From my point of view, it's awesome. However, at the same time, it's very difficult to choose my size, cause it's always out of stock, whenever I enter the website, no clothes is available for me. In rare cases, I manage to snatch some fashionable attire, but this doesn't happen frequently.
Checkout process is highly flawed. They decline your perfectly working credit card. They state it is security on their end. But, no one knows how to fix it. Horrible business. They are basically rejecting their ability to make a profit. And, they act like they don't care. I personally think they should remove the website and keep it down until they can figure out how to run a website. Keeping this useless mess up will only deter customers from buying from them. If security is this big of an issue and there are so many good credit cards being declined, they need to let customers pay through a third party like PayPal.
I would never order from them again. Ordered a gift card for a friend's bday and a week and a half later it still hasn't arrived even though the confirmation said it would be here in 3 to 5 business days. When I called to figure out where it was I waited on hold for 20 minutes just to be told the actual timeframe is much longer and they know that their email is incorrect. The excuse is that it takes time to ship it because it crosses several hands on the way. In the age of Amazon were you can get something in 24 hours I can't understand how it could take what will end up being over two weeks to receive a gift card in the mail. Never again. Just lost a customer.
I bought tights for my daughter and I’m not satisfied with its quality. She wore it 3 times only and now it looks like she’s been wearing it a whole year. But it is fair to say that HM has reasonable prices.
Oh, I absolutely adore the H&M dress! It's definitely a showstopper with its gorgeous design and beautiful fabric. However, my only concern would be the sizing. While it's lovely, it does run a tad large, so I'd recommend sizing down. But don't let that discourage you from adding it to your wardrobe. Once you find the right fit, you'll feel like a fashion icon in this stunning piece. Overall, I highly recommend this dress - it's a must-have for any fashion-forward ensemble!
I really like H&M's clothes. Especially the basics. Good quality at an excellent price, especially for kids. Plus they always got something new. But they really need to up their online shopping game, a lot! The search bar is a mere decoration, we wound up having to go through the whole thing. It's not intuitive at all and when they have sales they don't show the final price until you're about to pay. I mean online shopping with a calculator isn't fun! C'mon guys you can do better!
My daughter was trying some pants in the dressing room. 2 Man went in after her to try clothes as well I don't like the fact that no doors just curtains this is a safety issue, no employees in the dressing room watching who goes in. Why do you have a dressing room for man and woman together and no security door to protect them.
H&M has terrible service, a terrible return process, and is seemingly unreachable at all times of the day. Even if I do like the clothing, I will never shop here again due to such ridiculously poor service. You guys would get a 0 from me if it were an option.
I've got a lot of clothes from here. It's convenient, stylish and fashionable. Ordered here for several times, so I can easily say that it's ok. Managers are so different but all in all the shop is one of those I'm planning to visit again.
DO NOT order from this online scammers! It had been almost 2 weeks since they have supposedly shipped my order but guess what, it's still not here and god knows where it is right now. No response from customer service!

I love H&M! The clothes are very good quality and prices are low, what else would you wish?! This was my no. 1 place to shop while I was living in Europe. It's a shame that H&M doesn't have any shops in here NZ, I miss it so much!
As far as I don't have an "H&M" store in my city, I often buy it online. This is a dangerous way is you don't know exactly your sizes or not sure about fitting the item. But I always try to imagine how it will look on me, and there was the only one time when the ordered piece didn't suit me at all. All the rest I like.
Shockingly poor selection of plus sized clothing. Bearing in mind, this is based on what I could find on the website, in store is probably far worse considering they never stock everything that is available online.
For each section I viewed, the "standard" sizing offered AT LEAST 10 times as many options as the "plus" sized section. For example, there are a total of 1065 dresses on offer standard sized section. The plus size section? A paltry 69. Plus sized items also appear to be priced much higher than their standard sized counterparts. It's 2023, you'd think a global company as huge as this would be more accommodating. On top of that, sizing is wildly inconsistent, making ordering online (especially if you're plus sized) a difficult and almost hostile experience. I used to love shopping at H&M, but as I've gotten older, gained some weight and now fit in to their plus sized category, it is an entirely miserable shopping experience. Do better H&M.
My daughter ordered a jacket with her own money over a month ago i got an email it was shipped and is in Greenwood IN well its been sitting there for 2 weeks now. Called customer service was on hold forever, then lady who answered was rude as hell and i got hung up on. I know things are crazy right now but no need to be rude to customers. I guess I'll be shopping to find a jacket elsewhere for my daughter thanks for taking her graduation money. Will never shop or recommend H&M to anyone.
H&M has NO inventory in physical stores for maternity and nursing clothes so you have to order online. First, you have to order a bunch of stuff to get free shipping (3-7 business days). Then you immediately get an email that your order is delayed. I got my order a day late and because the stores are useless for pregnant/nursing mothers, there is no other choice. Finally, the order arrives and one white shirt has pen marks all over. I call H&M and their response is "order a new one and wait another 7 business days to have it delivered". Also, need to return the damaged item and waste time on that. Overall, this has been the worst experience buying clothes online. Worst customer service.
I accidentally placed an order and sent an email requesting a refund only 20 minutes later. They finally got back to me 2 days later telling me they wouldn't be refunding me and that the nature of my request was because of a "wrong address", which was not true I didn't mention a wrong address once. Just shows how much they pay attention to their emails...will never purchase from them again
Their clothes are so cute, I'm not sure about the quality because I never received my orders from online shopping, I feel like it's rude if it happens to you the second time you order. It's a hassle, especially returning wrong items. Please contact the customers if you can't send the right ones, don't just shove items in the box, please… That's all. We all waste our time at this point.

For the record I'm slender and the pants were loose and too big in the wast! So they were not too tight and I'm not too fat. I bent over to pick up my phone is all it took! Watch out for junk products!
I now squat in the dressing room when buying pants at h&m! Just too cheap to justify owning at any price!
Their Customer Service is Terrible and they won't help you with any problem, they just keep reading off a script like a robot. My problem has been ongoing for months without any resolution from H&M, they don't care! Buyer Beware if you make an online purchase in 2023!
