I am a new customer and ordered a recliner it took 7 days to process and then it says back order be ready to ship in 10 days thats almost a month before i get my furniture. They dont return calls or enails worst customer service i have received. I think they should not list items that they say are in stock when they are not. They need better inventory and shipping help.

This was my first experience purchasing furniture ONLINE! I had a few questions especially about packaging and delivery for these reasons: The furniture was mirrored (more delicate). I have a steep driveway.

The furniture needed to be taken up a narrow staircase. Amanda addressed each of the issues I mentioned and kept me aware of the status of my order. He emailed and called me to confirm my questions were answered. I had plenty of notice and knew what to expect at delivery time. My furniture arrived intact and even a day ahead of time. I ordered almost an entire house of furniture! Stupidly, I thought they would gather my order together and deliver all at once. It came in 3 shipments., so not too bad, The delivery people were awesome and would give you a pretty close estimate of the time they'd be there. Never had to wait. Hit a couple of bumps in the road, but that's where the customer service came in. I've never had a brick and mortar store do so much to satisfy a customer. I live alone so picking up furniture was out. The expense of delivery is unreal! HCC delivery is FREE. I did pay extra twice... one item would have been left outside... not quite comfortable with that. Then I paid extra to have a platform bed assembled! WAY WORTH THAT! Just in getting it in the bedroom! Came in huge pieces... I doubt I could have gotten the pieces in the bedroom... that was worth it right there! Yes I assembled some pieces, but weren't real issues.

I ordered a chair I had wanted for a long time. I found one I liked at homecinemacenter and at a price I could afford. The chair arrived when they said, was packaged the
Way they said, and arrived at my house, undamaged. The chair, itself, is beautiful and just what I wanted and what was pictured. I will definitely order from homecinemacenter again!

We purchased a 2nd home and needed to buy furniture for every room. We purchased the dining room set and server from this company. The furniture arrived minus two of the hostess chairs. We had it documented on the shipping paperwork that they were missing and the shipping company confirmed. We immediately reported it to the company via email and phone calls. They would not speak to us on the phone. After trying to correct their mistake for 2 months we finally had to deal with it through our credit card company. Once in the dispute stage, they called us liars and said we were fraudulent people just trying to get furniture for free. We spent over 30k furnishing our new vacation home. This particular transaction was the worst part of it all. Thankfully, the other furniture was purchased through different companies. Never in a million years would I do business with this company again. I was insulted and horrified by the treatment we received.

Another example of exeptional customer service! I did receive one piece with missing parts due to shipping from US to Canada, BUT the issue was resolved immediately and successfully leaving me a happy customer.

Their furniture section is to die for! And even with shipping and border fees still cheaper to buy from HCC than any less original furniture in Canada. Despite small shipping hiccups I had with my orders I still go back and would highly recommend!

I searched for days online for smaller micofiber recliners that would be pretty and comfortable and would blend with colors in specific rug. I finally found them at HomeCinemaCenter. They are the Cloud chairs by catnapper in a carmel color. Extremely beautiful and comfortable The experience was excellent all the way through including white glove set up in my Living Room. Cyber Monday's can be pretty hectic for call centers I'm presuming but even with that I experienced the best customer service a gal can ask for. I called to ask about a delivery date question and I received so much more. Bob answered all my silly questions about delivery date options and return policies. I was just about to end the call but he was so worried I wasn't going to get my cyber Monday deal on time because of ongoing sale so he insisted that I pay over the phone just in case he needed to make any adjustments. He kept the call entertaining and I got what I ask for. $690 for a sofa isnt a bad deal at all.

I've always hated going to the store and so when Internet shopping became a "thing" I was one of the early adopters. I buy almost everything I own online, even my groceries. So when I bought my first house recently, I thought I'd try shopping for my furniture online. I went to several different sites, even some well-known sites including a certainSwedish furniture maker. I initially had ordered some bookcases first with this company, and it arrived. Unfortunately, when I was trying to put the shelved together, it turns out there were no screws included with my package. I called up their customer service and they arrived over nighted from the company. So I later searched and found a nice platform bed, and I thought I might as well spend a little more and get the set. I finally got my new bed (and bought a mattress as well) and loved it. Two great experience's with HomeCinemaCenter. Thank you!
