Ordered $28 of merchandise on 10/15/16 and have not received any items. Wanted a few items for Trick or Trunk for 10/28(the 10th business day). Emailed company 10/27-could not find a shipping confirmation in any emails, including spam. Received shipping notice 10/28(what a coincidence!). Did not see any direct response to my email. Called company-was told they moved to a bigger facility and their email to me regarding this must be in my spam; no such email to be found. Expecting shipment 11/5 and some reimbursement per customer service-not holding my breath.
Great prices and i love the kids toys! I will definitely be ordering for Christmas and Birthdays. It's enjoyable to get the box at my door within a week or so. Everything comes packaged well and I have always received the right things that I ordered and it's so fun for my son to see what he got next. And he loves everything I have found on hollar. Placed my order in mid April - got a fake silver ring sent in May - after contacting the customer service I was told they just wanted to check if my address is correct - never received the ordered goods - they said they will resend them - now beginning of August I was told goods where delivered in July but I never received anything - not its my fault as I might have given them wrong address LOL - they offered 60% refund of the paid amount, blaiming it on me that I did not get the ordered goods - it's a scam! The whole shopping experience was a waste of time and money!
I love Hollar! When I describe them to my friends and family I call it an "online dollar store", but really it's more than that! They have some of the best deals on so many different things! I love to shop Hollar for gifts, toys, knickknacks, etc.! And they frequently run deal emails, give store credit, and they ship pretty fast! All in all, I think this makes them one of the best websites ever!

I never knew there was so many people that didn't like Hollar. I looooooove this site literally. I don't ever recall having a bad experience with any of the products nor customer service. I would make a purchase and Hollar would add new products, I would literally place another order. I am so glad I found this site and they have gotten so many orders from me. I shopped here for Christmas, bought a lot of Easter stuff, and got some forth of July things for $. 50. I literally had 4 boxes stacked up to fill my kids Easter baskets this year. I don't know what's not to love about this site everything is affordable and nice.

I began buying from Hollar last year and got some GREAT deals on everything from kids toys to housewares. I figured it would be a good place to get some affordable toys for my grandkids for Christmas, but what a huge disappointment. The same exact toys I bought 6 months ago have at minimum doubled, and in many cases tripled! So much for the discount website. I found toys cheaper on the Walmart site. Later Hollar!

When we were having all those sales, and all the cheap items, we weren't becoming profitable and then we'd pay a lot for shipping, etc. Right now all of our items are calculated so we get a good return back, and this has caused us to increase prices. I order a few items on 10/16 and I am still waiting. They use fedex smartpost and they are by far the worst shipping company ever. It took hollar almost 2 weeks to ship my order and the delivery date keeps getting pushed. I am extremely upset with hollar and will never order from them again. Contacted customer service and still haven't heard back from them. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this place deserves it.

I love hollar and their products the 1 and only issue I have is their shipping. Mostly every box comes shipped damaged, opened, with every item inside broken or damaged. They are aware of this situation. They always do the right thing and take care of it. But it gets annoying.

Never have had to return anything from Hollar. The customer service was very helpful when I did make a mistake and needed their help. Really have a blast ordering from Hollar. Things are really priced low. Everything I have bought has been really nice. Best spot on the net to shop.

My products came in a huge box. One of my items ( the calendar, white board, picture was broken in half. I just took it out of the package as we haven't really been home. The box was mangled on one side. I didn't open it til today and noticed the large item was broken all others were fine

I wasn't sure about ordering from Hollar.com due to the negative reviews and people saying it took forever to get their order. I decided to try it since I was shopping for the co-workers kids Christmas presents and I really didn't need them until December. Items are cheap, spent $20 to get 6 gifts for 3 kids + the gift bags - not bad at all. The items are pretty cheaply made but for $2-3 it's what I was expecting. I don't think I'd ever try to order any "quality" items from them but for stickers & stuffed animals for kids 6 & under this is the place to shop! I placed my order on 9/11 and I received it today (9/19), everything was as described. I will be doing business with Hollar.com again next time I need some cheap toys to keep the kids happy.

I am very pleased with Hollar.com's customer service and the quality of the products that I personally have purchased so far. I only wish that the search for a particular product could "zero-in" much, much better. I also am not particularly fond of the website's "front" page. The products you sell are so much more elegant than those pictured already.

I order yesterday, now I wanted to cancel it but they don`t agree it, infect I am in doubt whether they would deliver me stuff. It looks as stuff is cheap but I am getting same stuff at near by store just of half amount so don`t be mislead guy. I hope so if they deliver me anything. They also took shipping charges even on first order on matter how big order. They are fake. If you wanna to return any item in future they deduce 95 cent per item & average cost of each item is 2 $ in short they ensure in no case you can return your items.

First time buyer and shipment was fast. I got my items less than 2 weeks! Probably a little over a week. My items came in 100% not damage and it was well packaged. I will look into purchasing more items until i get paid. Thanks!

I have ordered from Hollar 3 times since Oct. And have received everything I ordered. Shipping is slower than Amazon but for the much lower price I can wait a little longer. Everything arrived well wrapped and packaged in a sturdy box.

I ordered a bunch of cheap items on my phone - and I was a little skeptical after my order didn't how up on my account; however, I e-mailed the support team and they assured me they received my order. I received conformation it had shipped three days later and I would receive the items within a week. I received my order 4 business days after it shipped. All items were as described, good quality and I am excited to make another order.

I found this site a few months ago and order regularly. I am always pleased. Hollar bubble wraps everything really well and in all the eye shadows I've ordered only one came shattered. I contacted customer service and photographed the broken item. Customer Service refunded me without any problem. I love sh opping from this site.

I have placed 2 orders. Two in June and I have not received either. I received an email on both orders telling me they were shipped but when you go to the info. It says no info available and not delivered. I can not find telephone numbers or emails to contact them.
