I absolutely wish I would of read these reviews 1st. Do yourself a favor and ORDER SOMEPLACE ELSE! Don't even play yourself, seriously. First of all, I truly do not believe this company is based out of NYC. I ordered some shoes as a Christmas Gift for my daughter. One of the only things she wanted for Christmas. Placed the order on 12/16/16 with the understanding of 2 day processing and 2 day shipping would get them here by 12/23/16. When I hadn't received them I called and was on hold for an hour with no answer. Sent an email and all I got back was an automated response! Needless to say my daughter was pretty upset. So on 12/26/16 I called again and was again on hold for an hour with no response. So again I sent emails and again got automated response. So I sent an email and let them know I no longer wanted there shoes, I just wanted my money back. Still got automated responses, so I disputed the charges with my bank on 12/27. On 12/29 which was yesterday, they emailed me tracking numbers for the package but when you look it up, it says it hasn't shipped, just a label was made. I then again sent them an email explaining I still didn't want the shoes and got another automated response. And never once did I ever talk to Any Live Person. I feel like this a Scam Company! Don't Order From Here!

I'm not one for writing a bad review- believe me, I understand when things fall behind and everybody wants their stuff. But to have a bad attitude and zero customer service skills, not only inconveniences you as the consumer even more, it effects the company negatively. I ordered a pair at the beginning of December, it got delivered but never made it inside the door because it was stolen at the "front door." Another review I want to offer to the folks at UPS who decided to leave the package practically on the streets. It's the holidays, it's busy and littered with desperate idiots, i get it, but not acceptable. Since its international and got nowhere with UPS, had to take it up with Hoverkicks. I've written countless emails and placed calls after calls (I'm actually on hold as I'm writing this review... going on 56 minutes)- all I've gotten is a generic "dear valued customer" response and no real solutions, and a hang up after a 45 minutes hold from the most unprofessional employee. I seriously cried for a whole 5 minutes, I just wanted to know what the policy was and if they could replace the items. That's all. The simple solution for me is to never order from this company ever again
This company is a rip-off. I placed an order dec 16 for 2 pairs, and only received one. The other stills say "preparing shipment". I send them several emails every day, and called them every day. I do not get an actual person at all. This a horrible company to purchase from. I feel bad for my 6yr old son cause he has been waiting and asking for them every day. This company took my money and did NOT deliver. I will be filing a complaint, TODAY.
I wish I had read all the reviews on this company before ordering. Placed order on 19th with 2 day guaranteed shipping... Today is the 29th and still no shoes. I have emailed them everyday because order keeps saying processing, but my funds were drafted from my account and still no shoe. Finally had to tell them that if I didn't get answers as to what's going on with my order that I want my funds drafted back to my account... check the status this morning and shoes are with US in Hong Kong... and says it should be to me by Friday. So it took for me to say I want my funds back for them to get the shoes shipped and when they get here they better work or they will be getting them right back. This company is a ripoff and I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing from them. I will never order from this company again.
I placed an order for my son on Dec. 07 and I still haven't received it. Order still on processing status. I emailed them but didn't get a response. I called 3 days in a role for about 45 min to an hr. Nobody ever answered my call. After the 3rd day I get an email saying my order will not get delivered on time for Christmas. Today is the 29th and still nothing has arrived. I try to check the order but all I get is "error 404."" I don't want to cancel the order because I might loose my money. I will just wait and see if they get delivered and in working condition. This is ridiculous! Don't ever order from this company. I should of read the reviews before ordering.
Same as other reviewers. This company is a scam. They will take your money and not deliver on promises. STAY AWAY
I ordered my shoes Dec 21, for 2 day shipping. In time for xmas for my daughter. Today is 28th. Still nothing! I've emailed twice, and called only to be on hold for 45 min. The email the responded w was a link to track my order. Which said was "still being processed"! Hello! The email also advised me NOT to call, because customer service cannot help me w this matter. Only thing to do to go to bank and stop payment and file formal complaint w BBB!
I should have read the reviews. Same thing happened to me. Ordered them with 2 day promise. Still no shoes. Now I'm afraid they won't even work.
I have been reading all the reviews and the exact same thing is happening to me. When you try to track where you're shoes are you get a 404 error. They do. It answers your emails or pick up the phone. They do charge you with no problem but then where are the shoes?
I ordered two pair of led sneakers on 11/25/16 and only 1 pair was received mind you funds for both pair of shoes are taken our of my account it is now 12/27/16 and I have not received my 2nd pair of sneakers. I emailed and called this company and no response I am putting in a dispute because they took my money and I do not have the product.
I wish I would of seen all of the terrible reviews before ordering these sneakers for my daughter as a Christmas present. I placed the order on 11/29/2016. I received the order about 2 weeks later. The sneakers looked legit. I noticed that the return address was Hong Kong. That should of been a huge red flag however I over looked it because I'm like the company is based out of New York. Christmas morning my daughter opened the sneakers and was so happy! She plugged them in and only the left sneaker was taking the charge. We you tubed the problem and one video said take the sole out perhaps one of the wires got unplugged. We checked all of that and all the wires & battery was in tact. I emailed the company and I am still waiting for a response. I called the company's phone number *******240 and no one answers. I don't want to return the sneakers, I just want someone to help me fix them. Perhaps send a new battery. I am so upset. Please do not order from this company. Buyer beware! $70 sneakers and they don't work. Brand new sneakers, never been worn.
Order placed 12/12/16. Sent three e-mails no response. Sent 4th e-mail December 20th e-mail sent back stated would receive no later than the December 23rd. Shoes not even in the states yet per spotify. Will never order from Hoverkicks again. Will be some very sad children Christmas morn.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered from the company 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my order. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. After requesting a refund and canceling my order they sent an email with a UPS tracking number, but the expected arrival time is Tuesday the 27th. I wish I would've read the reviews first.

I order these shoes over 2 weeks ago, it is now the 23rd and nothing. When I called, I can't even get through to anyone, and when you try to check the status online, the website is 404. I am extremely pissed because this is what my daughter really wanted.

I placed my order on the 14th of December and their webpage specifically states 2-Day (business) delivery! Today, December 23,2016, I have yet to receive my order for my 11-yr. Old son. The only gift he requested for Christmas. I sent them an email requesting status on the 21st of December and that too was ignored. Today when I phoned the company their costumer service was very rude and obnoxious and stated that the place order was on "Back Order" and would not be delivered till 1 to 2 weeks that I should have been advised via email, but their systems are down. This is unacceptable service or treatment. If I could issue a ZERO star I would, but I unable. This company is by far one of the most irresponsible companies that I will NEVER deal with again.
These people are absolute scam artists! They've blocked me totally from being able to comment on their Facebook posts after l put them on blast for being frauds... prerty obvious that they're sun right there... and yes I had a TERRIBLE experience with them at Christmas time last year.
Answer: Sad to say, I've had the same problem. I've had my shoes for a week now and at the end of the week most of the colors wont appear when I press the button inside the shoe. But when it does work, it only flashes one color, then dies out. I think the problem is that the lights shorted out. Meaning the shoes are cheap and HoverKicks is a scam.
Answer: Don't believe that they ship in 2 days. I got my shoes in 4 weeks and the remote doesn't even work AND 1 week from having them and none of the lights work.
Answer: They run a little small so order a size up.
