Made a single purchase. Jegs split the order in half therefore causing money yransaction issies. Called with my concerns and they denied all accountability. Told me tough luck. This was after several purchasrs. Never Again.

On Sunday afternoon I called Jess inquiring about Headers. Ordered headers and they gave me a part number. After I looked at headers had my doubts in fitment. In about 5-8 minutes he said headers will fit Impala. Afterwards my mechanic informed me that header's won't work and to call back to cancel. Literally 5 minutes after I placed order i called back to cancel. Was told its too late order been sent to shipping and nothing he can do,
He asked me to call back Monday and call customer service and see.opens at 7am. Eastern time. So i wake up early to make call and I am 1 hour behind in time. I call at 6:00 am. my time. And Jegs said it was too late to do anything it has already shipped. Sunday when I tried cancelling I got the run a round in playing dumb with order, so I explained that I would send headers back but who is paying shipping.?Customer service said I would. Bunch of Bologna with Jegs. I will order parts through other vendors istead of Jegs, there are a lot of vendors with same parts.and im sure they have parts but customer service is not working and needs improvements. BEWARE

Advertized Prices and Price Match Guarantees have no meaning here. I purchased an advertised Heidt's IRS. I even verified the price and product 3 times with Graham, Tony and Bobby on 3 seperate phone calls. Jegs immediately took the money from my credit card without shipping the item. No, it was never shipped, but they took the money right away.
A couple of days later an email shows up that they cancelled the order - The email said the item has been discontinued. Total BS. They raised the price a lot. But the morons even used the same part number as before. You can find the product still on thier website - and on the Heidts web page!
The Jegs' Sales Reps manager refused to talk to me on the phone, letting the sales rep take the heat. They refused to honor the advertised price. They refused to price match their own Advertisement.
As you can see by the other reviews, this is not a reputable establishment. I found that Jegs has been bought out by Greenbriar Equity Group. The company reported $24 million for JEGS revinues for 2023. Pretty obvious they only want your money.
Order from JEGS - bend over for your own lube job.

Terrible service

I will never purchase another item through this site. Seems highly suspicious credit card activity and verification process. Karla was a terrible customer service representative and I hope someone reads this and saves their time from purchasing off of this website.

My personal experience is that Jegs customer service is dysfunctional and inept.

TLDR version: Ive been on a month long ordeal where they sent a replacement radiator to an address that I no longer live at because they did not ask me for a current address. Luckily I was able to recover it but it was damaged in shipping. Sent back the 2nd radiator. Now they are saying that they have refunded me but are somehow unable to provide the proof because of a problem on their end. I have still not received my refund and currently have opened a claim against them and I am waiting for them to provide documentation of processing the refund that I have not received.

Full version: Bought a lifetime warranty radiator from them Jegs through Amazon (price was significantly better than directly with Jegs).

Radiator springs a leak, so I contacted them on Amazon, no response.

Called Jegs directly and they said I have to send the radiator back at my expense; irritating but ok.

I hear nothing for several weeks. Call Jegs to see whats going on. They never asked what my current address is and shipped the radiator to my old house. I am luckily able to pick up box from the porch of my old house.

Go to install the radiator and find it was damaged in shipping. Probably would have been fine, but given that they want leaking radiators returned I dont want them denying future warranty claims because of it.

Return the 2nd radiator. No response from Jegs for several weeks again. I contact them a 2nd time. They say that they "dont do exchanges on Amazon orders" and have issued a refund.

I ask them for any evidence that they have sent me any refund because I have not gotten any. They respond that they are having trouble with their Amazon account and are having trouble sending me any proof of refund, and that a supervisor will contact me later.

No response from supervisor. I try going through amazon, saying that I have not received any refund. Jegs responds through Amazon saying they have sent my refund already: still no documentation of refund and no money in my account.

I am currently waiting the required 48 hours for Jegs to respond with documentation of my refund or I will file a claim against them to hopefully finally get my refund.

My personal experience with Jegs customer service is that they dont care about me as a customer enough to do more than the bare minimum to get me off the phone. Their reps are a combination of unable or unmotivated to actually see my issue resolved.

I went to order a part that cost $30 and would fit in a padded envelope and was told the shipping cost would be $75. I'm stopping E-mail notifications and would rather buy from someone that charges a little more for an item but doesn't gouge me on shipping!

