Their items look great online but they must come from another country for it to take over a month to receive yet their shipping company is in California. They are like an export and import company. It's less of a headache if you don't purchase from them!

Janecloset.com is a scam. The phone number is bogus. Rings and then you get an error message stating to try again later.

I would say scam. With my experience and reading some of the reviews, I would say yes they only want your money not your loyalty.

What can I do? This shoes is fake I need to return and they don't wants send my money back they want to give me 15% only

I received the product over a month after ordering, the very same day the shoes arrived I knew they were not a quality shoe certainly not Orthopedic and contacted adminjanecloset.com it took a while for reply, then was told to send photo, I thought they meant the shoes! However when I got the reply, I was sent the photo of someone else's foot, with a drawing of the foot and the shoe beside It along with a tape measure of the length of shoe and foot, an example of what I was supposed to send. I seriously wondered if this was some kind of a joke! They did offer me 30% off any other product I purchased! Are you kidding me! Never, in a million years would I buy or recommend this company. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise.

They are a scam. I still haven't received my order and I have attempted to contact them by email, phone, and text with no response. Text was because they sent me a text saying they were out due to Covid and to leave my order #, name and phone #. Needless to say... nothing

Looks like it is a scam company. Product not as described. It is cheap. They claim made in USA but I am sure it is made in China. This is consider as scam

I also believe it is a scam of sorts. You might get lucky and get the product but most reviewers are unable to contact them or get a refund.
