I have made a couple different orders from Phastek. The first order was for filler caps of which two did not come close to fitting. They took weeks to escalte and are saying they are suppose to fit loose. You are kidding, so they are suppose to fall off when you drive down the road? LMAO I had even sent a video showing how loose they were. Tghe second was a 2k dollar exhaust system. I clearly ordered the one w/ NPP Valves as seen on the image, the box label clearly is different it is written as w/o NPP Valves. So one with and one without. All I want is to exchange the proper part. Trea was rude and would not stop interrupting me. I had even asked him to call me before ordering to ensurte everything was ordered correctly but he would not do so. End result wrong product and disatisfied customer

Recently purchased a set of wheels from Phastek for my 2015 Camaro along with Gorilla acorn locknuts.
Absolutely enjoy the wheels until I torqued them with Gorilla nuts, chipped the Powdercoating.
Sean the sales manager pretty much told me it's my fault and are taking no responsibility.
The problem arises with the mating surface between key and nuts, sloppy and amplifies as its a deep socket. Im fricken pissed, this was a big investment for me.
Googled them, there a middleman, 1 bay warehouse fly by night, excellent website, but anybody can do that.

I generally do not purchase from companies that charge re-stocking fees. Its always a red flag. It generally means that they do not stock the products they sell - they drop ship. That seems to be the case with Phastek, however, this is not something they clearly disclose, or maybe they do but it is not easy to find until you try to return something.I will not purchase from them again - many many other choice out there. If you find something you like on their site - spend a few minutes looking for that product on the internet. Im sure you will find someone else willing to sell it to you and not hold you hostage for 25% restocking fee.

I have bought multiple items from Phastek and trust the products/technical support I have revcieved.

I purchased a turbosmart vr7 dual bov for my gen 6 Camaro, it showed up on time but did not fit my upgraded turbo so I asked for a rma, after arguing in emails for a few days I finally got my rma. I had to pay to ship the item back and a week later get an email stating that I not only cannot get a refund but they wanted even more money to ship the part back to me. Tried calling only to get voicemail. No where on the site did it say it wouldn't fit my car or mention anything about having to be the stock turbo. I was misled and robbed for $300 bucks. I never write reviews, but I feel this time I have to so no one else gets robbed. Just another company trying to get over on the little guy. I have contacted the better business bureau but seems phastek isn't an accredited business to begin with. Just a bunch of crooks drop shipping parts they know nothing about. Do yourself a huge favor and buy your parts from anyplace else! As far as my mechanical knowledge, I was a mechanic for 20 years in the U.S. Army... stay safe out there, and God Bless!

Overall a great experience making my first purchase over at phastek got my package really quickly and hatter installing my new intake had a few questions and got a response the next morning!

The fuel door flag decal is vey faded and pitted. Camaro 3rd brake light is pitted. Front side markers are too small yellow showing on both sides. Followed directions provided.

Spoke with just one agent at Phastek. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and even found me a three dollar off coupon for my taillight bezels. Also, told me of the tint kits for the taillights, backup lights and the side marker lights, which I also purchased. I am well pleased and satisfied with the new look for my 2012 Camaro.

I love my new rims. It completely changes the look of my car. I would definitely recommend PHASTEK.com. Great communication, great products, and great knowledge.

I drive a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro LT & finding quality aftermarket parts for a good price is difficult. I needed a tail-lamp replaced due to a crack, so why not upgrade? I found Phastek on "Lethal Camaro's" instagram. After quite a bit of web-searching and research I decided to wait for their restock & created a "Build List" of items I need/want. A year-ish later I got the email from Phastek that the HERO Smoked Taillights in my Build List were finally in stock. I received excellent service & communication from Phastek & received my purchase quickly (ordered 03/16/21, shipped 03/19/21, delivered 03/21/21).

Installation was a breeze. No modifications were required, as they are plug & play. They look phenomenal & operate flawlessly.

I ordered a cold air intake for my Chevy Camaro SS. Never received it and it said it arrived at my door step but I never got it. We have cameras up to watch surveillance and no fedex guy showed up. They also charged me twice for one order and I had to call two times in a week before they finally gave me my money back. 10/10 would not order from this place again. Bad service, slow, never received parts and they charge you twice for one part. Stay away from Phastekperformance it's bad news. Really didn't want to give this company a bad review, but I'm out of $378 dollars and still no parts and it's been past two weeks

The gentleman from Phastek are always helpful and have the best customer service that I have experienced in the aftermarket industry. The parts selection is awesome and I'm very happy that they have expanded their line to include the Silverado. I've been a customer since 2015, and I will continue doing business with them.
