Awful
December 20, 2016

I ordered a pair of shoes from Hoverkicks. When the shoes arrived they were not the size that I ordered. I have been trying unsuccessfully to correct the order but I can't get a representative on the phone or to return my emails.

This is completely unsatisfactory.

We ordered on 12/4, they took the money out of our account on 12/6 & according to the website they are still processing. I've spent over 4 hours on hold to no avail. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will do everything in my power to put them out of business.

I made the mistake of ordering on the 15th and not reading reviews. After checking to see shipping and it said processing on the order. I went and wrote a email to the company. I got the response of sorry for the delay but they will my order will arrive by the end of the week. I read the reviews and sent a email back and told them if they don't have my order to my home that I'll contact every business bureau I can to shut them down. I suggest others do the same. It's so sad that these people are scamming people out of money and hurting children on Christmas. It's the only thing my daughter wanted so badly. And it's the one big gift Santa was bringing now I have to find a new gift a week before Christmas. How disgusting are these people

Ripoff scam artists

Ordered Hoverkicks Dec 9th with the promise of 2 day processing time and 2 day free shipping. It is now December 18th and still no HoverKicks. Emailed and called no answer until yesterday I finally got and email response stating they will ship early this week and I will receive later this week. So much for my nephews Christmas present that I have to ship to Florida. I am in Pa and it will not reach him in time. Disgusting company. Liars and scam artists. Hundreds of people are complaining on Facebook. Someone should shut them down

Horrible

Do not order from this site, I should read the reviews before I place my purchase. They take your money and then you don't hear from them. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my purchase. They don't answer their phone, you be on hold over an hours and don't even waste your time emailing them because you will never get an email back. Here it is 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on my purchase

Ordered on the 11th no shipment yet call everyday no answer on hold for 2 hours at a time would never order from here again and I will be reporting them to the bbb and I'am working with PayPal to get my money back

All my grandson asked for his birthday was a pair of shoes from hover kick. I ordered his shoes on Dec 1 and here it is Dec 16 and still no shoes! I've emailed and got no response. I've called twice just to be on hold and then disconnected. I was on hold yesterday for over an hour before being disconnected then today for over 2 hours! I ordered through the company because they offered 2 day processing and 2 day shipping so I knew my grandson would get his gift on time. Companies like this one makes me think twice about online shopping. My advice is don't order anything from this company. Run as far away from it as possible.

Just as WHAT A JOKE just reviewed I am having the same experience. They keep taking orders and charge you the money but the shoes don't ship. I had a pair shipped that was the wrong size and sent them back. No one answers emails / phones and IF they answer in FB it is very rude. Still waiting. They seem to think it's ok to keep the shoes/ keep the money and not ship out a new set. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Wish I could give ZERO stars

WHAT A JOKE!

Hoverkicks has TERRIBLE customer service but good luck getting ahold of anyone ive been trying for over a week now just to find out where my order is that i placed over 2 weeks ago and have spent HOURS on hold to be told they will ship the next day which they dont or to be disconnected at 5pm when their call center closes. I will NEVER order from them again.

This is he worst customer service I have ever received.
Not only are they rude on the phone, if you can even get through. I was on hold for 40 minutes and then disconnected. I have at this very moment been on hold for 55 minutes. They DO NOT ship in 2 day's and they fail to tell you the shoes are out of stock and on back order. I ordered my shoes 17 day's ago and still no shoes. I have called twice and been told they are on back order. They should have an out of stock on their website... they should not say 2 day shipping.
I wish I had read the poor reviews before I ordered. I am not on hold 1 hour... going to cancel. I would not recommend this product. If I could give a negative star rating I would

Hoverkicks are THE WORST

THE WORST. Do NOT purchase these sneakers. They are a complete rip off - there is ONE person who works for Customer Service - while a nice guy - there is NOBODY - you wait on hold for over 20 minutes- and I am certain now they know my phone number and don't pick up at all. If you ask for a manager, you get Steve - who tells you to put any request or issue in writing and he'll pass it on to the "CEO" - who, you NEVER hear from again...

Read before you buy!

This place is horrible. I ordered a pair of shoes and the light doesn't work on one of the shoes. I tried to contact someone several times to return however I would be on hold for at least an hour each time with no response. I tried to send emails and no one ever returned my email. It's like once I got the shoes I could not get in contact with anyone but before when I was placing my order they would call me many times to confirm that I wanted to buy even offer me a discount. So now I'm stuck with a pair shoes that don't work because there is a 15 day return policy. You have to return within 15 days there is a 15% restocking fee on top of that. Plus when you receive the shoes there is no information at all in the box about how to return or enhance just a small dingy piece of paper that has a few directions so once you figure out the return policy its too late. You cannot even initiate a return unless they approve it through their website. This place sucks I would not recommend them or order again.

I had ordered a pair of Hoverkicks and they arrived with one insert inside the shoe that was 2 sizes too big for the shoe! I called to have it replaced and they REFUSE to replace it because of where the shoes were purchased. THEY are the manufacturers of the shoe, and it is a DEFECT in the shoe but they do not stand behind the quality of their work! I would never recommend this company to ANYONE! And their customer service manager Robert was rude and unhelpful and just refused to do anything about it.

Very poor customer service! This is a rip-off. Bought shoes for my kid... arrived late... worked for one day & shoes did not light up. It has been a hell trying to get a hold of customer service. Even tried sending emails & calling at different times... no luck.
Companies like this do not end well! So will advice you to continue ripping off people of their money. Thanks

Purchased a pair of sneakers for my child, battery died after one week. After numerous attempts, finally reached their customer service dept. Sent out a new battery, one week latter wire came out. This is a poorly constructed product and they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Before ordering, try reaching their customer service.

CROOKS! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I ordered Blue Pegasus sneakers for my 6year old son. As soon as I hit the tracking number to track my purchase I automatically knew something was going to be wrong with my order being that it was coming from Hong Kong when the website clearly states NY. I received the sneakers and they in fact did light up. However the charger piece did not fit in the sneakers. I immediately contacted the company and let them know. They sent me a shipping label and told me to send them back and they will send a new pair back to me. I did as told and a week later they sent sneakers to me. I opened the box and it was the SAME sneakers I had sent to them. All they did was change the label on the box. I contacted them immediately and told them I want to them the sneakers back for good and they are a fraudulent company and I want a refund. I was told that if I pay for the shipping label they would not charge me for the restocking fee.( Funny how they charge the customer a restocking fee for their defective products.) I let them know the card I used to pay for it was no deactivated because I lost it. The representative(Maurice)let me know they would instead send me a check. I paid for the shipping fee expecting my full refund. Days later I get an email stating they refunded my card and charged me for the restocking fee. I emailed them back and let them know that it was false because that card was deactivated and they told me I would not be charged the restocking fee. Here it is a week later and they have the shoes and I still don't have my money or a proper response. I spoke to a person named Steve today. He was very nasty. BUYER BEWARE! This company is FRaUDULENT! They will steal your money and wast your time on their poorly made shoes! DONT BUY HOVERKICKS! Find another company with customer satisfaction!
