We visited store at around 9:15 pm(IN orbit mall store Hyderabad) and we are in hurry to purchase the item which we had found need to try but staff told us the trail room is closed from the instruction of there supervisor, I am surprise that the same supervisor is allowing other people to use the same trail room, when i approach him he just walk away by looking somewhere with out listening or i should say neglecting, May be i am wearing niqab and burqa so he had neglected me. I went on to purchase there more than other people had purchase at the same time. God bless this country and store.

Went to H&M inside the college mall in Bloomington, IN. I live 2.5 hours from there. I was visiting. I bought my daughter a dress for spring pictures and they left the security tag on it. I didn't realize until I was home. I was on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes. The only thing they kept telling me was drive back 5 hour trip to return. I spoke with manager from store and online and no one could offer me any help. Refused to send me a return label or a new dress. Telling me they could just take it off if I went back. So I have to spend 5 hours of my time and money to go back to fix a mistake your multimillion dollar company made and no one can help me? I will never buy from there again.
I recently ordered a Blazer and Shirt from this company. I did not receive my package. So I called customer service and was told I put an invalid address in. I checked my order receipt and the address was correct. H&M did not use my unit number But blamed me for the delay in the delivery. I was hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Then I called back and was hung up on again. I called a third time and was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor. Finally I called a fourth time and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do that. I will never give them another dollar. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get clothes. We made a special trip to Tanger H&M because we needed jeans. Looked around the store for 15-20 min & picked out quite a few items to try on. We noticed that the 3 employees at the desk never spoke to us or acknowledged us in any way. When we asked to try on our items we were rudely told the dressing room was closed due to low staffing. What a joke! The employees at the desk were doing nothing. I asked why one of them couldn't monitor the dressing room- the guy who said he was the manager- said their job was to clean & keep the store neat. He could have cared less that we wanted to try on clothes & BUY something -the reason he has a job, right?! We left in frustration & disappointment! This store will be closed soon because the staff there is worthless.
They tried to scam me! I ordered 4 things from them, and I never received a box. I called to get a refund, and after some back and forth I was told my refund was being processed and I would receive an email confirmation in around 10 minutes. I did not get an email, so I called back the next day and tried again to get a refund. I spoke with the most rude, angry, mocking, and unhelpful person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He called himself Alvin. When he would not give confirmation of a refund and I asked to speak with someone else, I was placed on hold for 35 minutes. I waited, of course, especially because this order was supposed to be a gift and now I just wanted the money to go elsewhere. Eventually, I was told word for word the same thing by the supervisor as I was told by Alvin. I initiated a charge back dispute with my bank, and then the next day received an email saying I was to be refunded. Never buy anything from H&M, ever!
Terrible customer service. Went today to the store at M St NW in Washington, DC with my kids, one of them still a toddler and she needed her diaper to be changed. I asked politely the woman at the register where their bathroom is. Obviously, I needed a restroom urgently as my baby was crying, and I needed to change her. So, the woman at the register told me that they don't have a bathroom and I need to go next door to TJ Maxx. I asked her, how come I should go to TJ Maxx to the restroom if I'm shopping at H&M, and she Yelled back at me that they don't have a bathroom at the store. And this is all happening while I'm trying to calm down my child. What kind of people work there...It was a disgrace.

I forgot to ask if they go next door to TJ Maxx to use the restroom when they need it since they can't accommodate a small child!

I ordered my pants on 1/25 and I called customer service on 2/10 because I didn't receive my package. I want to cancel my order however they told me I can't because it's on the way! So, when it's coming? They don't know! I can't do a refund! They don't know when it's coming! Shame on you!
Actually it doesn't even deserve 1 star regarding its bad services. As I haven't received my order so I am contacting the customer care and they tell me that you need to contact the delivery agent as there is no issue from our side. They say that they have sent mail to the delivery agent couple of times regarding this. The problem is not resolved from their end then they are suggesting me to connect with the delivery agent however I don't get any response from the same. I am very dissatisfied with their services.

I ordered a man's shirt and having being notified that it had finally shipped, I followed the online tracking until it showed that it had arrived at my local post office. I then waited several more days but the status never changed. When I contacted H&M Customer Service, they told me to wait another week. I waited, and still no update on the order. When I called H&M this time, they told me I needed to wait another TWO weeks and then contact then again. At this point I knew that this could go on and on, so I turned it over to my bank to deal with them.
Could not understand hardly anything she said, I received the wrong items and they won't send what I ordered out until I send the $10 rings back they sent me when spent 10X the amount of the rings. She stated it could take up to 30 days to get my money back for a mistake they made.

H&M have cutie clothes. But the CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible. You can't understand what the customer service representative is SAYING. The wait time is not bad about 5 minutes. But the customer service representative don't speak English well! Everything I asked about I HAD to spell for the representative. I know that this is the land of the freedom and we have to give job to anyone that qualifies. But there English and there understanding is HORRIBLE! Still don't have my pants. The gift receipt was with the jacket I returned and they told me they don't give store credit and that I had to do an even exchange. Well I could not find anything at the moment and asked the manager why give a gift receipt then if I can't have $ or store credit. She could not and did not answer me and walked away. I guess this is why I never shop your store! Oh! And all your cashiers including the manager all hate their job, and it shows!
