Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much

Placed an order on 02/18 for an in stock item, billed my PayPal on the 26th received a email refunded due to discontinued. Still have not received my funds back. No one answers the customer service line been on hold over 30 min what a joke. Last time I do business with them. On weekends there is no customer service only operators to take your money. Highly disappointed

Placed an order on 02/18 for an in stock item, billed my PayPal on the 26th received a email refunded due to discontinued. Still have not received my funds back. No one answers the customer service line been on hold over 30 min what a joke. Last time I do business with them. On weekends there is no customer service only operators to take your money. Highly disappointed

I'm on my third champion radiator they just keep blowing up. I wish I never would have bought them. The only good thing about them is the warranty so I get a new radiator and then it blows up. So I just have a headache all over again every year. The same f****** headache from champion and jegs. Now they sent me a brand new radiator that's so out of square. I can't even put my fan shroud on yea. What a waste of f****** time. Maybe you guys should look at what you're selling Made in the USA Go out of business, please.

Champion cooling systems suck and so dose jegs, looks like summit is my shop now over jegs

Purchased an item, 8 days later they sent an email and said it was back ordered, two days before that they said it would ship next day. Cancelled the order, they told me they would refund me after they notified the manufacturer that I cancelled. This was not a special order item! I thought I was dealing with Jegs not some unnamed manufacturer. So they are basically holding customers money for days then notify it's unavailable then take days to refund.

I made an order of almost $10,000 and my order was missing 1 rear shock. I called and they said they would send another one. I got the wrong shock (a front shock). I called again. They refused to send me my missing part that I already paid for and held it hostage until I sent back the wrong part they sent. JEGS still refuses to call me to make the situation right.

I ordered 2 special torq bit sockets, after being told my order was being processed. The next day I was told they wouldn't have them til March. They also want to charge me 17 dollars to ship 2 small torq bits,thats more than the price of the bits. So I contacted them and told them to issue me a refund for the 42 dollar. They still haven't done so,and its March. If i open there email and click order number it says unavailable. How do you get your money back?

Ordered a clutch kit they give me confirmation number and to website enter number says invalid call them said it's coming straight from manufacture. Texted them again said same thing will you know heard nothing so I cancelled order tires of waiting hope I get my money back they said it would be two to three days
Who knows what a joke

I ordered a product they're selling on Amazon and it still hasn't shipped and it's already two weeks. And this is a very small item, can you imagine if this was a $6,000 transmission, horrible service. On the advertisement in Amazon it says it will ship in a couple days. I try to get a hold of them no answer. I normally buy from summit, never had any issues like this with them. This is the last time I do business with them, I will spend more money with summit and never again with jegs

Do not buy from jegs, spend it on your local auto store or summit for internet products. You have no issues with summit

I'm going to use summit products, I will spend more money with summit and it doesn't matter because I've never had issues with them as regards to customer service, quality of parts, shipping delays never. I will always use summit for now on and have been using them since they started on the internet.

First time customer. I ordered a hard-to-find part that I needed right away. They processed my order and took my payment, then told me it was back ordered for 60 days. 60 days! I needed the part, so had to buy a much more expensive part that was readily available at my local parts store. It's been three days since I cancelled my order and I still dont have my refund. First time customer and now, no longer a customer.

should have been advised of possible back order before I placed the order

I have ordered from JEGS in the past without any problems. Well that has all changed now, I ordered a couple of high dollar items from them and have received emails that contradict each other and have tried numerous times to contact them by phone and have been on hold for hours without being able to talk to someone. They have failed to answer any emails that I have sent and it looks like I am going to have to contact my bank to dispute the purchases to get my money returned.
In my opinion JEGS is a FAILED Internet seller and buyers beware! I will never order from them again!

