PSI is lacking credibility, because I am very positive that I legally pass my exam. I failed the national portion of my real estate exam(according to psi), even though i was pretty confident because i studied every hard every day and passed all the practice exams. My score was 55 and needed just 1 more question right to pass, which i find suspicious. Researching other people that has failed the test, I found out that they score the same, they just needed 1 point to pass. Tha'ts definatelly a red flag! I think PSI is runnin a scam to get money. The worst part is that i have to get back to my sponsoring broker to sign the retake application, which is really embarassing. He may think i am realy stipid, when that's not really the truth. If PSI wants money why dont they just ask? I'd rather pay what they want instead of make me look like a dummy and putting my intelligence in line/doubt.

Unbelievable how frustated is to order online. Have ordered 4 times and the 4 times my order has been canceled. When i call they say is due to being out of stuck, so why is still showing available to buy online? Last time i ordered 5 items, they only shipped 2 of them whithout any notification asking if i wanted them after the other 3 items being out of stuck. This is so upseting and ridiculous. I will stick with Gymboree from now on.

Can't describe how unsatisfied and frustrated I feel with this company. First is the incompetent people that works on customer support, can't honor a coupon code, and can't resolve issues regarding items that were damaged during shipping. Have contacted quite a few costumer representatives about an inquiry of a piano that arrived damaged, either they replaced or give me a discount for keeping it in that condition, sent them pictures and still asking for more. Come on! Is either a replacement or discount. I think they don't wanna do either. Beware!

I use hollar from time to time for the affordable and convenient that it was, but recently I noticed that the prices have increased probably triple, if not more than the cost you can find the same items at your local store. Not too happy about that. Probably change of management? That's what usually happens when new personel handles the company. Customer service has recently changed also. They Used to reply my emails within minutes, now, it's been over a week since a email them about an order that didn't received, with no reply so far. Something is going on!

Ordered on black Friday(first time) and it'll be last one as well. One pair of pants was missing on my order, sent email and waited for over a week with no answer, I decided to call, and it was a ridiculous waiting time for over an hour. I told the representative that 1 pair of pants was missing from my order, he said. Probably it wasn't sent because it was out of stock! If it was out of stock, why is it that product is still showing in the items available? Why wasn't advised that one of the products in my order was out of stock before shipping them? So could have decided whether I wanted the rest of the order or NOT! He also said in a sarcastic way that there was nothing that he could do about it, that he could check if any of the nearby stores have the product, but he didn't guaranteed that I was going to get it for the same price. Gymboree sucks... Big time!
