Worst experience ever, worst services, worst customer service, average budget products. Can take 25-30 days to deliver the orders. They never reply back to your emails, the Customer care number doesn't work or will disconnect your calls, and the chat doesn't give any solutions. Just Pathetic!
I recently went into this store to pick up some items for an upcoming vacation. I took a shopping bag full of clothes into the fitting room. The attendant said I could take in 7 and she would have to hold onto the rest. This was fine, as per usual for clothing stores. But after I tried on my 7 and came out to get more to try, the attendant was gone. I checked behind her counter for my bag. No sign of her outside the fitting room area, either. I wasted a lot of time shopping around for the items to only have them disappear. Not fun. Will not be going back.
Adore this store, but the online experience is a drag as one can't use Merchandise Credit. It's yet another vendor where everything in a larger size is predictably sold out, yet they have a million size 00 and 1's in stock, and where colors like white, black, grey, navy, maroon, forest green are always sold out, but they have plenty of the hot pink, acid green, yellow, pale pink and blaring turquoise. Perhaps, the buyers should note what's selling out immediately and what's landing in the sale section, and the sizes they never seem to have in stock a minute after they hit the store or website.
Clothes are great for prices however i hate shopping in the store as the clothes are far too tightly packed on rails, clothes can be seen much much better to the eye if your able to move them along with one hand! Thus not having to remove the whole item to look at it. Im a prickly one i know but drives me mad! Take 50% off the rails for better experience and top up regular, far too many size 8-10 on rails.

Simply disgusted & at a lost of words It's one thing to use a child to promote racism but to do it & blatantly have this little boy wear a jacket that says "coolest monkey in the jungle" is just outright disrespectful! Truthfully & honestly, the joke is on you... not to those you might have tried to offend. Your sales will decrease tremendously for such ignorance!
I first found H&M when attending college, and money was scarce beyond the expenses of school and what social events I could afford to attend. After shopping at stores like the GAP for years with my parents, I had grown accustomed to the clean fits of the clothes, but not to the high-end pricing. H&M offered an alternative to the costs of more conservative clothing stores as well as competitive quality. Be careful with your choices, however, as sometimes certain garments hold up better than others in repeated washing. But even with this slight drawback, H$M supplied me with the fashions I admired in college, and continues to do so now.
It took almost a month for H&M to deliver the order. I won't recommend anyone to purchase from them online. Worst company to deal with.

I used to LOVE H&M and I was ordering from them on a regular basis for my entire family.
However, extremely long delivery times are unacceptable and I'm not ordering from them anymore. They take your money for all the items ordered, it takes forever to deliver, customer service is useless and you don't have the option to cancel your order.
Compared to all other sites like Zara, Reserved, and C&A...H&M is just not reliable. Also, many products (sizes) are out of stock.
Everything nice is always out of stock! They say it's new arrival and some kind it's out of stock, immediately. It's stupid. Why are you in our region anyway if you think we can only afford to buy cheap things. Well I don't need cheap and awful looking things if I can't buy the better ones.
Was told 12-15 days to get here... 25 days later it's still "waiting to get to a USPS facility." Tracking hasn't updated since the 5th, when they said it was shipped. I've called customer service twice and they told me to just wait. I will absolutely never shop on this website again.
Do Not order online! Everything I took the time to order was cancelled! Customer service is rude, hangs up on you and is apathetic about the customer. Professionalism needed desperately in this company! Their reputation is not good! There's other companies who show care, concern and kindness. Shop from them, not H&M.
After many shopping experiences at H &M, I learned that their store and online has different return policy, managers are sarcastic and careless, clothes quality won't last after a couple wear or wash, and sales associates are unprofessionally trained.
Cheap materials, cheap construction, cheap service.
I usually enjoy shopping at H&M, so I was excited when their site finally allowed you to order online. That excitement however, was short lived. I order a top when they had a free shipping promo. I entered the code and it showed shipping as free, but reviewing my purchase now, they've charged me the &7.99 shipping fee. They also don't allow you to return online purchases in store, so you're stuck with what you buy unless you the the hassle and want to pay for return shipping. I won't order from here again
I'm a standard size 4 - 6, and I literally can't wear a single dress or one piece anything from this company because their designer thinks all women have a 20 inch chest diameter. A size 6 from this store will fit my hips but I can't even begin to get it around my chest. It's so bad that when I tried to buy a bikini, I had to go with a size 4 bottom and a size 12 top. Ridiculous. Unless you are pear-shaped with a very tiny chest, there's no chance of getting a normal fit from their clothing.
I purchased a jacket and 24 hours later it went on sale for $10 less. I tried to call and finally sent an email. 4 days later I received an email back saying sorry we won't do any adjustment. They told me what I need to do is purchase a new jacket pay the new shipping and then take the more expensive one back. Also there sizing is all over the place. Just not worth the headache
This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Whatever they tell you for shipping are false and after waiting a month to get my products they are wrong. Ship the whole works back only to find out that they have 30 days after they get it back to refund me, after there own notice says 3-5 days.
Don't waste your time with these guys, honesty is not one of there policies
Customer service sucks I called about 7 times to ask a question about the points I've received and everyone either hangs up on me or puts me on hold for 30 min. Mind you I have 1000 points with them. I will never ever shop from them again.
H&M has brought back the era of department store dictatorships from places like Russia and China. If you buy something online and it is faulty or some other query, you cannot get help in-store because of all the rules at H&M. My way or the highway style of thinking. They are autocratic, dismissive and rude.
Myer has great customer service. You can return online purchases at the service desk. H&M has no such desk. It's just way too smug.
Ordering through the H&M website is not something I will ever do again. The wait time is long. There have been errors in the order quantity, and they will not cancel it. I can't return it because they still have not sent it! Totally stuck in limbo. I went about bought quality shirts elsewhere a week after and got them in a couple of days. I was really disappointed by the online live chat and phone help. Weird policies.
I purchase worth $150 clothes online coz I want to avoid the holiday crowd. Ordered it on 11/28, didn't receive any confirmation until 12/6. Package didn't arrive until 12/21. Now I want to return some of it. Went to the store on 12/30 and said they cannot do returns (as cash) but only as store credit. Crazy policy they have., very unsatisfactory. Will never do online again. Learned my lesson
