Finally received my order after never receiving an email confirmation or anything after my order was placed. When the shoes got here only 1 worked. ANGRY DOESNT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE WHAT IM FEELING. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEN YOU WAIT ON THE PHONE FOR FOREVER! I'm not on Social media but for those of you that are please put the word out everywhere to never order from this company. I paid 70.00 for shoes that my son can't even wear 2 days before Christmas by only one pair of them work!

Same as the other reviews, I wished I would have read the reviews, order mines on 12-17-2016, still saying being process, go back to the website to check status again and now the page can't be found saying ERROR... REALLY this company is a total rip OFF!

Disappointed grandchild

We ordered. 2 pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago. Customer service is non existing. We receiced 1 pair and they havent sshipped the other pair. We were promised we would have them by Dec 10. Its now Dec. 22. You spend hours on the phone. And they leave you on hold with out getting a human for follow up. If you want to order they are there right away. They would get a 0 if they had that star. Dont buy from this pathetic company.

I am so angry I am shaking! Are you freaking kidding me! I don't even know where to begin but I hope this company goes bankrupt and I want my flipping money back! I ordered on 12-14-16 expecting 4 days the shoes will arrive! Nope nothing! I call and this company has the post annoying recording over and over! Owning my own business I understand busy but after waiting on hold for an hour they hung up on me! Are you kidding me! Dooooooooooooooooooo NOT order from this company! Shame shame shame on HOVERKICKS for ruining Christmas for so many children! YOU SUCK SUCK SUCK! I have to run out now and try to fix this before Christmas! YOOOOOOOUUUUUU SUCK!

Don't do It

I am so mad and if I could rate this a negative star I would. We ordered for my daughter and it was one of her main gifts. It was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago and every time we call, after waiting on hold of an hour or longer, they say "Oh ya we shipped them today." After a couple more days and we call back again, they say " Oh we shipped them today." The last time I called he said give me 3 minutes and I'll be right back. After 30 minutes I was disconnected. My daughter is going to be so disappointed. It breaks my heart and pisses me off. Shame on them! Oh and they made sure they took the money out of my bank account immediately.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Jumped through multiple hoops to be able to return the shoes. A week after my tracking information showed they were delivered, I called to ask about when I could expect my refund. I waited 23 minutes on hold before someone finally answered.
Him --You'll get your refund 5-7 business days after the credit had been processed.
Me - When will the credit be processed?
Him- I don't know, that's the finance department
Me - well then please transfer me to someone in the finance department
Him - No. They don't speak on the phone
Me - Well then you find out and tell me when my credit will be processed
Him - I don't know
Me - Then please let me speak to someone who does know. And preferably someone who cares about customer service
Him - I can see we're going to have a problem.
Me - The only problem we have is that so far I have not been able to find out when i can expect my refund for merchandise that you've had in your possession almost a week.
Him - Do you want me to just make something up?
Me - No, I want you to find someone who can provide me with accurate information. Like an ACTUAL business would do with an ACTUAL customer. You know, like someone who cares about customer service.
Him - Well I don't. I really don't.
Me - It shows. Good job! Now, can you please get someone else on the phone for me?
Him - Yeah, let's do that.
Me - Yes, let's do that.

He transfers me, it rings 25 times (not exaggerating) before (shocking) it goes to voicemail of someone named Sheldon who sounds coincidentally like the guy I was just talking to. I left a voicemail but hold no hope of anyone returning my call.

This is when I wish I had a lot of money because I would LOVE to sue these people.

I ordered a pair of shoes in 12-13-2016. My invoice till this day still says processing! No one ever answers the damn phone. I emailed several times and have yet to get a response! I'm canceling or disputing my order with PayPal today! Wish I had read reviews first!

Christmas has been ruined

I ordered these shoes for both my children back on 12/4. They say free 2 day shipping. I have tried calling but no one ever answers the phone and I have sent so many emails with the same responses that the order has been delayed. I have requested a full refund and requested for them to cancel my order. This was one of the most important gifts on my kids list and now they will not have them for Christmas under the tree. It is heartbreaking to see all these reviews of the same experience so many disappointed children.

