Why is this business still operational? Reading all these reviews is truly disturbing and the unprofessional response from the company is mind blowing

Unfortunately, they are still in business. I would not recommend ordering from them. I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response to an email I sent their non-existent customer service. They responded to that complaint withing 24 hours, my other email from nearly a week ago went unanswered.
