Do the shoes run true to size?

They run a little small so order a size up.

I placed my ordered on December 10 and December 11 payment was debited my CC.. Order still in processing status, three emails and 3 hours on the on hold for customer service with no success. NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I bought a pair of Hooverkicks for me last night, they charged my debit card but said they had a problem with my address or something; I received an email this morning saying the shoes were still in my basket and I'm wondering if I can ship them back for a full refund or how I can cancel my order?