Horrible company

I am like the others i should have reseached the reviews also but i didnt. I ordered the shoes on 12/9 i have emailed them numerous times and have tried to call them. I was on hold for about 45 minutes before hanging up. I emailed them 12/20 requesting to cancel my order and i have not received a response but i received an email 12/21 saying they should be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. My order didn't make the Christmas cut. I am disputing the charge with my bank.

Cancel your order through the refund/return link. Check cancel order and reason, and they will process the ups label and ship you something. State you want a refund and not a return. They won't refund your money, they atleast want 15% of your money and know u won't bother with a return. SCAMMERS!

Along with the rest of the folks who left reviews, I too am now without a key Christmas gift for my daughter. I placed my order on December 11, with the understanding the shoes would ship out within two business days and via two day shipping. Here it is, December 21, and I am still without shoes and without a response from the company. I wish I read these reviews before ordering.

**Update** Despite checking the still invalid UPS tracking number this am, I came home after shopping to find my order on the doorstep. Correct color and size? - check!, lights work? -check! It remains to be seen if they will continue to work - or if my daughter will care for what looks like a pair of nurses' shoes with lights at the bottom -so will keep you posted.

(Original post from 12/20) After placing my 12/4 order, it was still "processing" on 12/17 so inititated a dispute claim through ny credit card company. I felt bad on Monday when I received an e-mail that my order had shipped along with a tracking number. But when I clicked on the tracking number link the UPS site said is was invalid. Not surprised. This place needs to be put out of business. Wish I had come across this site before engaging in this mess!

Don't order

I ordered my shoes over two weeks ago since it was only a two day shipping I felt it was not a problem they took the money out along time ago and still no shoes we are a few days from Christmas I'm out $200 and gift for my kids that I expected 2-3 days after ordering! Horrible but I will be contacting my bank

RIPOFF. REPORT TO FTC

This is unbelievable. I too should have checked the reviews before hand, but have also fell into the trap. My baby girl really wanted these for christmas. Now I'm out of money and she is out of a gift. You all should report this company to the Federal Trade Commission, and we may get our money back

I placed an order on Dec 12th. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. After a week of no shipping info or email to confirm I began calling. What a joke. At one point I was on hold for up to 2 hours and still no one picked up. I finally get a hold of someone who tells me, oh did u order the black ones? I said, no the silver. He says, oh we ran out. Good news is, we just got a new shipment and your will go out asap. Thats a joke. Now I can't even track the package. Can't get anyone on the phone to check order status. Where is my $89? This place needs to be put out of business. My daughter will be disappointed. I might as well get a bootleg pair from the mall.

I placed my order on 12/8 because of the 2 day processing/2 day shipping. Do you think I have them NO. Tried calling, emailing no success. Now I have to find some hopefully locally and wait for MasterCard to get my money back. This company is a joke how do you report them to the better business bureau.

I have called this company 5x's four out of the five x's someone disconnected the call after holding for 2 hours each time. One of the times someone answered and stated the shoes will go out that day in the meantime the website still reads processing. Just like the other reviews I neglected to research the company first. They were to be a Christmas present for my son placed two orders on the 15th of December and still no help. I also emailed them twice and still no answer. I want to cancel the order but can not get anyone on the phone - From an angry mother

We have had a horrible experience with this company! Ordered a pair of $100 shoes for my son. One week in they quit working. Contacted company and they said they would have to be replaced. Reading reviews I see this is common, so I asked to return them. NOT because he did not want his birthday present but because they are defective. THEY CHARGED US A 15% restocking fee for THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! So disappointing AND we have to PAY TO SEND THEM BACK!

I failed to read the reviews before ordering as well. My granddaughter asked for a specific Hoverkick shoe. It looked good and their 2-day processing followed by free 2-day shipping sucked me in. I ordered on 9 Dec and expected them within a week. When they still showed 'Processing' on the 17th I sent an email and told them if they could not ship by the 19th to cancel my order and credit my Paypal account for the $99 they charged me on the 9th. I also tried to call them on the 17th and waited 20 minutes before hanging up. I opened a 'dispute' on Paypal yesterday and today escalated it to a 'claim' since Hoverkicks had not responded to my 17 Dec email. Paypal has given Hoverkicks 10 days to respond to my claim--during which I suspect I will receive a pair of shoes that are either the wrong size, wrong shoe, or defective; in which case, the claim will be extended for a month or two. Oh well, live and learn. Happy Holidays to all of you who posted before me.
