I was shipped the wrong color board. I ordered by RED board and my was delivered in less than 2 weeks... however, It is pink and for a boy so I have no choice but to return it. I did have difficulty getting through, but after about 2 hours the first time and 1 hour the 2nd time of redial, I finally got through. Both times I spoke with someone who was very apologetic and explained a training issue with labels was to blame. The first time I was told that I would receive a shipping label by email and my RED board will be mailed out immediately. I never recieved the email label so that is why I called a 2nd time. They confirmed everything that was said the first time and was very sweet and professional and again apologized. She stated my RED board was already on the way. I got the tracking number from her and sure enough that package is on the way. I was very upset too. But I have faith that I have been told the truth and that everything will turn out for the best. If not, I still say thank you for the customer services reps that were super sweet and friendly.
