I ordered in April. Had shipping insurance that they offered at that time. No package received. I've been asking for a refund for months now, it's September. No product and now they send me $2 of my $47 purchase. Scam!
I have employed holler shopping agency twice and both times they have come up with excuses for not to deliver. I've paid for the service twice and no one will give me a refund. Think twice before you hire this company
Never received package they stated was shipped. Email correspondence with them has been less than professional. My credit card was charged, however they now state they cannot refund because my bank refused to accept. Thieves! Avoid!
I ordered back in May. They provide you with a bogus tracking site. The site says my items were delivered on July 14th. I never received any such package. Now I am getting the run around. Lesson learned I guess.
I placed an order on April 28,2023 and followed the tracking until May 10,2023, when they said that my package was delivered to my community mailbox. My package was never delivered to my community mailbox, I have sent multiple emails with a response from someone named Vivian who keeps sending me the same tracking saying my package has been delivered. This is a scam, I never received my package and they charged my credit card. Don't trust this site!
Ordered in late April and finally received order detail on May 4th. Have not received any tracking updates! It is now May 18th. No response to my emails. Greatly concerned and upset that I took a chance on the company.

I placed my order on 5/17/23 and waited for 27 days for it to say delivered however, it wasn't received by me. Still as of 6/19/23, I still haven't received it. I've email Hollar 3 times and not response.

Placed an order on May 20th. Supposedly delivered on June 24th. Emailed them, said to check with my neighbors. Emailed that no one has my order. Offered to refund or reship. Told them I wanted a refund. Offered me 50%. Said no, 100%? They kept trying to get me to accept less than 100% saying that they had lost $ too. There was "shipping insurance" on my order so there is no way they are out anything if this was true. They finally agreed to 100%. Got an email that they refunded me $2.58 "to reach my bank within 5 days". Never received. Emailed them again, got another email that they refunded me another small amount. Nothing. Store is now "closed". Can't reach anyone. This is a scam. I knew it was too good to be true. Any reviews saying that they are anything but a scam, are a scam.
I ordered clothes. And they kept telling me they were coming! Instead I received a ring! They told me I was going to get a gift for my inconvenience and kept saying my order was coming. Now they say it was delivered! It was never delivered! Just a dumb azz ring!
Placed an order, was sent alleged "tracker" to follow delivery progress, after a month tracker says "Delivered", but not to me! Wrote to them and they apologized and said they will send out again. Waited another month with new parcel Tracker number. Again says "Delivered" Wrote again (BTW all replies begin with Dear,_____nothing! Then they tell me apparently I don't know my own address and because of "Their" suffering a loss they will only refund 60% of my purchase. I have 100% of NOTHING!
Ordered shoes in March and still no shoes. Was told they delivered in May, but no shoes and post office said they were not out for delivery. Customer service said they would resend with tracking number and I would need to sign for them. Tracking said they were delivered today, but I did not sign for them or receive them. These were summer shoes, I just want my shoes.
I placed my first order tracked the package it said arrived but it was not delivered to my home! I contacted them and they apologized and said they would resend my order! This time they offered to sign for delivery which I agreed! Well I waited and again it says delivered but it was not delivered to me! Was really looking forward to my items but, when it looks like it is to good to be true it usually is!
Are you serious, placed an order on Saturday. Next time I went to app, they closed the account. Refuse to answer emails. But my moneys been removed from my account. Shady business. Prices change, they change in your order be very careful. Product are crappy

VERY sketchy - especially, when they're charging monthly subscription fees ( Club Orange) but won't provide basic customer service for you.

Order a spray bottle for $2.00... the top doesn't even stay on. I realize it is only 2 dollars but can we ship what is ordered? Then you charge $4.95 to restock it after I send it back... BS. Called Customer Service and was on hold FOREVER! I am done. You sent me an email asking if I would recommend Hollar.com... not at this point. Also, I am receiving messages from my bank card that purchases are made in California on my card in the amount of $500.00. They cannot connect you or your staff to these purchases but I have no business in California other than Hollar.com retaining my bank card number.

I stumbled across this site looking for dinosaur pasta. I ended up ordering multiple items. They're all cheaply made as I expected, and the promo code I used did not work, even though it said it was applied. Customer service was less than helpful. I can't say that I will order from here again. I'm used to Amazon that fixes any possible issue you may have.

I bought a supply of disposable razors from Hollar and expected that if called itself a razor it would be able to shave reasonably well. These were 5 razors per $1.00 pack and in order to avoid shipping, I went ahead and bought 25 packs. To my shock, upon first trying this razor, made the literally painful discovery that it does not shave. It pulls! It jerks along shearing off about one out of every 10 whiskers while securely grabbing the other 9 and trying to pull out the entire follicle. I mean they even touted the Aloe Strip that further smooths shaving. Who adds an aloe strip to a razor that cannot cut a hair? Expect I will trash the remaining 124 razors.

I have purchased from this site many times with no problems, but the last few times has not been good. They said 5-8 days, and took almost 2 weeks to even ship the order. Next order bought on 11-13 has not shipped yet. Purchased something else later in the day that my daughter wanted and needed the items by today, the 22, to take back as gifts in Afghanistan. Chatted with a rep who assured me the box would be here by today. Checked status: Processing! These are advent calendars that will be useless because they will take a month to get there if I ship them I am finished with Hollar.

I'd give it zero stars if I could.
It was at first a site that seemed legitimate and went downhill from there. My first orders arrived on time and customer service was good when there was an issue.
Then they began adding different sellers to their site that had separate shipping costs that were very high. You'd have to be certain to click the Hollar only button and look carefully in your cart before purchasing because they try to hide the others at the very bottom of the page.
They also advertise store credit for referring friends but do not honor that credit but your associates will receive daily, yes daily, spam emails from them. That part was embarrassing and regretful.
My last and final order with them never even arrived. I waited and waited. I tried contacting them but was ignored. I did contact my credit card company.
DO NOT order from this company. Even if your first few orders are fine, there will likely soon be problems. I've read other reviews with similar issues I've had.

Made order on 12/3 shipping said would be here on 12/13. This was a Christmas present. Have reached out to them multiple times no results no product no tracking number that is actually moving. Now it is 12/20 17 days! And still nothing. They will take your money and give you nothing!
