Do not buy from this awful company shoes break they are aware of this and they don't stand behind product lights will break with in days and their return policy for expensive costing but cheap made sneakers is 15 days so they say sorry about your bad luck they will block and remove all your comments from face book only leaving their posts cowards
Shoes never worked right once and company wouldn't do anything about it! As soon as they were opened they didn't work correctly and we contacted company immediately.
Ok, I purchased a pair of these LED shoes, expecting them to be like the ones I had seen so many photos of. I had no problems with the shipping or anything like that, however, the shoes stopped working after three times of wearing them. The first time I charged them up and everything seemed to be running smoothly, so I wore them out. Everything was fine the first time, but the second time I noticed the colors weren't lighting up correctly. When it was one color, two or three of the lights did not match the rest of the colors. Thinking they just needed to be charged, I did so, but the problem persisted in the right shoe. A little later on, the left shoe's complete front half stopped lighting up. In conclusion, I did not expect them to last forever but I at least wanted them to last more than a year. Overall, I was not happy with the shoe, and will not be purchasing from them again. I recommend you do the same.
On November 21,2016 I purchased a pair of $79 Hoverkicks as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old daughter. On Christmas Day, December 25th, I contacted Hoverkicks to inquiry about an exchange for a larger size. I informed the company of my situation, that the sneakers were never worn, and then received a response saying that my return request was denied because it was not within the 15 day return policy. Several other emails were sent to the company, again explaining the situation, but only received generic responses back reminding me of the return policy. I tried calling the company's listed number *******240) several times over the last two months (to the day), but could never reach a live person. Aside from the fact that this is terrible customer service, my daughter is out of a Christmas gift that was #1 on her list. I am fully on board with paying a restocking fee, but I would like to be able to exchange for the proper size. And the fact that I cannot correspond or speak with a live customer service representative is inexcusable. Stay away!
Tired to purchase these for my son for Christmas, didn't receive them until 20 days later, well past Christmas. He loved them, until the right shoe ran out of battery (10 minutes after he opened the package) and tried to charge them. The right shoe's USB port did not fit well with the charging cable, so we never could get it to light up again. Sent some more emails to customer service and finally came to the conclusion that these need to be returned. YOU MUST PROVIDE PICTURES, PAY A 15% RESTOCKING FEE, AND PAY FOR FREIGHT! These shoes cost me way more than they're worth, considering I have nothing to show for it. Now I'm waiting for my return label, it's been 30 minutes and no email yet. Guess I'll wait around all day, I have nothing else to do, right?

I called customer service waited about 5 min and everything was taken care of. Maurice is a rock star. Not only did he help me realize I messed up my battery but he is also sending me new batteries. How awesome! He made my entire day
Be aware of this company. I received my purchase many days after was supposed, tried to cancel and have no customer service answer at all. I did a complain to paypal and then they sent me the product but I'm trying to return (with the ridiculous 15% return fee + shipping costs) and they never sent me the return label. Now I'm afraid to return and have nothing refund. I don't even need the product anymore as I didn't receive on time. STAY AWAY! DONT BUY! STAY AWAY! DONT BUY!
They make false advertisement on the shipping and once you receive the order it doesn't work and you have to ship out of pocket to return them. They do not state on their site items are being shipped from CHINA! They are a fraud
This is the worst company to order shoes from. They sent the wrong size and needed me to pay a 15% restocking fee on the product they made an error on as well as pay for return shipping. Plus, I had to submit a return request with a ton of photos or else I'd be denied a return! I couldnt believe it. I needed a size 6 for my 10 year old middle grader and they sent a toddler size 6. I could have been happy with an exchange but I was so upset with their attitude, I'm never going back to them. Lesson learned!
I ordered sneakers 12/14/16 with 2 day delivery Still have not recieved them. I called them and waited 2 1/2 hours on the phone first they said they were out of stock when i got upset he then said they were ready to be shipped still have not gotten them. I have sent 44 emails to them with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered my niece a pair of gray shoes on Dec. 23rd... I payed extra to receive them by jan2 it is now Jan 6... they don't answer my calls I keep getting disconnected and not to mention they took the money out of my account the same day I ordered them. I'm still fighting my refund

