BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. READ RETURN POLICY and read between the lines. This comes from a personal experience earlier this summer. If I could give Zero stars, I would.
1. Notice conditions of return DO NOT include refunding your money. It focuses on "damaged", "incorrect item", "missing item", and "defective" which all comes from their end. If it doesn't fit or isn't up to what you expected, then they will only work with you for the first four reasons. Correspondence included being directed to trace your foot alongside a ruler, including shoe, and take a picture to send jc. I WAS AMAZED and offended. No consumer needs to defend the reason for their return. Doesn't fit says it all.
2. They use the word orthopedic in ads. It is not the orthopedic I've worn from many manufacturers over 20 years. I ordered the correct size indicated in their size chart, and even slightly larger. It ran small to size. Again, because it wasn't defective, damaged, incorrect item, or missing, they will only work to give you a replacement, NOT a REFUND.
3. Lengthy lag time between order date and arrival. It arrived one month and one day from the date of ordering. During that time, I had also ordered from a reputable site, two other products, returned them due to fit, and ordered two new items which did fit. My order had a California address. JaneCloset lists China, Peru, Bangladesh, and Brazil, plus more, as countries that supply merchandise for them.
4. The two products arrived in a 12'x15" black poly shipping bag wrapped with clear shipping tape in a haphazard manner. It had all the appearance of a trash bag. It had an address in California. No purchase invoice was included or business paper of any kind. This predated slowdowns with USPS.
5. Business Address:
This is the physical address listed on their website. W Gage Avenue, Fullerton, CA *******. The fact that it takes a month or more to receive merchandise, tells me it comes by way of container ship whether China, Brazil, Peru, or other distant countries. Their business philosophy DOES NOT reflect those of many quality international corporations which allow for smooth returns. Had I RESEARCHED and read every thing I could find on JaneCloset, I would have found this site, and NEVER, EVER, EVER bought so much as a sock from this company. Fortunately, I did not lose too much money, however, even one penny is too much. Still... consider it a lesson learned. And finally,
6. DO NOT be fooled by the look of their online store front. They look very polished and products for sale look great. This will not get you a refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. The purpose of their store front is to get you to BUY. To that end they achieved their purpose, 5 Stars. But, NOT refunding your money if you're dissatisfied makes them unworthy with which to do business, and downright dishonest. This company deserves to be shut down. C. D.

I ordered three pair of shoes which finally came in the mail after a long wait. I received two pair of the same style, different colors like I had ordered. These shoes are too small. The third pair was to be different, but received instead a pair identical in color and style of the other pairs. I need to return all three pair and just want my refund. I have 15 days to return them and have been waiting for a return address to be emailed back to me. I have sent 5 emails letting them know the problem with a photo of the shoes as they requested. Today I tried to call the number they have listed and it rang and rang... no answer. I looked up the street address listed and it looks like it comes from a house in a residential area of Fullerton California.
Update... I have emailed 4 times to get the return information, without out a response. My last email I asked, or stated, "I am not going to hear from you, am I?" I am working on reporting them. I contacted the California DCA, but they have so jurisdiction over an internet business and have advised me to contact the Orange County. Here is the information for contact and their reply:
