I see all these bad reviews and not getting a confirmation email and having to call for them to send my order out after a few days is making me a little nervous. When and if I do get my order I will do an update review.

Customer service was really bad. I called everyday for many days and finally got them two weeks after my order. The reps were very rude.
I wish i could give zero stars but i cant.
She went as far as telling me "if your bank doesnt know what void means, tell them that..." in such a rude tone.

This company sucks. I placed an order and it was supposed to ship within 3 days and that did not happen. They claim it takes 3 days to process an order for items that are instock... why? That makes absolutely no sense, I will never order from them again.
Horrible customer service. They have no respect for customers. Please don't purchase from them. They will cancel your order even when you make just an inquiry on your order. HORRIBLE! I have had a very very very BAD experience.
You specifically emailed in stating you needed the order by this Friday It was explained to you, that you will not receive this order by your desired date and thus this order will be cancelled sine you've made it very clear you wanted the order on Friday.
Processing takes forever. They take so long that you have to email them to ask them what's going on. They don't even have the decency to email you first as the customer to let you know what's going on. They take your money but don't send your items. They don't even send you a confirmation email of your payment. It's been almost a month since I ordered from them and I don't have any of my items or my money back for an item they said was out of stock. They fail to reply to emails aswell. I live in Idaho (due to the military) so unfortunately there is no place to purchase hair. One day while shopping online I found hairsisters.com i ordered multiple same day ship items that did not ship out until 3 days later due to "processing". Thinking that maybe it was just a one time deal I ordered again and this time my items took a week to come to my home but unfortunately all of my items were not shipped. After another week I checked on my order and supposedly I was issued a credit for the items not received. I received absolutely no communication from the company at all that all of my items could not be processed. I guess you pay for quality service and will definitely not be recommending this company at all!
I needed to return my items and tried to call customer service the phone number on their website does not work and neither does the number on their facebook page. I also sent emails to the address on their website and never received a reply. I have ordered a few times before but my frustration with their customer service makes me hesitant to order from them again and I did not receive same day shipping on this order and my tracking never updated

I've ordered from them several times and had no problems. But this weekend tried to ordered and there site was down. So I finally got someone on the phone today and they decided to try and place the order by phone mind you over the weekend there was a 15% off your order. So because of there website being down they didn't even want to give me the coupon very disappointed and I needed the order by Friday. So they wanted to charge full price and I wasn't guaranteed it to be shipped and ready for Friday. They didn't even offer expedite shipping.
I had ordered before I read reviews. The reviews made me a bit nervous but I am very happy with results. I ordered my hair on Monday and received on Thursday with no problems. I received just what I ordered and in very good condition. Will be ordering more. Thanks Hairsisters!
I ordered 2 wigs from this website on 10/31/2010. I have not received the wigs as of 1/15/2011. No one from customer service will return my calls. I tried to contact the company via website and email and to no avail. This is the worst website ever.
I ordered from hair sisters twice. And got my order about a week later. Shipping is sort of high. But I did get my items and I was pleased. I will order some time in the future and hope to get my items on time.
I always buy my wigs from this company. My order always comes on time and fast. Shipping is very fast. My wigs were always in great condition. I'm shocked to see all these bad reviews. In my opinion best hair company to get your wigs.
First they send me the wrong color. And then tried to make me feel like I was crazy telling me that I ordered the right color when I was looking at a completely different color. Funny thing about it is I ordered the same wig in the same color before so I know that jacked my order up. Then I went back to look at the invoice to see if I ordered the wrong one and I didn't. I am so pissed and I will not be buying from these people again. I wish I could go lower the 1 star and then lower than that.
I am very disappointed in the customer service. They were not pleasant nor were they helpful. I am a long time customer and love the speedy shipment as well as the prices. I live in an area that does not have beauty supply stores, so hairsisters is convenient for me. Their return policy is horrible. I wanted to exchange my recent purchase fie a dufferent color. I was told no exchange and that I had to pay to return the items. I will find another on line beauty supply.
I place an order over the weekend for two items that were to be sent as same day shipping. I did read on the site that the shipping is not done on the weekends. Fine. I assume by Monday which is a business day, that they would process my credit card order and at the very latest my order would be shippied by Tuesday. No such luck! I emailed them a very nice message and they were unprofessional with their response. They told me the item was not ordered until four days later? I told them they are either delusional or have the incorrect account. I still have not received my order and I am putting them on a list of another hair company that I will no longer order from. Why can't these honline hair companies start sticking by their word instead of ripping people off? They make way too much money to be as dysfunctional as they are!

OMG! Ok i didnt have any problem with the processing/shipping time, but when i did receive the hair (goddess natural yaki gold) it was in this little envelope that was too small for the hair, so they folded both packs in half so it would fit! Wth! And Once i got the hair installed, it immediately began to matte. Like immediately. I was super shocked because I got this hair from the beauty supple store ALL the time! But they stopped selling it there so i was forced to come online. This hair also sheds, and when i say sheds, i mean like falls out! Its literally all over the house. Absolutely ridiculous. Ive only had good experiences with goddess natural yaki gold previously and i have been using it for years. NEVER AGAIN HAIRSISTERS!
I was a satisfied hair sisters customers until there was an issue giving me the opportunity to experience just how horrible their customer service is. I will no longer recommend this site to friends or foes for that matter. Their customer service is horrible and unprofessional. I called hairsisters office and left my number for a supervisor to call me back, but instead of calling Lency, a supervisor, emails me back. When customers are having a major issue, I would think the company will call the customer to take care of the matter. Truthfully, a company who cares about their image and wants to provide good customer service would definitely give their customers a call; and not respond to a customers's call with an email. Apparently providing decent customer service is not a priority for this company.

My story-I ordered days ago. Who ever heard of a online shop that doesnt send confirmation e-mails? Seriously you just order, pay and sit there without even an e-mail saying-hey we've received the order-or something close to that. Still waiting. Called today and the attendant actually said the word '$#*!' once on the phone. Yeah if my boss ever heard me say that wghile speaking with a client i can't even imagine what he'd say. Still waiting for the products, lets see what happens. Hope I won't have to wait forever for a refund if i have to cancel. SMH!

I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response to an email I sent their non-existent customer service.