Although very upset with Hoverkicks, I was not going to write a negative review as I had nothing to add to all the negative reviews already submitted. Then I received an email from them today asking that I go to their website, click on reviews, and tell them about my experience with their company. When I tried to do just that, I got a 404 error notice telling me that page didn't exist. So here's my review. I ordered a pair of Hoverkicks in early December as a Christmas present for my grandson, mainly because of their free, two day shipping. When two weeks had passed with no shoes, I tried calling. There was either no answer or I was put on hold. I then sent an email. No response. Tried calling again and was put on hold. After an hour, someone finally took my call and said the shoes had been shipped that day. Since it was a week until Christmas, I thought I had plenty of time for the 2 day shipping. After three days, I received an email with tracking information. That was when I learned the shoes were being shipped from China and had not yet been shipped. I sent an email to Hoverkicks asking them to cancel the order and issue a refund. I received a reply two days later saying that they couldn't cancel the order as the shoes had already been shipped, but if I wanted to return them, I had to pay return postage and a restocking fee. The shoes did arrive on Christmas Eve, but surprise, surprise, they were the wrong size. That's when I decided that I would throw the shoes in the trash and eat my losses before I would give this bogus company another dime of my money. They stay in business by issuing false and fraudulent information and downright lying. How they stay in business is a mystery to me. DO NOT waste your time or money buying from Hoverkicks. Your life will be a lot less stressful and it will save some child the disappointment of not receiving their most wanted gift.
Couldn't get through on the phone and couldn't get through by email. So I took to Facebook and got a reply in secondseymour. They r sending me a new battery and if that doesn't work then I don't know.
I am going to Facebook about this company. This company is so fake. They are liars and a human will not return your call. I wish I had done my homework on this FAKE company. I ordered these shoes for my twins on 12-10-2016 for their birthday on 12-13-2016. I knew that the shoes would probably not arrived on 12-13-2016, but I sure did not expect for them to arrive on 1-4-16. They stated two days almost like two months. They are not located in the United States and if you call that fake number, you will be holding for hours only to never speak to a human. Oh yes, I ordered on 12-10-16 and the next day, they had debit my account. I went through Pay Pay to attained a refund. I will scream to the mountain top, please do not buy from Hover Suck Kick. Then they do not try to discount their lie, nor do they care. They are like this because they have been able to get away with their LIES. Anyone reading this, run as fast as you can. You will come out better ordering shoes from E bay and getting them much faster.
I also ordered sneakers for my son for Christmas from this company on 12/15/16 and it is now 1/4/17 and I still haven't received any product or any tracking information! I have tried calling the company repeatedly and receive no answer! I've tried emailing them and receive generic emails. I just emailed them again today and asked for a refund and will be waiting for they're next reply.
I wished I took the time to look at the reviews before I made a purchase with them. I had the same experience. I ordered a pair of sneakers for my daughter for Christmas. My daughter beleives in Santa and all she asked him was for the light up sneakers. SADLY, on Christmas day she was crying and thought she behaved badly because this year Santa didn't give her a gift. It broke my heart!.
I also order this sneakers on December 16. Believing on their policy of 2 day process and 2 day shipping. When I reach out to them I was unable to do so by phone, therefore, I emailed them and explained I haven't received a tracking #. They send me link. The link was not helpful so I emailed them again. They didn't respond. On December 23 I again emailed them and explained how these sneakers were such a special Christmas gift and I needed them to be here before the 25th of December. This time they send me a tracking number but is was not labelled. I wrote back to them and explained how unsatisfied I was with them and I continue to say their customer service was horrific and I never came across with such a dishonest company. Please if you are reading all these reviews trust that they are true! This company should go out of business for breaking every children's heart that was looking forward to open thier present on Christmas day!
Never ever ever purchase from this company. They falsely say you will receive your package within 2 days... this can NO be possible as they are licated overseas NOT in Ney York. Packages MUST go through customs and can take weeks if not months to receive your item. Their customer service is the worst. Someone needs to put a stop to this company. They take your money and never ship your items (50-50 chance at ever seeing the product). You might as well kiss your money GOOD BYE!

I ORDERED THIS SHIES FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR CHRISTMAS ON THE 16th and it said they would be here! As of now which is 12-30 I still have not yet to receive them! I've contacted customer service and they told me that my shoes were delivered! $#*! WHERE!?!?!? So pissed because this is all my daughter wanted besides a hover board for Christmas! I told them I never received anything and now they just stop responding to me so I had to file a disputed with my bank! It horrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Answer: Sad to say, I've had the same problem. I've had my shoes for a week now and at the end of the week most of the colors wont appear when I press the button inside the shoe. But when it does work, it only flashes one color, then dies out. I think the problem is that the lights shorted out. Meaning the shoes are cheap and HoverKicks is a scam.
Answer: Don't believe that they ship in 2 days. I got my shoes in 4 weeks and the remote doesn't even work AND 1 week from having them and none of the lights work.
Answer: They run a little small so order a size up.
