Before 2020 I use to receive a package every week free shipping was so hooked I actually persuade my mom to buy from hollar 2017 I was unable to give my mom her first order because she passed away since I stop buying because of my mom's passing when I finally got pulled back together I went to place a hollar order but the app was shut down broke my heart into many pieces recently found temp but not quite satisfied seems like I'm being charged for something I got charged 1.42 when the min is 10.00 never had this experience with hollar I removed my credit card account and the other day made my last order hollar please come back I really miss your app I have an item from hollar but mystorage is full and won't let me send picture

I placed an order on April 28,2023 and followed the tracking until May 10,2023, when they said that my package was delivered to my community mailbox. My package was never delivered to my community mailbox, I have sent multiple emails with a response from someone named Vivian who keeps sending me the same tracking saying my package has been delivered. This is a scam, I never received my package and they charged my credit card. Don't trust this site!

Placed my order in mid April - got a fake silver ring sent in May - after contacting the customer service I was told they just wanted to check if my address is correct - never received the ordered goods - they said they will resend them - now beginning of August I was told goods where delivered in July but I never received anything - not its my fault as I might have given them wrong address LOL - they offered 60% refund of the paid amount, blaiming it on me that I did not get the ordered goods - it's a scam! The whole shopping experience was a waste of time and money!
It was supposed to be 5 to 10 days shipping well it took that much time to just process and ship put then another week to get here! I orderes wireless headphones for my step daughter for christmas and I received the box and no headphones or case only the charging cord for the box! It is too late for them to fix it before christmas so I want my monew back but I have sent three emails and not received a damn thing back! This place ships from the state next to mine. Literally one state over and I got the stuff I ordered from China a week earlier!

I ordered back in May. They provide you with a bogus tracking site. The site says my items were delivered on July 14th. I never received any such package. Now I am getting the run around. Lesson learned I guess.

Placed an order, was sent alleged "tracker" to follow delivery progress, after a month tracker says "Delivered", but not to me! Wrote to them and they apologized and said they will send out again. Waited another month with new parcel Tracker number. Again says "Delivered" Wrote again (BTW all replies begin with Dear,_____nothing! Then they tell me apparently I don't know my own address and because of "Their" suffering a loss they will only refund 60% of my purchase. I have 100% of NOTHING!

Just received my order... glass items broken and all over the box. Can't even use the dryer sheets due to box being crushed and open. Needless to say glass was all in the snuggle sheets.the 10pc glass bowl set looks like some just smashed them into smithereens.the 3 entenmann's candles wrecked... half of my order is useless. This is my 2nd time ordering from Hollar but will most definitely be my last.

Purchased items, never received, said they would resend with signature required. They sent and gave me a tracking number, never received again but they said ii did. Back and forth, they finally offered a partial refund, got it up to 90% and they did start a refund, but it was only 4% and I never even got that. They just keep egging you on that they are legit and legal and just play a game. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I ordered clothes. And they kept telling me they were coming! Instead I received a ring! They told me I was going to get a gift for my inconvenience and kept saying my order was coming. Now they say it was delivered! It was never delivered! Just a dumb azz ring!

Ordered shoes in March and still no shoes. Was told they delivered in May, but no shoes and post office said they were not out for delivery. Customer service said they would resend with tracking number and I would need to sign for them. Tracking said they were delivered today, but I did not sign for them or receive them. These were summer shoes, I just want my shoes.

I am still waiting for an order I placed. Tracking still says on it way...been almost 2 months now.
I placed an order on 11/22/19 (R******* / H*******361). Hollar sent me an email on 11/26/19 that my order is on it's way. Here it is 12/17/19 and still nothing has been rec'd. Tracking shows my order sitting in Barstow, CA since 11/29/19 with no further updates. I've emailed Hollar twice and put in a claim (via paypal, since that is how I paid). Still no response. I've tried the 888# to no avail. Service can't get much worse than this. Will not order from this company again.

Placed an order on May 20th. Supposedly delivered on June 24th. Emailed them, said to check with my neighbors. Emailed that no one has my order. Offered to refund or reship. Told them I wanted a refund. Offered me 50%. Said no, 100%? They kept trying to get me to accept less than 100% saying that they had lost $ too. There was "shipping insurance" on my order so there is no way they are out anything if this was true. They finally agreed to 100%. Got an email that they refunded me $2.58 "to reach my bank within 5 days". Never received. Emailed them again, got another email that they refunded me another small amount. Nothing. Store is now "closed". Can't reach anyone. This is a scam. I knew it was too good to be true. Any reviews saying that they are anything but a scam, are a scam.

I placed an order with Christmas gifts included, on 11/19/19. Emailed support on 11-25-19, still no response. Like others have said, quick to take your money but zero customer service. If I hear back and maybe actually get my order before Christmas I might change this review, but right now I'M NOT HAPPY. As my title says, If you can't keep up with orders, why are you in business?

I wanted to get digital copies of some Disney movies at a discount. Those worked fine and were a good deal. However to avoid shipping charges I bought some items to make the minimum order. All of these items were really cheap crap and I won't end up using them. I'll check every so often to see if they have new Disney movies and that's it.

I placed an order for Christmas gifts. Had to toss 2 items, they were extremely dangerous, They had a rubber band the I tried out and it hurt like crazy,, no way was I giving them to 7 year olds! OUCH! I also purchased a Monster High Jigsaw puzzle, Granddaughter and her dad assembled it, so disappointing, missing two pieces of the puzzle! Also got 2 the train whistle... only one made noise! Got a stuffie that was supposed to work with your cell phone, somehow, needless to say it didn't! I will never purchase another item from this company!
