Ive bought from them twice in the past couple weeks. Found great items for cheap and the shipping was so much more faster then expected... I couldnt find where it was coming from on the site to see about the time frame, but it came in less then a week... awesome site

The hollar app is great for the most part. Make sure you pay attention to size and quantity of products before purchase. I have ordered multiple times from the app and have only had 1 bad experience but customer service representatives were quick to reply and resolve the issue.

I recommend buying branded items from Hollar because there is more of a quality guarantee. A lot of the things I bought are way below market price. I had a bottle of nail polish come with a broken brush. After I emailed them, they apologized and offered a refund or store credit. I happily accepted credit cause I know I will be ordering from them again!

I placed an order... some of the items from Hollar.com and some from their "Marketplace" aka a third party seller. I received the Marketplace order and was dissatisfied with item. There was NO return information included with that order. I contacted Hollar to get return info. And received 2 responses, neither of which could help me. They appear to be very disorganized and ill-equipped to deal with returns. I do NOT recommend this company!

I ordered two Bell bicycle helmets from Hollar and paid only $14! At that price, it was worth the 7-day wait. The first helmet was for my little one and was specifically for children between the ages of one and three. In the bull's eye store, the same helmet is easily $19.99, if you can find one for that particular age group. The other, I purchased for myself and like my little one's it is super-cute! All in all, my experience was great. Just keep in mind, you can't be in a rush because it DOES take 7-10 days to arrive.

This is only to speak about the shipping. Order left warehouse on 9/25. Its oct 16 and still hasnt arrived. Do the generous math! Its not 7-10 business days as this company states. They must send snail mail! Will never shop here again!

I use hollar from time to time for the affordable and convenient that it was, but recently I noticed that the prices have increased probably triple, if not more than the cost you can find the same items at your local store. Not too happy about that. Probably change of management? That's what usually happens when new personel handles the company. Customer service has recently changed also. They Used to reply my emails within minutes, now, it's been over a week since a email them about an order that didn't received, with no reply so far. Something is going on!

First order, read the rave reviews. Ordered $25 worth of random stuff. Women 8 pack of panties cost 8 dollars but so thin worth 2 tops. A outdoors half moon mat tgat supposed to trap water, yep poured a cup, yep rubbish. I uninstalled app, you can do better at the Dollar store. A couple things was about equal but not worth browsing through for me or my time.

I placed an order for Christmas gifts. Had to toss 2 items, they were extremely dangerous, They had a rubber band the I tried out and it hurt like crazy,, no way was I giving them to 7 year olds! OUCH! I also purchased a Monster High Jigsaw puzzle, Granddaughter and her dad assembled it, so disappointing, missing two pieces of the puzzle! Also got 2 the train whistle... only one made noise! Got a stuffie that was supposed to work with your cell phone, somehow, needless to say it didn't! I will never purchase another item from this company!

I ordered lots of "stocking stuffers" and more from Hollar last year. They have a lot of toys that were great for the grand kids and some really fun things very inexpensive. Think of it a bit like Wish.com but here in the US and it doesn't take forever to get your order. I've not had any problems with any of the shipments and no need to contact customer service (always a good sign!).

I am constantly buying from Hollar. I've only had one issue where I received a product that didn't work but the staff was quick to get back to me and send me a new one. I find great buys on this site all the time and always recommend it to friends and family.

I LOVE this site! Honestly, I think I'm addicted. I've only placed something like 6 orders, but I've spent almost 700.00! Lord help me, I just can't get enough! Yes, shipping process is a little slow, but the quality of the products is OUTSTANDING! I got a $30 ceramic straightener for $1.00, I mean, come on, a dollar? How can you beat that?

I just discovered hollar and decided to go take a look. I ordered all craft supplies, and was surprised to see they had quite a bit to choose from. The prices are wonderful, and the products were exactly what I expected. My items arrived sooner than expected, everything was there and in tact. I will definitely be using hollar again!

This site has some great deal. I have bought to many products for a dollar or less. The shipping can be high at times but if you buy a certain amount, the shipping is free. They have great coupons also to help with shipping. I would recommend.

A friend and I started ordering from them back before Christmas and we are thrilled with eveything we have gotten so far. 6 orders and counting. Get selection of items, quality stuff not junk. Shipping is not as bad as some people seem to think it is. Free shipping so I can't complain. We love Hollar and are constantly looking to see what new things they have that we just really really need. Lol Take a chance on them, I do think you will be very happy!

Had 2 bad experiences with hollar and I only patronized them twice.
First time I had items in my basket that were over the $25 eligible for free shipping. When I proceeded to check out and pay, my basket was auto adjusted to remove one of the items (guessing cause the system realized then that they did not have it in stock) which made the total fall below the $25 thus charged me for shipping. It did not prompt me to either continue with the purchase or add more in my cart. Had to cancel my entire order.
Second time I ordered from them, pruchased a thermometer from their third party vendor. My basket and checkout says the item was $10 but my CC was charged $12.95. Hollar blamed it on third party vendor and since it was already shipped couldnt stop the order.
Needless to say, these 2 incident put a bad taste in my mouth and just goes to show how disorganized and inept of a company this is and will never buy from again. Its a shame cause i think their prices are rather decent.

Time frame for order: it took 9 days to send a shipping confirmation and then they informed me that 2 of the 4 items I ordered were no longer in stock. Then, it took another 8 days for the 2 items to get to my home. Total wait: 17 days
So, not impressed with the service or delivery time frame. The product is fine.
