Our delivery was awesome. The movers were awesome and handled everything perfectly. They brought it inside our house and setup the complete set. Its even nicer in person than in the photos. So we were pleasantly suprised to see that. We're very excited to have our furniture.

It took about 3 weeks for everything and that's exactly what they told us so that works. They kept us updated the entities time.

I never received my order, after over 6 months of waiting. When I requested updates, the customer service representative was insanely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I am very pleased with my purchase of the Magnolia Manor Table set. The price was better than any other seller, and the ordering process was seamless. I did have contact with customer service regarding shipping because I hadn't received any shipping information, but the packages arrived the following day. I ordered my sectional through Home Cinema and read some negative reviews about delivery. I can honestly say I was surprised at how fast I received my sectional through Averitt express. There was no damage the delivery guy Brandon was the best and made sure that everything was intact. I don't know much about customer service at Home Cinema because I ordered online without speaking to them. I think they prefer online sales versus calling them but that's my opinion. I got exactly what I ordered in mint condition and a great price over other online competitors saved over $500 dollars. I would order again but probably with white glove delivery that 585lbs sectional was massive going up stairs.

We are so impressed with the service from Jacob! He was in communication during every step of our purchase of 8 library wall bookshelves, from when we purchased through delivery, and even afterwards. We noticed a missing accessory on one of the shelves upon arrival and Jacob made things right

I ordered a few large furniture items thru multiple purchases. Was very nervous ordering furniture online, and never ordered anything this big before without seeing it irst. We first purchased a guest bedroom set. Was delivered in just a few days, no assembly required, and it was beautiful. Thought about keeping this for our master bedroom, but then we found another set. Ordered that one, and payed a little more for inside delivery as it was a very heavy set from Liberty Furniture. Absolutely gorgeous! Excellent experience all around.

We ordered the Jackpot reclining chaise rocker recliner. Not only did we find what we wanted but it is the most comfortable piece of furniture in the house. My husband and I love this chair. I searched multiple furniture stores for a 66 inch tv console and a matching occasional table set and found them on HCC. Regrettably the 66 inch was back ordered, yet Totally Furniture allowed me to place the order and delivered both pieces within two weeks, earlier than initially promised. They are stunning and exactly as advertised.

I ordered a bedroom set from HomeCinemaCenter and later a sectional sofa. Local stores were hundreds more and also charged for delivery. The bedroom set took one week to arrive and the sofa about the same (this included waiting for the local delivery contractor to be in my "area"). I appreciated the sofa pictures with dimensions shown on the website, as well as update emails that show where in the shipping/delivery process your order is. Excellent company and amazing customer service!
