I just redid my bedroom and went with the works: bed, dresser, chest, nightstands, new linens, duvets, pillows galore! The furniture came in a reasonable amount of time and my room is so beautiful! Will definitely choose Hcc for my next remodel.

I placed my order online because the loveseat was not on the floor of any furniture store. Of course I was concerned. I chose HomeCinemaCenter because the value given for the price was good and reviews were good as well. This was the best decision ever! Upon receipt of my order, I received an acknowledgement and shortly thereafter I was given periodic status reports as to when I could expect the delivery.

Delivery was excellent! The warehouse called with a date and the next day called with a time frame. When the delivery men arrived, they spent a total of 30 minutes in my home even after putting the loveseat together! The whole experience was seamless and I am very happy that I chose HCC.

I had a problem finding a couch and loveseat that would fit up the stairs to my New York City apartment. This sectional group was the perfect solution. And I love the pieces. Nice and firm. Perfect for me.

I ordered a bedroom suite in early September. I had to contact them 2-3 weeks later to find out my order was back ordered until the end of November. I had to contact them again 12/3 to ask about my order only to be told to call in. When I did on 12/4 I was told they had canceled my order because "don't keep orders indefinitely." When I argued that it wasn't meant to be kept indefinitely, just till the back order was filled I was yelled and then hung up on. I worked in the industry for several years, these guys are clearly only interested in making a quick buck and if they can't customer be damned. If you're lucky enough to get the product you ordered don't expect any decent customer service or reimbursement afterwards for any defects or damages.

I was looking for a new dining room set as a gift to my family. I had many attributes the dining set had to fit and I found them all in one particular piece. The set was at a good price, it was made by Liberty Furniture which I knew to be high quality. It had the features, shape, size, everything and, I was given 7 day shipping for free. I have just recently moved into a new apartment and I was in much need of a sofa set that matched my style. So many places have insane prices just for a decently sized, cute couch and I was so pleased to find one that was in my price range. Delivery didnt take long at all, less than 2 weeks which was so doable! Setup was perfect and I am obsessed with my new sofa set. I am actually laying on it as I type this! I couldnt be more happy with my decision and I will be buying more furniture from this company for sure!

This is a lying company on the website when I purchased the bedroom set said it would ship in 3 days. But after I paid it sent me a email 3 days later say 10-18 business days. So then I get a email saying it shipped this is the 8th business day it still hasn't shipped yet. So I call in too see what's going on the guy answering the phone is rude as hell im asking him a question he talking over me doesn't give me a chance to get a understanding of what is going on and said they will get back with me in 2 day's for an update and hangs up on me. Don't order nothing from this company the lie and rude as hell.
