I don't like the way you're forced to use PayPal rather then what you want to select at check out. The weave section has been very scant with the selections. Most wigs and weaves are dark colors when I prefer the lighter colors like #350, #144, #27, #30, #8, #613, and #10 to name a few. I'm very light skin, my own hair is reddish light brown and I look awful in dark hair. Please have better light colored selections in your wigs and weave hair.
The color of the hairpieces I ordered were not to my liking. The refund and exchange policy for this vendor indicates that an email should be sent requesting the return or exchange and you will be notified whether it will be allowed. I emailed them six weeks ago about an exchange and still have not received a response. That will be the last time I place an order with this company!
I ordered from this company before and had no problems, this time weeks have gone by, I have emailed several times asking for a tracking number and no response. This is not acceptable and poor/no communication. It would be nice to either receive a refund or at least ship my purchase.

I have been a customer for over 6 years and the wigs were horrible with thin hair and some came frizzy. They have changed ownership and I will no longer give them my business. Plus now you have to pay to return and there are restocking fees so won't receive full refund plus you are out of money for return charges.
I wish I would have read the recent reviews about them. I purchased years ago from them and didn't have an issue back then. I just made a purchase on 4/15/2020 only because it said same day shipping. No email traffic or tracking number until I sent them an email yesterday about my purchase. I received an UPS tracking number today by email and it said that It was supposed to be delivered yesterday 4/22/2020. My brother is a manager at UPS so I just had him track it. Can u believe he said it's still sitting in Chicago. I'm pissed. I'm about to tell all of my sisters(friends) who do hair and who order hair to bypass hairsisters.com
I ordered a wig on 3/24/2020 and it has not even been shipped yet. The reason I ordered it was because it said "Same Day Shipping". When I look at the status of delivery today 4/4/2020 it says Not Available and Waiting For Stock although the money came right out of my bank account when I ordered it. I would not have ordered it if it was out of stock. I didn't receive an email regarding the delay in my same day shipping either. I will never order from this site again.
Got the item I ordered, shipping time was a little slow compared to other US sites, but not that bad. The prices are good and the customer service was a bit slow, but they answered me within a couple of days. I see a lot of negative reviews, but in my case, it wasn't a bad experience. I may have got lucky, but I would order again as long as it isn't too pricey because of all the bad experiences that customers have with the company.
I was excited when I saw all the selections of hair on this site, but I placed an order and paid additional to receive my order faster. I specifically ordered a item that said ( in stock). When I received confirmation of order it suddenly was no longer in stock. Sent a email and received no response. When I contacted my bank to cancel all of a sudden they were able to contact me and cancel order. They stated Covid as the reason but what does that have to do with responding back. I understand about my order but why ignore the customer. I'd rather pay more somewhere else and receive good customer service.
I ordered a wig from hair sisters. Paid through my amazon credit. The only notification I have is from amazon stating that hair sisters have their payment. 3 days now I have NOT heard anything from hairsisters. I logged in to their website. I can not find any information about my order. I have emailed them twice, no response. The number they use with amazon is not in service. This is my 3rd attempt and last to do business with hair sisters. They are aweful.

This company will rip you off on shipping. Forget about claims on missing goods. The 2 person staff never heard of it and no manger or owner to be found. They are Unfriendly and not helpful and only want your money. Go elsewhere with your business.
Never really had any major issues from HS. However, I ordered a unit earlier this year and it took them a week to tell me they were out of stock. I wish I was told that day. I started to look at the site on my phone vs. online and every item is "Null". I still receive sales notifications for products that they do not have available. They definitely need to get more stock or just stop sending customers emails.
I ordered items a week ago. Site claims same day shipping but I still have no tracking number. I've emailed numerous times and called that fake phone number which is no longer in service. At this point forget what I ordered and give me my damn money back
I ordered quite a few stuff from you guys it cost me $76 and some cents yet I still have not received none of my products all of them had same-day shipping and then I pay the extra $15 to get it 2 to 3 days i haven't received my stuff yet when I check my account with you guys there's no tracking number. Hair Sisters, what has changed? It feels like every time I order hair from you the shipping cost has gone up and I don't rec'd my hair as fast anymore. Don't do your loyal customer's like this. It's too much competition out here for you to keep raising the shipping cost. By the time you're finished, it won't be worth it to order from you any longer, you will be the same cost as my local beauty stores and I won't have to wait. Get a better loyalty plan in place... Your days are numbered w/ me.
I ordered 4 packs of hair on Tuesday, and chose 2 day shipping, so that I would have it on Friday! First they had one pack on back order, and only shipped 3, and refunded me, however they never ask if you would like another color before shipping, or anything! Now I have 3 packs shipped in which I need 4 to complete the style, so I ordered a pack elsewhere, and had to pay shipping there also! I then find out that instead of shipping 2 day as I selected they shipped smart post which takes 6-7 days, so I paid for two days yet they ship the cheapest way to get extra money from their customers. I paid $15 for it to arrive 6 days later. Please use another online company they truly suck!
Bad customer service faulty product sending stuff out without checking their product. I ordered a lace front wig as described there were suppose to be parting space in parting space there was a thick double weft that look as though I had on two wigs. I was told since I didn't report to them in five days we'll I have my own hair sorry I didn't put a wig on sooner it's your dam product you should've checked that stuff before sending a product out like that. No credit or nothing, it's not worth my time just money lost. I will never order or refer any one to them buyer beware. I have pictures also to back up my reviews.
Today was the first time that I have had to call hairsisters, and I swear the representatives that I spoke with were two inexperienced middle school students with poor customer service named mia and christine. I never received my order even though it says that it was delivered they basically told to take it up with the usps. After spending so much money with them you'd think that they'd be a little more helpful. I will never order from them again.

For example we offer the $4.99 flat rating shipping with a $30 dollar purchase or more but that option does take about 7-12 business days and anything other that option can start at about $17 and increase in price depending on how fast you want it.

I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response to an email I sent their non-existent customer service. They responded to that complaint withing 24 hours, my other email from nearly a week ago went unanswered.

All items come directly from the manufacturer in brand new condition. We never open any packages as it would be item tampering I. E. not in original condition. Per our policy if you receive any items that is defective or damaged in any way you have 5 consecutive days to contact us so we can rectify the situation, you've waited a total of 13 days to contact us. In your case we've also supplied an extension to you so you can send it back with instructions, but unfortunately you've altered the item by cutting the lace. As sated in several places on our site once the lace has been cut on any item, that item can no longer be returned. Again we do apologize but the policy was put in place for these such instances.
