Spent $300 on a jack which was to be used to remove my transmission. 4 day shipping was indicated. 10 days have passed, and no item. Tried calling company from three states, Indiana, Florida, and New Jersey.
Their phone system is shut off.
Maybe they are filing for bankruptcy.
I'm 61 years old and this is the worst company I ever used in my life.
Don't buy anything from Jegs.
Order a gasket from them. Paid -have copy of invoice and draft from our bank account. Item was supposed to have been here within a week. Month #2 no part, no refund, and a constant run around when we call or email. "You reached the wrong dept. We don't deal with that" Common sense and good customer service would transfer you to someone who does!
Ordered headlights in March and didn't get them until 2 months later and customer support didn't help and barely answered. I've worked on my cars for awhile and they had what I needed but looks like I'm gonna look harder to avoid them. Just a heads up
Ordered a oil pickup for my 440 over 7 months ago still waiting... They give me a new ship by date every month and still nothing... But was able to source straight from manufacturer after the fact, but they tell me its problem with vendor...
You cannot count on this company to help you if your online order goes missing or you have an issues with components. They have consistently made it my problem and not offered any constructive help in any way shape or form. I have had everything small stuff to large engine components with issues and they answer to something like " sorry that sounds like a problem for you". They are managed by people that have no idea how the real world works and are only interested in bottom line. Shame on you JEGS.
You are better off shopping elsewhere with people that give two cents about their clientele.
I'm on my third champion radiator they just keep blowing up. I wish I never would have bought them. The only good thing about them is the warranty so I get a new radiator and then it blows up. So I just have a headache all over again every year. The same f****** headache from champion and jegs. Now they sent me a brand new radiator that's so out of square. I can't even put my fan shroud on yea. What a waste of f****** time. Maybe you guys should look at what you're selling Made in the USA Go out of business, please.
I placed an on-line order with JEGS.com two days ago, they processed the payment and the order remains pending. No telephone numbers are being answered and email to customer service fails to deliver; have they gone out of business? Jeg Coughlin, you really need to make some statement, I'm sure I'm not the only person with this problem...
I ordered a gear linkage kit then a Hurst shifter to match. The two orders arrived very quickly. The gear linkage kits was excellent but the other box which was suppose to be a shifter was some one elses used linkages(junk). I've had one email reply asking for a photo and no replies to five emails since. I have bought items from Jegs for over twenty years without problems but this will be the last time they get any money from me.
I ordered item# 555-******* transmission cooler lines. Line was bent & customer service asked that I straighten it myself. Customer service said that's how they come. Defeats the purpose of ordering new lines. Should've used old ones.
Complete order shipped heads never came. Called they were back ordered although showed shipped and charged for complete order. Was told back ordered will ship on 7 days and would be Called if not. Didn't ship in 10 days now 5 to 6 months out and ask for refund. What a joke and huge waist of my time. Best to spend your $$$ at SUMMIT Racing.
I bought about $600 worth of Auto parts one of the parts was an intake it came to me damaged. I shipped it back the next day and have never heard a thing about a new one being shipped to me or if they received it. Call their phone number at least six times never got an answer. Emailed three four times the email website is down and won't let you email. There is no way to contact jigs their phone line doesn't work and their email won't accept emails very disappointed
Try to do a return. You have to pay for shipping even if it's their fault or a defective item. Customer service number is the worst ever. I literally waited for 2 hours and still didn't get through to anyone. Tried the next day. On hold for 45 minutes, still didn't get through. I finally said forget this and paid for a shipping label. Do not waste your time, order somewhere else!
Placed an order on 02/18 for an in stock item, billed my PayPal on the 26th received a email refunded due to discontinued. Still have not received my funds back. No one answers the customer service line been on hold over 30 min what a joke. Last time I do business with them. On weekends there is no customer service only operators to take your money. Highly disappointed
Recently purchased a Honda Civic radio through Jegs. The radio did not work properly. Emailed customer service and never received a reply. I now own an expensive boat anchor. Will not deal with this company again. Terrible customer service.
Ordered a clutch kit they give me confirmation number and to website enter number says invalid call them said it's coming straight from manufacture. Texted them again said same thing will you know heard nothing so I cancelled order tires of waiting hope I get my money back they said it would be two to three days

I paid over $160 for a puller fan. It arrived with loose parts in the box. The motor cover was broken off and missing. This is a puller fan for a vehicle. The motor needs to be sealed from the weather. The then charge me over $13 to return it! I cannot trust JEGS with my money and there is too much competition in this market to keep my business. I'll never buy anything from JEGS again. They cannot be trusted.
Ordered a set of polished ssr spike wheels. Showed they all in stock. Rear wheels came mounted them then got an email saying their on back order. It's now been 4 months and still no wheels. Have ordered from Jegs for years but will be using summit from now on.
Needed to cancel an order that was placed back in march. No option on their website. Calling them takes 60-90 minutes of hold time just for a 30 second conversation. Guy in the sales dept hung up on me saying it's not his dept
So I used to work at a major semi parts warehouse and I realize the work it takes to keep it going smoothly. I am disappointed in the shipping time change. I ordered 7/29 but they didn't ship until 8/2? It takes 3 days to pull some brakes? Wow, cause a 115 lb lady with one arm can pull 15-20 semi clutches (which are way heavier) a shift. More when I was using the forklift. So May I ask, what was their excuse? I filled out a customer compliant form, we will see if that get back to me. I already had to cancel my family road trip due to their delay. I just hope they sent the right parts. Save yourself the headache and just buy local.
I got the shipping info for a 7500$ international order. The FedEx link supplied turned out to contain an invalid tracking number. Two days after forecasted delivery date, I wrote an Email. No response. Support only works vie telephone or FAX!, welcome to the 80s.

Answer: They don't understand the products they sell. Parts they recommended with won't work at all, could possibly work, or might destroy your engine. They won't take responsibility if something goes wrong.
Answer: I actually didn't have any issues with getting a representative on the phone either time I called them. It was the 1 hour+ wait time on hold that was extremely aggravating for the exchange. The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
