THIS IS THE WORST EVER ON LINE EXPERIENCE. Update arrived at the hotel room CANCELLED DONT USE THIS SITE. ALSO CALLED THE NUMBER SPOKE TO CHRISTINA ADVISED NEED ANOTHER BOOKING AMENDED AND THAT THE PERSON ON THE BOOKING ONLY HAD INTERNET FOR A FEW MINUTES WE HAD HIM ON MESSENGER CALL HE SOKE TO HER AUTHORISING ME TO AMEND AFTER HE HAD GONE SHE ADVISED ME SHE NEED TO ASK HIM 3 questions I advised he was no longer on the phone she said it wasn't him it was a recording. WHY NOT ASK HIM THE QUESTIONS WHEN HE WAS ON THE PHONE
Update I phoned the number *******710 spoke to Vira she has forwarded my confirmation and cancelled my duplicate booking. Refund should be 5-7 days.
I made bookings on 29 Oct, no confirmation received but your system saying processing and then stalled, I tried again to book, still the same things happened. Your system appeared to have an error and that my booking didn't go through. I have checked my credit card and it has been deducted twice. I have not received a confirmation email. I have sent an email through to customer service and refunds with no response.

The taxes weren't shown upfront WAY before I got to the confirm purchase page. It would be nice to see what the ACTUAL price of a hotel stay will be with taxes included.

From Trip Advisor site, I booked a room in California. We have NO RESERVATION. I called credit card company to report fraud. They removed the charge.

I have attempted to book a hotel on Friday, November 2nd, at the Rio All Suite Hotel in Las Vegas from November 14 through November 18. I have received an error message and have tried to rebook it again with my PayPal account. The money has been taken out of my PayPal account but I have not received a booking confirmation. I have called and spoken to Thomas on the phone who told me I would get a response on Friday or Saturday and have requested an email confirmation to be sent. I have not received a confirmation nor a call. I have called again on Monday and talked to multiple people before I got forwarded to a supervisor, Magda, who said she will take care of the issue and rebook the hotel. I never got a confirmation nor call again. I had to call again on Tuesday and the issue could not be resolved, so Konrad from the Financing Department had to issue a refund to me. At this point I have wasted over 2 hours trying to get my hotel booked with empty promises of getting the issue solved, while Hoteling.com was keeping my money from me. Then, after a refund was issued and I could successfully the hotel, the price increased from $281.14 for the same hotel and dates to $296.57. I have called again today and have spoken to Kasia, who was unwilling to match the price difference, even though it was hoteling.com's internal issue, and did not want to match the price or give me a discount. At this point I have wasted over 3 hours and have not gotten a single reimbursement for my wasted time and when I wanted to cancel my booking, I am now being charged with a $50 cancellation fee. I have emailed the refunds department (Case Reference number: *******), whose automatic email promised me a 24 time window for a response. It has now been well over 24 hours and I still have not received a response. It's incredible how much time and effort I have wasted for a company that promises "Easy to find, simple to book"

Thank you very much for contacting us here. I've found your booking and I can see that we've already sent the request to our Finance Department to proceed the refund, so you should receive the money back on your account shortly.
The reason why we've cancelled your booking is that you've booked on the Hoteling website dedicated for US customers. We have different channels for different countries, and it states in our policy that you need to book on the page dedicated for the country you live in.

Booked a hotel reservation through hoteling and got charged initial $5 booking fee two months ago, came back and intended to make full payment today.(Everything looks fine so far) After putting all my payment details today and leave no fields in blank TWICE (so there could not be my typing mistake), then I trying to find their contact information. ALL I FOUND IS JUST THE EMAIL... Can you believe a worldwide travel booking agency do not have a landline contact method nowadays?
To cut it short, have to book through other websites, and hopefully in 24 hrs, I would not see I got charged by them twice. For the same fuxking room.

Looks fine so far, could not make payment using their credit card system initially, tring about 30 times to ring their number provided by Hoteling.com representitive, and their phone never got picked up.
Have not got charged multiple times so far, rang the hotel and get told the room has been reserved under my name even before I paid my outstanding balance. (That's a bit weird)
Anyway, it looks fine so far, will updated after I finish the trip in 11th Nov 2015.

Last updates, to sum up. Hoteling.com is a trust worthy agent. My holiday arrangement in Bali got white belly up cuz airport went closed for the sake of the volcano ash. Anyway did not expect can get my money back cuz its after the punishment-free cancellation period.
But they did fully return my money even including the first Deposit money.
I will not hesitate to book my holiday with them in future.

First if i could give less than 1 star i would... I just booked a room at the end of June. Did not think much of it after I booked the room. Received an email Monday mind you i leave Friday. Confirming my room and how many people are in it. I replied 2 thinking that is odd that is what i booked the room for and just to be safe since they seemed not to have the information bottom floor or elevator access due to a wheel chair.
I get a response Tuesday mind you we leave Friday and this has been booked for 3 weeks. We can not accommodate you this should have been added during booking. It was we are not new at the wheel chair game.
I reply back asking for them to explain what they mean... are they seeing wheel chair and thinking we need the bars in the bathroom so on? No reply. Today I call them after holding for India got a lady who was nice but flat out told me this is your fault you didnt properly complete the booking information again trying to get them to explain what they mean about accommodate me. After a frustrating 20 minute call i was promised a call back in 3 hours (we are going on 6)
I took it upon myself to call the hotel and make sure that they have elevator access for a wheelchair if we are on the second floor. 3 minute conversation with Erin very nice at the hotel front desk. However she asks when did i book my hotel room using hoteling i said the 29th of june she said OOOOOHHHHHHH that could be it we stopped taking 3rd party bookings on the 24 most likely we rejected the booking because we have no room...
Called customer service again and was told no that is not right the hotel is not telling you the truth... really i think i know who is lying
So now i have to find a room in 2 days before i leave for vegas so instead of 100 bucks a night i am looking at 200. In addition they have already said they WILL NOT refund me due to my error. UMMMM no you over booked and are trying to find an out.

Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
