I ordered online for two separate occasions and will for more. Website is easily navigated, confirmation was sent for order & then delivery, and arrangements arrived beautiful and in quality condition. I'd even used the florist's choice for one of them. I do recommend this site.

I helped someone place an order who had limited internet on their browser so we couldn't check independent reviews. This company promised next day delivery and took the order we chose from one of their pictures. We waited the next day for confirmation from the recipient but nothing. I sent an email AND called the company only to be told the order was cancelled due to availability issues. I read reviews in the meantime. We chose from their picture which promised next day delivery! I told them I'd prosecute if this was an online scam. Order directly from a florist to get the best arrangements for your cost anyway. I'll do that always in the future!

I noticed that people usually only post negative dental reviews. It's then difficult to know the percentage of good experiences. The staff is very nice. There are several locations. However, the prices are ridiculous and they try to convince you that you need more than you do. Some might believe them instead of getting a second opinion. No one should be pressured out of worry. My part of the cost minus insurance even for a regular cleaning was quoted as more than my previous dentist was to charge me out of pocket total while I was in between insurances due to Covid. They also wanted to add things I don't believe I needed which would have been at least.$1,000 my part with insurance covering the rest. Things my regular dentist didn't say I needed. Aspen Dental offers gimmicks to bring in even the uninsured. I doubt they could afford this place. Go elsewhere no matter how heavily insured you are. I expected chain stores to be less costly due to volume but that isn't the case with this company. This place is up to date with televisions in the exam rooms and patient info on tablets. They should use old school offices and pass the savings onto the consumer. We can enjoy our electronics at home.

Their products are quality and arrive quickly. Their prices are low but their shipping costs are high. They are good about replacing any damaged items.

They give store credit for reviews so I took part in reviews. They suddenly placed a limit on the amount of store credit any one customer cold receive. I accepted that though I hadn't done anything wrong racking up points and even had pictures proving use of the products.

I have since tried to access their website to look for more items to buy using money and they won't allow me access to their website. I believed at first the website was down due to maintenance but it has been much too long and I still can't access the website. It states that the site can't be reached because "webstaurantstore unexpectedly closed the connection". I contacted the website and heard nothing from them. They though don't have any issue continually to send me daily promotion emails that are now nothing more than spam to me.

I know someone who will only wear this brand. I ordered a pair directly from this brand's website as a gift. They are quality shoes but I find their sales not be be much of a sale. That is my one and only issue. The ordering process went well and the shoes arrived quickly and undamaged.

I'd give it zero stars if I could.
It was at first a site that seemed legitimate and went downhill from there. My first orders arrived on time and customer service was good when there was an issue.
Then they began adding different sellers to their site that had separate shipping costs that were very high. You'd have to be certain to click the Hollar only button and look carefully in your cart before purchasing because they try to hide the others at the very bottom of the page.
They also advertise store credit for referring friends but do not honor that credit but your associates will receive daily, yes daily, spam emails from them. That part was embarrassing and regretful.
My last and final order with them never even arrived. I waited and waited. I tried contacting them but was ignored. I did contact my credit card company.
DO NOT order from this company. Even if your first few orders are fine, there will likely soon be problems. I've read other reviews with similar issues I've had.
