I have always envied kids with blinking. Colored light in their sneakers. Finally I could buy a pair! I was so excited when they arrived. They fit well and lived up to my expectation walking down the street, colored blinking make me very happy. I have got excellent. That's why I suggest it to all.

Ordered these for my son last month and had them hiding in my closet until yesterday for his birthday. Opened them up and one of the lights isn't working. Customer service won't let me exchange due to it being past the 30 day return policy. These came defective. I should be able to exchange for a working pair regardless of when I received them. I paid $150 for shoes with lights, I expect all the lights to work! I plan on leaving a negative review wherever I can

Ordered for a Christmas gift on November 28. Finally got them delivered a few days before Christmas. My son opened them and wore them for a bit they quick working within a hour or two. Company will not replace or refund! They did send one battery to see if that would fix the problems. One battery for two shoes. And the battery is not the problem. Huge rip off. Hope they go bankrupt in 2018 so they will have to stop ripping people off. I would have given 0 stars if that was a possibility.

Tip for consumers:
Delivery is a joke, takes forever then they send you junk. I have contacted service many times with no fix or replacement. They do not return. They do not even honor their return policy. The quality is terrible as they do not even work and the feel of the shoe is like a water shoe!

Hoverkicks pretty much beat my son out of 80 bucks. They refuse to issue a refund after 2 pairs of these shoes that do not work. The only thing worse than the shoes is the customer service. I posted to their facebook page to try and warn others, but my comments were removed and my abilities to post to their page are now blocked. Looks like they don't want people to know the truth. I have started a "Hoverkicks Suck" group on facebook. Please go there and share your bad experiences with this company!

I purchased a pair of Hoverkicks for my son. After one month of minimal use, one of the shoes stopped working altogether and the other shoe is difficult to charge because the wire slips into the shoe. I contacted the company via email regarding my issue and they were no help at all, they never even responded to my last email! I'm stuck with shoes my son cannot use. They are very poorly made for a ridiculous price. There should be a zero star rating.

HoverKicks I bought a pair as a christmas gift. My daughter wore them 4 times before they started to not charge properly. CS sent out a new battery... still would not charge. So I now have one shoe that works and one that doesnt. Company will not return, replace or refund because i exceeded their 14 DAY return policy. They were not even worn within the 14 days since I bought them. Ridiculous. I am not a negative person at all and tried several times to reach some kind of amicable conclusion but I hope others read these and this company folds!

I would NEVER buy from Hover Kicks again! There are many other websites that sell LED sneakers, however the sneakers come from China and I thought they would be of poor quality, also I wanted the remote so I purchased from the Hover Kicks site. Well their sneakers are also cheap, and are shipped from China with no show box. My remote did not work and they refused to send me a new one. Their customer service said I would have to pay to send the sneakers and the tiny remote back. The second time I wore the shoes some of the lights on one of the shoes went out and customer service pretty much told me too bad and there is nothing they can nor will do. They were rude and could not be bothered to help in anyway.

I purchased Hoverkicks in late June 2016. In mid-September 2016, after only 5 wears, the front lights on my left shoe just died. I contacted Hoverkicks and they said the shoes were outside of the 30 day warranty period. Completely outrageous considering I had only worn them a few times. This indicates to me that they could die on anyone at anytime.

I bought new shoes for my handicapped daughter and the shoes worked at first, she wore them around the house the day of her birthday. However, she brought it to my attention 2 months later that one only worked half way and that is why she does not want to wear them. I asked her why she didn't tell me and she said I forgot. So I naturally thought they would help me since the shoes were new, however, the email I received in return was sorry you are outside of our warranty period with a link to their website to review the warranty. In my mind I am thinking I don't care about the warranty period, retail stores go outside their time period when warranted and I wrote a longer response and appealed to their better judgement. No reply. Finally I sent another email after reviewing all of these complaints on this website and again no response. I am very disappointed in their quality and service, look on Amazon for competing brands with lower prices, and let's face it, quality and service cannot be any worse!