I ordered a nitrous kit that was on sale December 4th. Ordered early as a Christmas gift. Was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. Got a notification that they didn't have in stock. It would be direct shipped from the manufacturer. Now I was informed that it wasn't going to be shipped until the December 27th. Never got any tracking. So, called on December 31st to see where it was at. Talked to a jegs representative, and she told me that it was now going to be shipped January 17th.
At this rate, I hope to have it by next Christmas.
How can you run a sale on something you don't have?

Extremely disappointed

I ordered a exaust adapter that I needed for a truck I was working on, I ordered the part without price shopping (overpaid extensively, $20 more than any other website). I go to check the status of the order 3 or 4 days later to find that the part I bought was back ordered. Seeing this I obviously want to cancel that order immediately and take my business elsewhere, mind you nowhere did it say this part was back ordered when I purchased it. I come to find the customer service system is absolutely atrocious, I can't talk to a human, and their robot won't help me with my problem. The bot says to look at a video in the Jegs website for help but there again I'm met with a demonstration on something completely irrelevant to my issue. So in conclusion, they took my money with out telling me "hey your stuff might not be here for months" they also miserably failed to help me in my indever to cancel the order. I have paying customers that need there vehicles back fast so they can go about their days, this is just not cool. I seriously recommend you take you business elsewhere for these guys just don't seem to have their stuff straight.

Worst in the country

Order was all wrong. Got some of order in have a 2 valve engine. So 16 rock/follower's had 32. Didn't even put the lash adjusters in the order. Timing was stock. No oil pump. Gave the guy the part numbers. Was supposed to of got trick flow. Come to find out they don't sale that brand. So guy sent another brand. Was told the spring was in stock and they are on back order. Glad to know I knew what I was looking at if I didn't could have been looking at buying a engine.

Ordered a $435.00 louver for a 79 Z28, terrible fit And after attaching, five of the six mounting brackets, the last and six bracket mounting screw, broke off while trying to get it to adhere to the window. After seeing how the mounting screw was attached to the mowing plate, I'm concerned they all break off. For this money should've gotten better quality. Came in and jumped on the computer to get this rectified only to be told. I'm entering the wrong password which I know I was not. Clicked on forgot my password to reset and needed received two emails from both with different reset passwords. Tried them both until locked out of my account and instructed to call the 800 number. Sat on hold for 35 minutes, never moved from 30th caller in line. Hung up. Call back and tried punching some different numbers only to get a person that tells me they can't help me and put me back on hold for 10 minutes until I hang up again. I'll never order anything from this worse than China company again.

They charge large shipping fees (non refundable) and will eventually (multiple weeks late) deliver without the ability to cancel. You won't get a refund and any type of escalation they will refuse to talk to you.

You can not get ahold of anyone in customer service or logon tech support. I have been phoning for a week to get tech support to fix a logon problem and been on the phone for hour at a time. The music they keep playing will drive you nuts.

Only has customer disservice

Customer service is a disservice. 2 hour wait EVERY TIME I called. Plus I find out that the manufacturer of my rebuilt carberator that they went through WILL NOT provide return shipping cost,I have to pay it! It is almost as much as the core charge when all is said and done! I decided to just keep it. Never again.

Shipping lies

I ordered over 4500.00 in one order, forgot the flywheel,
So i called and stressed how i needed it the next day, he said don't worry it will be there for the 14.35, i said i would pay extra i am desperate, no need he says. So today after 6 hours after receiving the tracking info and fedex says they don't have it yet i do chat with Nathan
Again stressed i need was told we load 20 items on each truck when fedex scans it you will be able to track and disconnects, i waited for 1 hour for this. Customer service sucks, will be considering going to summit from here on out, had Nathan pull my info and did not matter how much i spend or order, just disconnected no help at all. Shame on you customer service means just that. Guess what Nathan customers pay your wages. You suck at your job

JEGS is a complete waste of time. Ordered multiple things for my car, some of which were correct. Mostly incorrect parts &/or junk out the box. Not to mention ordered. A new set of front tires. They bill and send me 3 sets. 2 of which I actually even receive. Then to top it off, I contact there joke of a customer service department to figure out what to do with the tires. Sit on hold for OVER 2 hours and yet to speak to someone. What a F*****g JOKE JEGS is. I will never waste my time at this S**t hole again
