I was shipped the wrong color board. I ordered by RED board and my was delivered in less than 2 weeks... however, It is pink and for a boy so I have no choice but to return it. I did have difficulty getting through, but after about 2 hours the first time and 1 hour the 2nd time of redial, I finally got through. Both times I spoke with someone who was very apologetic and explained a training issue with labels was to blame. The first time I was told that I would receive a shipping label by email and my RED board will be mailed out immediately. I never recieved the email label so that is why I called a 2nd time. They confirmed everything that was said the first time and was very sweet and professional and again apologized. She stated my RED board was already on the way. I got the tracking number from her and sure enough that package is on the way. I was very upset too. But I have faith that I have been told the truth and that everything will turn out for the best. If not, I still say thank you for the customer services reps that were super sweet and friendly.

I have ordered from Vista Print so many times. They are reliable and I am always impressed with their products. I did my Christmas Cards, Envelopes and gift tags with them this year and they are beautiful and all match!

Most of all my orders come from AMAZON. I absolutely love them. Also, with the prime membership you get free shipping. I have only had 1 bad experience with getting an item very late with Amazon... It was a month late so I can only give 4 stars.

Ok! Whoever came up with this concept is a genius and probably a millionaire by now. If you have a good internet connection that can handle streaming, you will not have any problems with Netflix. I have to say that I do not like the app as much on my phone as I do on my TV but that is because of how it indexes. I have tried Hulu (which I HATE and could never understand) and other similar apps and hands down Netflix is the best in the business... as of now!

I am a first time order-er from this site. I ordered a throw for my Mother in Law. It came a week early and it is so beautiful. I cannot even begin to describe the quality of this throw. It is plush and soft. The image uploaded nicely and the color is perfect. I have already had 3 family members go and order the exact throw because they loved it so much. I ordered a hoverbard and it came in perfect. This is my 3rd hoverboard purchase (other 2 from another site) and the other 2 were nightmares. This one came on time, right color, packaging was great and customer services was awesome. They emailed me to get a phone number for the package. We did have a language barrier but we were both professional and was able to work through it. Thank you!

I honestly have to say this review is not about product, but about the company. Getting into a political war when you are in retail, is just bad business and unprofessional. I will NOT shop with Target after their ugly 5 mins of fame. SORRY not SORRY!
