I see that others had a bad time with this site. I am shocked. I have ordered about 3 times from hairsisters.com and I love them. I order for my wife which keeps my monthly hair bill that she accrues very low. I love hairsisters.com I have received my orders in a timely manner and the order has always been correct. I hope that I don't ever experience what some of you other ladies have.
Honestly, I was scared to order from this company because of all the bad reviews. I ordered my hair this past Sunday (memorial weekend) and received my hair today (Thursday). No complaints here. Excellent customer service as well. I emailed them, just to make sure I would be receiving my hair before the weekend, and received a reply quickly.
I took a chance and ordered hair while visiting another state surprisingly it actually came within 3 days. The only thing that I would say I wish they would give a price cut for the more that you order
My sister just ordered a few products from here and a few for me, with all the bad reviews I was nervous. Our products came just as pictured some better. Items were supposed to be shipped out the next day and weren't so we called yesterday and the lady was very nice. I received my packages this morning UPS.
I travel a lot, and i need products that they cannot sell in small towns. Especially ethnic products, like Shea Butter, hair moisturizers, shampoos/conditioners, etc.
I can travel all over the map, and Hairsisters always comes through for me.
Ive ordered 3 times w/o any trouble! Hair sisters has gotten better and the only reason anyone wouldnt be satisfied with the quality is because they didnt pay attention to what they bought. Give it a try its not bad if your shopping on a budget
I cling to Hairsisters b/c they're the cheapest online hair store I know of that sells the lowest wigs/hair (good deals too). One time during the summer, I order a wig which never came. Did not receive an email saying it wouldn't come either. I emailed them which they didn't respond. So I emailed again, and finally got a response saying "we sent an email saying we were sold out". Which did not solve anything. 1) Why did it not say sold out after you got my $$? 2) I did not receive any email saying that. After making a complaint to the BBB they gave me a partial refund. Other than that time, it's been pretty good. They ship pretty quick too
Hair sisters is very nice company. They are very experienced. They know how to work any human hair. I'm very impressive and really appreciated to your work. This Place is very great full for me and my hair. Thanks Hair Sisters.
Got the item I ordered, shipping time was a little slow compared to other US sites, but not that bad. The prices are good and the customer service was a bit slow, but they answered me within a couple of days. I see a lot of negative reviews, but in my case, it wasn't a bad experience. I may have got lucky, but I would order again as long as it isn't too pricey because of all the bad experiences that customers have with the company.
I am completely surprised by the reviews. I ordered from Hair Sisters twice and both times my orders were received within 4 days. The items were exactly as described. Maybe I was just lucky. I do plan on ordering again but I have to admit the reviews are worrisome.
What I love most is their prices and specials. Hopefully I can continue with positive results.
I feel bad for everyone who is having problems... I've ordered quite a few times since I discovered them in the last few years with no problems at all. I wonder what is going on? So sorry to hear of others' issues.:-(
I've been purchasing from hairsisters for a few years. The only problem is the quality of the wigs that are not made by hairsisters so not their fault. Shipping good, arrive on time, and the prices are always great for me. If I am not sure I go see if the local wig store have it a lot of the time they do so I know what I am getting. The wigs last me fir about two months then I stop wearing. Last thing it would cost more money to get my hair done at a shop. Team hairsisters
The website use to be a good marketing production when it comes to servicing the customers; they would E-mail you back concerning your merchandise with a confirmation and would responding when E-mailed. Now that they have a new look they are not the same website giving their customers the respect that they deserve. I tried to find the old Hair-sisters website unfortunately that site no longer exist. I am waiting on an order and will cancel if it takes longer than 3-4 weeks. The best time to reach them is in the early hours of the morning. They are losing customers and money due to their disposition towards their consumers.
Hairsisters.com has disappointed me for the last time! I have never had a problem with them up until a few months ago everything i order is never being shipped out. Trust their prices are nice but its only for show. It takes them about a month to reject your order and about another month to get your money back. Im not sure whats going on with them but i they are not worth your time or the headache trying to get someone on the phone!
I just received my second order from this company, both times I have thankfully gotten all my products correctly. Word of mouth is something though especially after reading these deplorable reviews; so with that being said I think this is my final time with this company! Also the shipping is ridiculous compared to most sites!
I have been ordering from this company for many years. I ordered recently, same day shipping items- it's been 2 weeks with no shipping updates or returned emails or calls. Now, their phone cannot receive calls? Yet, I'm still getting emails from them to purchase new items? This is a rip-off!
I ordered from this site for the first time in Nov 2010... for one, NEVER received an email confirmation... then after receiving the product, I didn't like it, so I sent it back. Well its been over TWO WKS & still NO REFUND! THese people are unprofessional crooks! & the crazy thing is they would eventually send emails saying," Oh its been processed & you should get in 2-3 days". Blah, blah, but never comes! What type of company thinks it will get business with the massive increase of dissatisfied customers!
I recommend "Samsbeauty.com" I found them to have great customer service & timely shipments.(They also send email confirmations like normal companies do!
& someone always answers the phone or replies to your email if there is a problem with the order.
These people are ripoffs. I placed an order, contacted customer service. She was rude, just as everyone stated here. The entire call, she cut me off or spoke the same time as me. However, the company created a shipping label which already includes a tracking number. I contacted them several times and their shipping company has never received a shipment for that particular tracking number. I am filing a complaint today as I wish to receive a full refund, not partial. What I'm trying to say is, the company has already gotten paid, money was taking from my account the next day after the order was placed without hesitation so please when it comes to my coins, don't hesitate to send me my order! Christina is rude as hell. Please find you a new job boo!
I ordered hair, they took my money, but never sent me the product on date promised. I called and emailed several times with no return call or email. I finally got through today and operator said they never sent it because it was not in the warehouse. I should have been notified. I was promised a refund 3-5 business days... we'll see.
Also I checked the BBB website, and they are not rated, followed with almost 100 complaints filed against them. Watch out buyers!
I've been ordering from this company for years. They have lost a long time customer. Spoke with a representative about been charged for $17.80 shipping handling & for two day shipment. Didn't receive my order until a week. I asked about a refund for the $17.80 and was told there's nothing they can do about it. Just think how much money this company is making by not fulfilling their so called express shipment. I'm disputing it with cc as well as the BBB!

Answer: Same day shipping only means it will ship out the day that you ordered it as long as its before 3:00PM. What really matters is what shipping option you pick. For example we offer the $4.99 flat rating shipping with a $30 dollar purchase or more but that option does take about 7-12 business days and anything other that option can start at about $17 and increase in price depending on how fast you want it.
Answer: Unfortunately, they are still in business. I would not recommend ordering from them. I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response to an email I sent their non-existent customer service. They responded to that complaint withing 24 hours, my other email from nearly a week ago went unanswered.
