I ordered 2 products and paid for them. A week or so later i find out 1 of those products was sold out. Instead of contacting me i was given a refund which did not help me AT ALL. In the future if an item sells out it would be smarter not to sell the product also communication with customers is key to great success in a business!
I ordered my items a week ago. My order is still being processed. I've tried calling customer service to cancel the order because it's not going to get here in time for a birthday party. But everytime I call customer service I keep getting a dial tone. Can some one please help me with this. After this order is cancelled, or shipped NEVER again will I order from Hollar again.

I can't say enough good things about Hollar. There are so many good bargains. Customer service is great. New items almost daily. I have found (and ordered) so many unique things. Check the sight often or you might miss out on a great bargain.

I made my fifth purchase yesterday with Hollar, and wanted to share my experience. Whenever I have a spare five minutes, I like to check their app and website for their new deals every day to see what they have added, and immediately add items to my cart to save it. Sometimes the items do sell out, so they get removed from my cart, so that sucks, but ya snooze, ya lose, I guess.
Found fun stuff for myself and friends, whether it's a random gift giving day, or their birthdays. The box is also super fun, and brightens my day when I get back home and see it.

Hollar is over all a pretty good service but often things arrive broken witch is very disappointing but the staff are quick to refund or send out replacements wish store credit lasted longer than is dose as well other than that pretty good though

I ordered a package on 6/27 and to date (7/12), it's still not here. My package was supposed to be here on 7/10. Hollar's package tracking says my local USPS has received it, but when I checked on the USPS website, it says it still hasn't shipped from its "partner carrier". This was my first time using Hollar and I really dished out $30, hopeful that they would be something great. Just a waste of time and money. Will not be ordering from them again, nor will I ever be recommending them. It's a shame. They showed so much promise. I guess the only people they'll deliver items to are people who they sponsor.

There are always great wow deals and i'm always excited to see what new is available each day. I have gotten so many items for such great prices. Customer service is also very polite and helpful. I Absolutely love it!

I did not like this site one bit. I am a usual shopper of wish.com and I love wish. I thought I would branch out and try hollar.com since I enjoyed their advertisements on television, however, I was very saddened by the low quality of items that sell. I brought a hand held mirror that turned out to have some sort of film on it and could not come off. Therefore, the mirror was perpetually filmy and unable to see in it.
Overall, the products displayed on the site, in my opinion are not that great. But things sell for a dollar or so. I guess you get what you pay for.

My first experience with hollar was the best... The site was very well laid out and easy to use and the navigation was perfect... I ordered some Sesame Street caps on February 10,2017 and receive them on February 15,2017... The caps were of great quality... I love them... Life just doesn't get any better than this... I wanted to get digital copies of some Disney movies at a discount. Those worked fine and were a good deal. However to avoid shipping charges I bought some items to make the minimum order. All of these items were really cheap crap and I won't end up using them. I'll check every so often to see if they have new Disney movies and that's it.

Received my order from Hollar.com today and was disappointed that some of the items were missing. When I spoke to the rep online, she said they had no record of me ordering one of the items, and that they had issued me a refund for the items they didn't have in stock. Not too happy about this. Will probably just stick with the local dollar store.

Lots of Hollar haters out there, but I'm certainly not one of them. Very happy with all of the items I purchased, out of the 42 items I ordered, I was only disappointed with one item, and I decided to keep it. I stay away from the "too good to be true" stuff and can tell which of them is going to look cheap. Even though the haters are saying it took forever to receive their orders, mine came a day earlier than expected. And I was able to track it the whole time with information that was frequently updated. Guess everyone is spoiled these days with amazon prime. -_- needless to say I just placed my second order and CAN NOT wait for it to arrive!

Hollar has pretty good customer service, but sometimes they handle things differently depend on which person you deal with. But most of the time are pretty good.
However, the reason to give 3 stars is because it seems the ship out time always takes longer, sometimes has to wait several days to receive the ship out notice. I hope this can change it a way in the future.

I will never order from here again. 1. the prices of the items are not cheaper then target or walmart 2. If you want to return an item you have to pay a restock fee and pay for your own shipping.

I was skeptical when I placed my first order, but pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Since that time, I've place at least 6 orders in November for Christmas presents for co-workers. You can't beat the prices! I check on Amazon to compare and I can't believe that the same item on Amazon sells for triple the Hollar price. I want to tell Amazon shoppers to check out Hollar before placing an order for certain items. Shopping Hollar can be addictive as they are always adding new brand name items! I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. Yes, it does take longer to receive your order, but how many companies ship for free for as low as $25.00 an order? The products are really quality, and I think it's worth the wait for such great deals! They are a growing company, and I think they are selling faster than they had envisioned.

My children claim I am an addict. I just cannot pass of the great deals and items that Hollar keeps adding! Out of MANY orders, I have only ever had a problem with one order and it was liquid spillage and they offered refund or replacement of available items immediately and then even gave me an extra credit on my account for the next time!

T was a waste of money... the packing was terrible so some of the containers were chipped... really just another If It' s too good to be true It usually Is... just know It's dollar store quality and really not worth the money. I read some comments about slow shipping but mine was shipped pretty fast... just use some common sense...

I am sorry but this is some bull crap. The stuff they sale is crap and over priced. You can buy this same stuff at your local dollar store withOUT shipping fees. Heck you can up on Amazon. People stop wasting money and making others rich!
