I found Huckberry from their Dirt show on Youtube where they explore a bunch of different locations with a great host talking food and adventure. Huckberry has everything you could need as a guy, from clothes to boots, to some home cooking items. The clothes are super high quality - they carry a bunch of well known brands and some emerging ones - its a well curated balance. I got the 365 pants which fit super well and they got a bunch of different lengths and widths which is helpful because its hard to find pants that fit me well.
Ordered an item that did not come.
I have tried to reach out to Huckberry through multiple avenues and have yet to receive a response. I placed the order 3 weeks ago. And it was supposed to arrive in 4-9 days is what they sold me on.
Super disappointed in the customer support. I will not order from here again, if my package does not arrive I will have to take additional steps.
It was my first to buy products in huckberry. I was very hesitant while making an order on this computer because I saw bad reviews. Finally, I still wanted to try. After I paid, I soon received the email from huckberry which listed my order. Within a week, I got my package. They packed my items (glass bottles) so well. I am so appreciative of writing a good review on Huckberry. Will order again.
I've called numerous times today. No one answers. I reached someone via chat and they just stopped communicating with me after the initial greeting. I've sent a few emails. Not sure how long it will be before I hear from someone. It's very frustrating.

They screwed up my order (sent me wrong item) and then went completely dark when I tried to have them fix it. Multiple emails to support / customer service / multiple forms filled out on website and ZERO response. Finally tracked down their phone number and kept calling until someone answered and they seemed annoyed that I even called. I asked them to send me the right item (the one that I actually ordered) and I guess they won't? Total bummer because I love this company but so utterly disappointed to find out how little they care about their customers. I'm done shopping at Huckberry for good.
I ordered an expensive product, more than $600, for my partners Christmas present. They cancelled it without telling me and I only found out a week later when I called. Zero communication, their representative on the phone was surly and the follow up email, after I called, terse and unpleasant - telling me not to use visa, but PayPal instead. Too late to reorder the product from another store. I will never be using Huckberry again. Atrocious customer service and entirely unreliable - avoid and purchase directly from the manufacturer.
Horrible service and no return policy honored. I contacted Huckberry regarding a broken zipper on an expensive jacket. Took them days to respond. They said they would "try" to get me a new one and then just stopped responding. Crappy company. Go direct to the manufacturer if you can and absolutely do not purchase through Huckberry.
Long story short, I ordered the wrong item and now I won't be getting my money back short of small claims court. Their customer service department told me too late we got your money basically and then told me to go have a drink. I'm sober.
This company is revolting. Please don't give them your payment information. They need to be closed down.
1. Exorbitant prices for poor quality goods. I ordered a wool sweater that fit poorly and was so itchy it's unwearable. I ordered a pair of shoes that were touted as a high quality, limited edition run. Shoes were not true to size as stated. The construction quality was atrocious. Flashing left all over the cast rubber soles and nasty, raggedy glue lines at the cloth to rubber connections. I have seen better construction on a $70 mass produced pair of Chuck Taylor's.
Huckberry sells customers s!*t and claims it shinola.
After reading the reviews I doubt I will get my money back on the returns.
Horrible. I'd recommend staying away from this company if you want what you ordered. Gave me a tracking number and promised 14 day delivery… never arrived although they notated on the delivery slip it was put in the mail box. Scammers who will charge your account and not send you what you ordered. Chinese company with no souls or morals.
Terrible experience contacting customer service with this company. They canceled my order & account without telling me why and made me feel like an inconvenience for reaching out to ask what had happened. I'll never order from this POS website ever again.
I ordered 2 shirts. Despite what tracking info said package was never delivered (5 weeks supposed shipping time). I complained, they supposedly replaced the shipment. Five weeks later tracking information says delivered but no shirts. Now they are haggling on how much to refund. Its a scam - when the price is too good to be true it isnt. Credit card company immediately credited my account.
I purchased a large number of casual themed shirts. It took over thirty days for the order to be shown as delivered. We have cameras and the package was never delivered. I re-ordered the shirts. The same thing has happened again. They have not been delivered and no proof of delivery has been provided. Pitiful!
On Feb08/23 I placed an order for Hawaiian shirts and never received them! Order# thiptes8923. I have talked to at least12 associates and they all said my refund was being processed! It has been over 9 months and now they won't respond to my inquiry about where my money is! This company if you can call it that is very disreputable! Buyer beware of these scam artists!
Got my item after 3 weeks 6-8 trips to the post office and hours worth of phone calls. They failed to correctly add my address from my PayPal account. They did nothing to assist. Offered a $10 gift card, ha. Stay away for your own sanity and go somewhere reputable.
Unfortunately did not read any reviews before ordering, ordered almost a month ago and my order was marked as shipped except the tracking info only shows a label was printed, tried contacting customer support and they turned off their phones and have not answered any support emails.
My boyfriend bought me a beautiful necklace from this company. A few months later, the clasp broke while I was wearing it and fell off sometime throughout the day. It is now no where to be found. After contacting customer support, they require a photo of the broken necklace before they can provide a refund/replacement. Obviously this is not possible in my case. I understand they can't just hand out refunds to everyone who says their product broke and is now lost, but some acknowledgement or offer would be appreciated. Just wanted to warn the next buyer not to purchase their cheaply made, yet expensive jewelry.
I bought two shirts and a waxed cotton jacket from Huckberry. They are stylish and have nice advertising to make them look good online, but the quality is terrible. One of the shirts had a loose seam that turned into a hole on the first wash. The other shirt was horribly unevenly stitched so the seams become puckered. The jacket has loose threads, and thin cheap material. The so called flannel lining is just thin polyester, not flannel. It's all just cheap junk like discount fashion quality but at high prices.
I contacted customer service by phone after 8 days and no movement on my order. They assured me that they were working on it and it would be sent within the timeframe that they promised(which was a very large window!). Later in the day I got an email stating that my order would ship within a day and that they were sending it overnight at no cost to me. I received the products in fine order and well packed. I still believe 8 days to move products out the door, two other private companies I ordered from had product out the door in 24h, is too long these days, but maybe Amazon spoils us all. Huckberry's Customer service was good and I will give them another chance, if I can remember to order soon enough to encompass their long processing times.
I understand in a time of a pandemic shipping logistics are a nightmare, but Huckberry can't even get it out the door. 7 days past ordering and my items still haven't shipped! Can't wait to see how long it will take to get once it does ship! I recommend allowing at least 3 weeks for processing and shipping. Who needs that? Everything they sell can be bought on other sites. No wonder Amazon does such a big business.
I got this nice dark duffle bag from them for camping and hiking and picnics. Works well and seems durable even after using it a lot. It was a bit pricey but if it lasts a few more years of heavy use I'd say it's worth it. I'll try them again.