I ordered tires shipping should have been free so i called 3 times just to get hung up on finally i was told on the fourth call that the shipping is the shipping for oversized which is fine but the website states something different very false advertisment and some of the worst customer service i can buy parts elsewhere where my business is appreciated and wanted

I bought a Griffin dual electric fan radiator for 1000.00 along with a lot of other parts for my 72 Chevelle. When I opened the box for the radiator, 90 days later, I found that it was the wrong part. Even though it was still brand new in the box they would not take it back. I even asked if they would give me a break on the transmission cooler that I would need as they sent me the radiator for a manual transmission vs the automatic with an internal cooler like I ordered.

How bad their customer service is.

I purchased 2 seats from this store, received 1 damaged and I haven't received a replacement, customer service rep was totally rude! Do not buy from here, I was ripped off!

I am fed up with long wait times for common parts. 6 weeks for a damn slip yoke from an American based company TCI. You people need to get it in gear and bring back good customer service with people on the other end that speak English and hold your vendors to a higher standard on behalf of the customer.

Ordered a toolbox beginning of October, was told it wouldn't ship until late November. When it didn't ship I contacted Jegs about a status, no answer, it was shipping from manufacturer and they would be in touch. Today, December 7th still no email or update. So I check my account and they credited my purchase back to my card without explanation nor apology. This is my last dealing with Jegs (Jokes) for anything, plenty others such as Summit, 4x4 online, etc..

I ordered a exhaust pipe from Jegs only reason I got it they said be here in 4 days it's day five and it's still 30 minutes from Delaware at a FedEx office and I live on the other side of the United States now this is going to take a week or more to get here terrible service

Ordered a set of polished ssr spike wheels. Showed they all in stock. Rear wheels came mounted them then got an email saying their on back order. It's now been 4 months and still no wheels. Have ordered from Jegs for years but will be using summit from now on.

Customer service is bad takes forever to answer phone.Had topay return shipping,witch is left out of web order. Restocking fee they dont mention Do not do business with this company, You will reget it go to Summit racing

I ordered a kit transmission pan,bolts,sealant and filter, a kit I received filter. And bolts ten days after that I got told the pan was back order how can you charge full price for a kit and send parts a kit contains all parts I wil be taking my business to summit from now on this has happened many times in the last few months

The guy on the phone literally told me I'm an idiot when I signed up it gave me an option for free shipping. I put my email in it got the code and now it says free shipping on orders over $350 well with all the rest of the reviews, no wonder, this company sucks

I ordered a control panel for my heater the beginning of December 2023 called today was told it's being pushed out until April 19th for delivery... BULL$#*!. I got a refund. I'll NEVER ORDER FROM JEGS AGAIN and from the looks of the comments below I should of looked at these first before ordering. Now we'll see how long it takes to get my refund before I call again and rip somebody up..

I purchased 2 griffin radiators within 2 month period, I ended up not needing them. (My mechanic was able to fix my original one in the car) Sent the two radiators back full refund including the refund for the insurance I also purchased for them, now I'm out 419.00. One radiator cost me 1100.00 the other 800.00, I bought two not knowing exactly which one would have fit, its a 71 firebird. Apparently they charge restocking fee, which is OK but they do not give a refund on the tax I paid if they have to charge a restocking fee. I called them, tried to at least work something out, I wasn't being rude, just trying to understand what the hell? No budging on their part. Out of all the restocking fee's, no refund on taxes I'm exactly out 419.32. I'm just stating the the facts. Think twice before ordering anything from this company, there are a lot more companies to choose from that don't have this stupid policy. Hope my experience helps someone else.

I ordered rust remover at a cheaper price compared to other vendors online, but had to wait two months to cancel it eventually, they were saying the manufacturer has limited stock and not answering their requests for ETA, liars! Found another company who supplied that item same week, directly from the manufacturer, said no issues with production there! Dont use that website, terrible customer service too, had to call them to hear the same thing that they are going to send me an update, and nothing!

Each time I have ordered from JEGS the orders are slow to ship, customer service want answer the phone, the techs are smart mouths how these people are still in business is beyond me, this was the last 2 orders so not jus one bad experience
