Worst ever product and customer service.
Sad what some people will do for money.
I wanted to return the shoes that did not fit and they asked me to take a picture of my foot. It does not get more ridiculous than that.

Unfortunately my encounters from start to finish have been unbelievably poor in dealing with this so called company. I have been put off by them at least 6 times in dealing with one purchase and the problem is not resolved. There is usually a month before they responded with my request for a full refund and then required me to trace my foot and put the shoe from them next to it and then their Production Department will decide on refund, which they denied after another month delay.
The shoe was not at all what they claimed it to be (orthopedic walking shoe) and it was way to big and made so cheaply it was hard to believe.
In my opinion this company is fraudulent and dishonest... PLEASE do not purchase from them!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for Jane Closet. They took forever to arrive and then I couldn't believe the quality. They felt like they were made of cardboard - very cheap quality. Their sizes are not true. I contacted them to ask the correct return address and was told their return policy is only available for 2 weeks. Since it took that long to respond to me, I was told my return was not authorized. I am very upset and feel that this a scam. My advice is to stay away from this company.

Poor customer service

I placed an order for shoes. They took at least a month or more to ship and the order was not delivered to my door, but taken to the wrong post office and returned. I can not get any response as to credit or shipping again. They just kept the money.

WORST business

I urge you not to support this business. The customer service is atrocious. I sent my unworn shoes (didn't even take them out of the box) back as they did not appear as they did on the website and several months and countless emails to service later and they still won't refund me. Total scam

The worst
December 3, 2020

I wish I had check the internet before I bought these shoes.
They are so shoddy. No padding, no arch, and awkward cheap feel.
If I wanted to return them I have to send them to Thailand.
That's why I should have used Amazon. They have any easy return policy.

Return on bras

I put an order for the crisscross bras that fasten in the front. The advertisement looks really good and that they would give you good support. They were really cheap and they gave you no support. I didn't get the order for two months.And then when I went to return them they are giving me a big hassle. They don't give you company contact information, no invoice in the package and no instructions on how to return. This is not a good company!

I purchased 2 pairs of 'Orthotic' shoes, but when I got them they were cheap, mostly plastic shoes with absolutely no arch support, so they were NOT as advertised. I contacted the company and asked where to return them, sent them a picture in the original packaging, but no sooner than two weeks later they replied and refused to give me an address where to send them back. This was repeated two times, and to this day cannot get an address where to return them. This is a Chinese company and is a complete scam. BEWARE!

They are a scam

Purchased shoes from them and when they arrived they were junk. They were supposed to be orthopedic shoes. Arrived and were plastic with no insoles. Contacted them and they was told they would review the request. Came back with they would not take them back and they were the correct size. Said that wasn't the issue and explained again and wanted my money refunded. Never got back to me.

Unable to return
July 23, 2020

I measured my foot for 7.5 exactly. Ad said wide toe box. Shoes arrived a month later. My toes were right up against the end and very narrow. Customer support required pictures of my foot measurement and shoe, then said i cant return them even though they dont fit since order filled correctly! Learned my lesson to not buy a name brand.

Long wait for items! Did not know that is coming from Vietnam! Poor packaging and damage! No returns, have to ship on your dime to Vietnam.

Even though I should had read the reviews, sometimes you can't go by that but after seeing all the one ratings I know I would not had bought them. I bought two pairs and they came in a bag. I ordered in July they arrived September 1st. Poorly made. Very cheap material. Doesn't look nothing like it did online. They look cheap. Feel cheap. I can't believe I bought these things. I said 7 1/2, but feet fit to the end. After reading the problems some had with returning I guess I am out $58. Horrible and the even feel cheap. Do not buy.

Blues over shoes

I ordered these shoes from Jane's Closet advertised on Facebook. They are poorly made, nothing orthopedic about arch, and the shoes fit differently on each foot. One shoe feels smaller than the other. I've contacted them with pictures and measurements of shoes and my feet. They refuse to allow a return unless I pay for their return. No guarantees on getting refund. Poorly made product and unacceptable customer service

Unsatisfactory

I will Start with the only two good things I can say about the shoe, it does fit and is comfortable but the quality is very poor! The shoes were advertised as being premium quality genuine leather but they are made of synthetic material not real leather. They are worth about $5-10 max at a discount store. I was extremely disappointed after spending $54 for two pair of shoes which at this point I can do nothing about but take it as a loss and make the best of it. I want to add Jane.com is a US web based shipping solution for online retailers. For instance these shoes shipped directly from the vendor in Shanghai China. It took a really long time for delivery. I could've dealt with the wait, but the quality was really the main issue and disappointment. Lesson learned if it seems to good to be true it usually is. False advertisement and over priced. Rip off.

Scammers

Ordered a pair of shoes, the ones you see online look suede, the ones I received are nothing but cheap plastic. I immediately checked out there return/refund policy and did exactly as it said. I emailed with pictures and requested a refund. They send me a link to their refund policy. Not sure why, I felt I already did what they say to do in order to get an ok to receive a refund. Now they ignore my emails because they never were going to refund me. This business is a scam. They need to be shut down and I honestly believe any good reviews are fake.

WORST COMPANY EVER

I have attempted to get a refund for a pair of shoes that were not as described on their web site, but low and behold they do not respond to email or phone messages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS IS A SCAM!

Not even worth one star!

This company does not return emails and their products do not match the description at all, there is no arch support and fit poorly I ordered them on 8/30 and they arrived on 9/22. I wish to return them but have no idea how. I would never recommend them to anyone! I should have read the reviews before ordering, I saw PayPal and thought it meant a legitimate business.

They sent me the wrong size, and refuse to make it right. Long story short, this business is a blatant rip-off. The fact PayPal no longer processes for them should've been my first clue when ordering, but thought maybe it was a pandemic related glitch. Live and learn.
