Unfortunately did not read any reviews before ordering, ordered almost a month ago and my order was marked as shipped except the tracking info only shows a label was printed, tried contacting customer support and they turned off their phones and have not answered any support emails.
Tip for consumers:
obviously don't order from them unless you like having to dispute charges with your card company to get a refund