I direct a high school choir and the boys did a fundraiser to pay for their shoes. We contacted this company early November to check to see if they had 30 pair of Silver shoes in stock and to confirm that they had all the needed sizes. They assured me they did. So I immediately placed the order for all 30 pair of shoes. They started coming in one pair one day, a couple pair the next, and so on. Right before Christmas Break I sent several emails telling them what shoes I was still missing. Heard nothing. Then over Christmas Break they sent me an email telling me they were out of Silver Shoes so what was my second choice. I explained to them that they promised had all sizes in stock. Generic reply. Then saying they are out of Silver please make a second choice. After telling me they would not give me a refund I chose White. 3 very disappointed students. However, we were still missing 5 size 13 shoes. They would never confirm they sent them, but kept replying with my messages. Your orders have been filled and completed. That was it. Never once were they willing to help us out on the missing 5 pair. I will never do business with them again, and I will recommend that no one else do business with them. Most unprofessional, unfriendly, non cooperative company I have ever worked with. They are truly SCAM ARTISTS who are willing to rip off a bunch of high school kids who worked so hard to raise money to purchase these shoes only to be turned away. Good part of the story, I found a different company who sold they same shoes and ordered the sizes of the missing shoes and replacement shoes (for the white ones) and they were sent to me in time for our first contest. Unfortunately, it was out of my own pocket (teachers salary) but I had to do it for the kids. Stay away from HOVERKICKS!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes within a month. They both were defective. I tried calling them and I could never get anyone on the phone. They will not refund my money but they'll send me another pair of shoes. They are fake and this company is only out to make money for themselves. Both pair of shoes... I will never purchase anything from them again. If you know what's good for you, you wouldn't either...

Do not buy from this awful company shoes break they are aware of this and they don't stand behind product lights will break with in days and their return policy for expensive costing but cheap made sneakers is 15 days so they say sorry about your bad luck they will block and remove all your comments from face book only leaving their posts cowards

I bought a pair for my son a day later one shoe stop lighting up I try to contact someone no luck after another week I did he said he send t a replacemt battery 2 weeks haven't received it return policy 15% charge is ridiculous too. Seems to me that this is a bunch of kids running this thing. Don't buy the kicks. You will waste you money. Not cool

I bought some light-up sneakers for my daughter and they broke the second time she put them on. I started a claim and didn't know that their policy was to accept exchanges only within 30 days, and they didn't tell me this. When I finished the claim, the 30 days was up and I was told, too bad for you! My daughter was crushed and she did nothing wrong. I'm reporting this company to the BBB and everywhere else I can find.

I ordered two pairs of hoverkicks and the green LED lights on the front of both pairs stopped working within a couple days. At first I thought it was intended because it happened on both pairs around the same time but really it's just not built to handle very much activity. I didn't bother trying to get them replaced through warranty since they'd been worn.

I also ordered sneakers for my son for Christmas from this company on 12/15/16 and it is now 1/4/17 and I still haven't received any product or any tracking information! I have tried calling the company repeatedly and receive no answer! I've tried emailing them and receive generic emails. I just emailed them again today and asked for a refund and will be waiting for they're next reply.

They are thieves they'll steal your money... I bought 4 pairs of shoes from them one was faulty I've been trying to get a replacement pair for over a month at this point they've stopped responding to my emails altogether horrible customer service do not order from hoverkicks

What horrible customer service! I ordered these for my son for Christmas who was very excited about them. They worked just fine but were too small. Now I ordered them in the beginning of December but since they were a Christmas git he obviously didn't get them until December 25th. I tried to exchange them for a bigger size and they told me it was outside of their 14 day return policy! They are brand new still in the box never even worn and I'm not even trying to return them I just want to exchange them. So there goes over $30 in the trash and a pair of shoes my son can only look at! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering anything!

I will never order from this website again. The shoes came a week later than expected, there was no email or text message to confirm my order and everything I ordered came at different times, days apart, but it was all one order. The customer service was horrible and they sounded just as confused as me when I called. When my shoes came for my little brother the remote worked when it wanted and was such poor quality. I had to pull the charger piece out of the shoe with tweezers. This was one of the worst birthday gifts to get both my brothers and a total waste of money. Never again..

This is the worst company to order shoes from. They sent the wrong size and needed me to pay a 15% restocking fee on the product they made an error on as well as pay for return shipping. Plus, I had to submit a return request with a ton of photos or else I'd be denied a return! I couldnt believe it. I needed a size 6 for my 10 year old middle grader and they sent a toddler size 6. I could have been happy with an exchange but I was so upset with their attitude, I'm never going back to them. Lesson learned!

We ordered. 2 pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago. Customer service is non existing. We receiced 1 pair and they havent sshipped the other pair. We were promised we would have them by Dec 10. Its now Dec. 22. You spend hours on the phone. And they leave you on hold with out getting a human for follow up. If you want to order they are there right away. They would get a 0 if they had that star. Dont buy from this pathetic company.

This company is a rip-off. I placed an order dec 16 for 2 pairs, and only received one. The other stills say "preparing shipment". I send them several emails every day, and called them every day. I do not get an actual person at all. This a horrible company to purchase from. I feel bad for my 6yr old son cause he has been waiting and asking for them every day. This company took my money and did NOT deliver. I will be filing a complaint, TODAY.

Well I bought my daughter's shoes like couple of weeks later. 2 or 3 she comes back complaining that they where not working. But me busy with work and all didn't call hoverkicks immediately when I called they said it was over a month. Sorry can't help you. Never buy from them again. You get better quality at swap meet fakes for 25$.
