Ordered a complete brake kit (front, back with calipers). Received 2 partial shipments and still have not received calipers, but have been invoiced for entire order. Their customer service reps are incompetent and have no idea what is going on. Save yourself a lot of anguish and buy your parts elsewhere.
Note- their website advertises 80% Customer satisfaction... if my Business generated only 80% positive Customer satisfaction I would fall on the sword. Nothing less than 95% is acceptable. If 1 out of 5 customers are p. O.'d I would be ashamed to advertise that statistic. Take it as a warning. The odds are good (1 outta 5) that you will not be happy.
Tried reaching Jegs by phone for several days now for my order which keeps getting delivery date pushed back. "Please hold and somebody will be with you shortly" I waited almost an hour each time, no luck. This is horrible service and I will never reorder from Jegs again!

Purchased a set of drag radials on 3/15/21. It's now 4/30/21. Can't make any contact with customer service over the phone or online. They will sure take your money but good luck on a part or refund. They get 0 stars
JEGS provided crappy communication, uneducated details, incredibly slow delivery and then repeatedly disallowed my negative feedback. They run your credit card extremely fast though. No problem taking your money and then leaving you hanging. Purchase elsewhere or remember you were warned.
Known of jegs for many years. Placed my 1st order on Monday. Full exhaust and new carb. After ordering peeked at some reviews and got nervous after seeing a pile of negative stuff. Almost backed out but thought heck with it. Wednesday received partial of parts. Today Thurs recieved the rest. Some of the packaging was in rough shape but parts are fine. Quick and easy thanks jegs...
I ordered 3 items in March of 2022. 2 shipped and 1 got delayed 4 times. After being told it was gonna be over a year from my original purchase date I tried to work with them and go to a different item. Tech line wouldn't even take $1 dollar off the pricing even though it had already been 10 months. Even $20 off a $160 item I would have been okay with. I'll never buy from them again.
I am fed up with long wait times for common parts. 6 weeks for a damn slip yoke from an American based company TCI. You people need to get it in gear and bring back good customer service with people on the other end that speak English and hold your vendors to a higher standard on behalf of the customer.
After waiting over a month the parts I ordered finally got here and guess what, they didn't fit! Even after hours of waiting on the phone to order them with a live person to make sure that would not happen! Customer was an insult to any level of intelligence. Will not be taken by this place again!
Ive never been so mad. A 2nd transmission install and its mothers day. Your products are junk and your customer service is horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never buying from them again and hope you dont either. They wont pay for labor, extra parts, fluid, nothing... The scum of auto parts. Im pretty sure they sent me a reman trans and I paid for new... I ordered tires from jegs they said they had them in stock & that they would ship out in a few days. So after a month of not hearing anything I called was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. So then I called back & tricked them by pressing 1 to place an order, what do you know. Someone answer's right away to steal your money. Long story short when your ordering tires & they say in stock it's BS because they order from the manufacturer. O yeah it also took a week for them to credit my account. They take it right away but takes a week to credit you. Lol American trucks ordered same tire's they arrived 2 days after order was placed.
I received my fenders for my dads old 72 c10 only to find that they were barely covered in some junky cardboard that barely covered the edges of the fenders. Once opened, I found multiple dents and scratches which is unacceptable. If they would have had some outer packaging over the thin cardboard to protect the fenders they would have more likely been no issues with them. Due to their incompetence or non-concern with quality shipments The new fenders are worse now than the ones still on the old truck. I will never buy anything else from this unconcerned business. Today proved to me that they don't give a rats $#*! about the small time guy like me.
I ordered a soft top for my Jeep on 5 Oct 2020. As of 14 Oct I have received no notice of shipping. Expected delivery date, etc. I have sent 3 requests via email requesting info on the order. This is unacceptable in today's tech world. If. For instance. I had used Amazon it would have been here last week. Be aware of this company.
I ordered an engine stand, they advertise if you order by 4 pm it will ship that day. 5 days later it finally shipped. It was damaged in shipping, I went to Fed Ex to see what was left of the product, not much. Called customer service, spoke to supervisor. She offered me a refund, nothing more. Big deal they offered me a refund on something I bought but never received?. Really? Thats customer service? I went to local Napa and got a better engine stand for less, took it home on the spot.
Was rudely informed by a supervisor (Chris) after escalating a price issue that "They don't legally have to honor the shown price". They also have been having "this issue all week". I will be taking my business elsewhere to never return, hope it was worth the $20.
Placed an order on 2/8 at 10:30 a.m.their time. Site clearly tells you orders will go out same day if ordered before 7pm. Received a processing email on 2/9 and when I called was told it isn't being shipped until 2/13! Called customer service and was told because I ordered it on Wednesday it won't go out until Monday? Already lost 2 days on a part I needed right away. Told them to cancel my order and I'm hoping thats not another issue. Will never buy from them again.
I have been doing business with them while rebuilding a Chevy motor. Their poorly trained personnel looked up and sent the wrong year engine bearing kit. Because the return exceeded their 2 month return policy, they would not accept the return for even a store credit!
I could understand if I placed this order online myself, but this was a part their representative said I needed. Now, I am stuck with a bearing kit that I cannot use. Although I have bought many parts from them in the past, I would NEVER use them again. I am not surprised by their overall poor rating.
I ordered a product they're selling on Amazon and it still hasn't shipped and it's already two weeks. And this is a very small item, can you imagine if this was a $6,000 transmission, horrible service. On the advertisement in Amazon it says it will ship in a couple days. Ordered 12" measuring calipers and they arrived broken and full of metal shavings. They charge you for a discount FedEx label to return them. Worse case scenario I'm out $12. It was my first purchase from them and will be my last.
Buyer beware, I purchased a crate engine and immediately started having warranty issues, unfortunately JEGS sent me directly to the supplier and offered nothing but assistance. I have now spent over $3000 dollars at the suppliers suggestion and eventually returned the engine and received a replacement but have spent thousands performing diagnostics at the suppliers request and have paid twice for removal and installation. It's been going on for almost a year and a long story, very unhappy, my only suggestion is buy from a reputable local storefront. I thought they were a great place but this has definitely soured me.

Answer: I actually didn't have any issues with getting a representative on the phone either time I called them. It was the 1 hour+ wait time on hold that was extremely aggravating for the exchange. The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
