She was quite helpful and set my mind at ease about the delivery dates and walked me through the process. Employees like her, friendly, customer and service oriented are the ones that make a company great. Thank you so much Amy. I took couple of days to finalize the order and she was so humble to wait and work with me according to my time line.

I placed an order with Home Cinema Center on 6/27/23. Their website indicates 7 day delivery. It is July 10th and I still have not received so much as a confirmation email from them. I have emailed the business once and called twice but have received no response. I finally cancelled the order by email today as they seem to have no intention of communicating about the status of the order or delivery options. What a total waste of time. I highly recommend AGAINST placing an online order with this business as they do not appear to have a system in place to handle them adequately. I'm so disappointed as I was really looking forward to my new couch. Back to the drawing board.

I have never experienced customer service this rude. I called in to check the order status 3 days after I placed the order and I was told to "call back in 10 days. Nobody will check the order status for you now." Then I asked how many days does the shipping typically take. I was again told "call back in 10 days". Then I asked whether the delivery people will help unpack and move the furniture to the room he said "of course not". The customer service basically doesn't know how to talk to a human.
This is by far the best deal for great quality furniture! It's exactly the same furniture in the store but at a cheaper price! Typical go online make the purchase of the exact item you want! They keep you up to date as to when the arrival will be. Once delivered it's carried in a an put together! Even

I was referred to HomeCinemaCenter and found that it really was the best deal around. The delivery process was a little longer than what I had anticipated, but HomeCinemaCenter does a good job of letting you know that up front and staying in touch when your order is being processed. The Jackson Everest set looks so good with my dark wood floors and I love that there is a matching recliner option. My boyfriend is 6'5'' and fits on the sofa with the ottoman comfortably. The movers did a great job of bringing everything in, unwrapping, and setting up my furniture.

WE had searched all over for office furniture that was adequate enough to occupy our 'refurbished offices.' Something 'nice' and not the standard offers of office supply chains.
We found it at Coleman Furniture! Plus, their Customer Service was excellent as well as their delivery and setup!
In the future, we will make Coleman Furniture our first stop for furniture shopping!
Buyers, please beware this company has the rudest people I have ever experienced answering the phone. It's disgusting a business would allow someone who behaves like this to answer their phones to represent their business for this and because I received the wrong shipment I am returning everything. I do not spend my money with people who do not show respect.
