. There low prices I'm sure are due to lack of business. I got a personal quote from the gentleman who first responded to my issue it said " my goal in life is to not sweat the petty things, and everything is petty.". Not exactly verbatim but the point I got my personal satisfaction and complaint were nothing less than a petty problem that jet could not be bothered with. I will never do business with them again and will be sure to review them as badly as possible anywhere anyone will listen. Just for reference I've never negatively rated anything I generally try to focus on the positive but jet.com is a scam thought with Walmart being the owner it would be better. Probably not going to Walmart as much anymore either. I cannot stand poor business practices in an age were communication and quality is truly simplified.
Had $10 off coupon for each of first 3 purchases. Only received $7 off. Called to inquire and was told they upgrade me to a better offer. When I asked how the offer could be better when I got less, they told me I just needed to buy more from them in overtime I would save more. Extremely deceptive. Bait and switch. I would never buy from this company again. I explained what happened on an Amazon call and Amazon gave me $10 off my next order. Interesting Amazon can give me $10 over the phone off my order when Jet can't even comply with a printed offer they sent me. Extremely poor company.
Run to Amazon as quickly as you can, far superior company with better service, better products, better prices, better delivery.
I left a favorable review for jet last january 2017 when I ordered fiji water. The second time I ordered I almost threw up. I went to open one of the 1.5 liter bottles of fiji when I thought I saw something floating in the still unopened bottle! When I looked closely what I saw was what looked like a tiny piece of snot (maybe 1/4inch long) floating in the water! Of course I was horrified, and when I called jet they of course gave me a full refund. So I'm not sure if I should be leaving a negative review for jet, since it wasn't their problem, unless it had something to do with the way they were storing the fiji bottles for shipment. Nonetheless, since the bottles came from jet, I won't be ordering any bottled water from them again. When I notified fiji, they didn't even apologize, just told me they'd be happy to send me a UPS call tag, and to just go ahead and return it! Yeah, right! So they can sweep it under the rug? Nope. I decided I'm gonna get it professionally analyzed by a lab to see what the hell's really going on. When I get the results I'll be putting my fiji.com review here. Might just have to break down and join FB so I can spread the word...
I ordered a go cart for my niece's hoverboard it was cheaper than most other places, however when it arrived it had no instruction manual and no nut or hardware to attach the caster wheel. As a result she has not been able to use it yet. Lowes did not have the nut and I had to go to a specialty hardware store to get the fine threaded metric nut to use to attach the caster wheel. Never again will i order from JET.
Jet.com is the best. Service is great and they are always ready to resolve any issue you may have. Prices are great delivery is fantastic.
We ordered Christmas presents a week and a half before Christmas and it is now past Christmas and we still have not received them! The web site states "2 day shipping" but this is not true! Sent an email to the company with no response. Ended up buying other gifts and will return these ones to jet when they show up if they ever do! First and last time buying from them! Will go back to buying at amazon!
Ordered 90 dollars worth of stuff, and my first package came in 2 days as stated. Very easy website to use and very good prices. I will definitely do a LOT of shopping with them. I recommend to anyone...
I ordered my husband a present on November 28,2016 and was told that it would be delivered between Dec. 1 and Dec. 6., come Dec. 8th I realized that it wasn't at my office. I checked my FedEx tracking number and it gave me an error stating that I didn't put my suite number on the address line, even though my email clearly stated that my suite number was on there. I called Jet.com and they told me I needed to contact FedEx, I do so and they told me I had to contact the USPS, since they use a "Smart ship" and that the package was out of FedEx hands. I finally get a hold of USPS after 90 minutes on hold, on Friday, Dec. 9th and they told me that they would redeliver my package on Saturday. I came into work on Monday to find that my package wasn't delivered. I called Jet.com and USPS (after another 90 minute hold) and they said they're redelivering my package. Well, come Tuesday, my package is now being returned to the company because someone dropped the ball somewhere. I have spent literally HOURS on the phone with Jet.com and the USPS to only be told "sorry" and nothing else, because the product is and still is out of stock. I will never ever use Jet.com for anything and buyers be warned.
Great prices until you place your order and they charge you an additional 15 dollars per shipment in separate transactions. Even though they advertise free shipping. I was told that that is just how they do business and that the additional 45 dollars will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days after the initial payment goes through. What a scam. I already reported them to the better business Bureau and ftc. You guys should too.
Round 2 for Jet.com, and I'm done. First round, I ordered 2 pillows, red and white. The photo of the pillows and the description indicated red, but the actual pillows were black. I had to repack them and take them to a Fedex location, which is not close to me at all. For reasons I can't explain ($), I thought I'd give them another try on a coffee maker. How can they mess that up? Oh, but they did. It arrives quickly, and I open the box to find a hideous, bright white abomination instead of the stainless one I ordered. Photo on the receipt: stainless. Words on receipt: stainless. Actual product: something your friend's grandma would put on the counter next to a box of tissues wrapped in a knitted cover. So, once again, I have to repack this thing, take it to Fedex, and wait weeks for my refund. I give up. Perhaps they weren't ready to launch.
Placed my order at the end of November and part was supposed to arrive December 5-7,2016. Today is 12/8 and it's just now shipping. To save $5 is not worth it. Had to go to Walgreens and get small bottle of special eye drops while waiting for order.
I'll stick with Amazon.com
I ordered a TV on Jet.com on November 25,2016 that was to be delivered between December 1-6. On December 5th I received an email that the item was not in stock and they would contact me when more information was available. I called to cancel the order on December 5th and they said I had to wait until the end of the proposed delivery period before I could cancel. I said "So, if I call on December 7th, I can cancel?" they said yes. I waited until December 7th and call to cancel and they refused to cancel the order. They said I can return the item if I don't want it. Bottom line is that after 30 minutes after ordering... YOU CAN NOT CANCEL AN ORDER!"

I spent $190 on Jet.com. I couldn't believe how fast everything started arriving! I did have one mistake - I ordered 3 bottles of perfume/cologne, and one was supposed to be a 6.7 oz bottle of Men's, but arrived as a 1 oz bottle of Women's - strange! But I emailed for help, they answered within 15 minutes! They allowed me to choose whether I wanted a full refund or my actual product - I opted for the 2nd. They told me I could keep the 1oz bottle - yay! I haven't received the replacement yet, but got the confirmation immediately and I'm not at all worried that I won't receive it. Their correspondence with me was so personal - even through email - and so speedy and helpful that even with a mistake, I couldn't be happier.
Now for the reason I won't give it a 5 star rating: I made my order, as I said, $190 total. I had moved money to another bank account specifically for these purchases and there was only that specified amount of money in that account. The next day, I checked my bank account and was $65 overdrawn. Upon researching the issue, I found that Jet.com had double-charged me $190 - so $380 altogether! I called immediately and although I will say, the Jet rep was incredibly helpful and accommodating, I was still sitting on a negative balance in my account, with the worry that my bank would charge me for the overages - if I hadn't called for help, they would have! The rep said they "pre-authorize" the payment, and then charge you again for the items and once they start shipping, they pay the pre-auth money back. So basically, if you buy from them, you need to have double the amount available to avoid bank charges for overages. As I said, she fixed it right then, and I am grateful, but if I hadn't checked my account, I wouldn't have known and my bank would have charged me $35 for every overdraft that occurred (there were 3). It causes me to mistrust them a little, and honestly, I don't know if I would ever order again, because paying double, even for just a few days, isn't in my budget.
