on 11/25/19I actually didn't have any issues with getting a representative on the phone either time I called them. It was the 1 hour+ wait time on hold that was extremely aggravating for the exchange. The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Takes along time to go through the phone to get assistance and they always say someone will call you back if they do not have information and never have i received a call back from them
Almost impossible. If you have half of your day to waste.
It's as easy as calling 18003454545 give them your reference number and they are right on top of it, not to mention polite
Easy, but not helpful. The best they will do for you is cancel and order or offer to cancel the order and re-order a comparable item, likely a JEGS brand item of lesser quality.
