I ordered a leather sofa, chair, and love seat in January. Amanda managed my account and communicated with me with updates and with the delivery company so that I could get my order as soon as possible.

Amanda was exceptionally helpful because of the supply chain issues in the
U.S. at this time, and I know her job was made harder. The furniture arrived very quickly and it is beautiful. Family, extended family, and friends are impressed with the quality of the leather and how comfortable the furniture is.

The Magnolia Manor desk and matching filicing cabinet are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic/chic style.

This is my third purchase from HomeCInemaCenter and my experiences have all been excellent. So far, I love all my furniture pieces. I found the items that I purchased at another website less, however, the reviews were terrible for these other stores. HomeCinemaCenter delivery service was great.

The furniture was packaged well to prevent damage during transport. And the delivery time as amazing. Everyone else was quoting months. I received all of my orders in less than 2 weeks with HCC.

I ordered a sectional from HomeCinemaCenter because I could save a couple hundred dollars and it came with free white glove delivery. Sofas and sectionals don't require much set up but the most valuable thing to me was that I didn't have to try to dispose of the packaging. Also, it was difficult to find my specific sectional anywhere other than a specific chain of furniture stores where I had an unsatisfactory experience. But HomeCinemaCenter had it! It was super easy to order and the company kept me updated through email on every step of the fulfillment and delivery process. I would definitely order from them again.

This company is great. We were looking for some new furniture for our living room and bedroom. We stumbled onto HCC and we impressed with the selection. We selected a media center and complete bedroom set that matched in color and from the same vendor. Shipping was quoted to be just 2 weeks and was delivered within that time frame.

I wanted to order living room furniture and had many questions. Sent a detailed email and received a call back as the shipping was a possible issue sine we live in a tight area for large trucks. John called me back before the store opened. He was very friendly, articulate and really made sure all info was correct for my order! Will definitely refer anyone I know who needs furniture to HCC.

I had purchased a bedroom set in 2019 from HCC and was so please with the quality and the white glove delivery that I made another purchase for office furniture today!

Customer service was outstanding and helped to answer all of my questions.

I called this morning to let Home Cinema know I have not recieved my refund. The gentlemen on the other side of the phone said "wait another 10 days" and I said are you serious? He then stated "call your bank".
Which I did and they do not show anything coming in. Then he stated " I don't know what to tell you" and hangs up?!?!?! I will not order from them again nor will I recommend this company. The guy never asked me for my order # nor did even take out the time to talk to me. I felt as if I was bothering him... so sad that we have companies that have lost all pride in their customer service. Just sad.

First time buyer with HomeCinemaCenter. Was able to get answers to my questions by chating with Amy. She was quite helpful and set my mind at ease about the delivery dates and walked me through the process. Employees like her, friendly, customer and service oriented are the ones that make a company great. Thank you so much Amy. I took couple of days to finalize the order and she was so humble to wait and work with me according to my time line.

I placed an order with Home Cinema Center on 6/27/23. Their website indicates 7 day delivery. It is July 10th and I still have not received so much as a confirmation email from them. I have emailed the business once and called twice but have received no response. I finally cancelled the order by email today as they seem to have no intention of communicating about the status of the order or delivery options. What a total waste of time. I highly recommend AGAINST placing an online order with this business as they do not appear to have a system in place to handle them adequately. I'm so disappointed as I was really looking forward to my new couch. Back to the drawing board.
