I wish review sites would allow us to give zero stars because fancy berrie doesn't even deserve ONE. Don't order anything unless you like throwing money away. I should've read the reviews before ordering like I usually do. I slipped this time and am paying for it. First of all, I had an item in my cart and when I went back to the site, the order was automatically placed! I have NEVER had anything like that to happen online. I contacted them to let them know but because I wanted the eyebrow stamp, I let the order proceed. The eyebrow stamp was not waterproof, was complete trash. I contacted them again and they responded quickly to talk about the issue. However, as soon as I said I wanted a refund, NOTHING. They won't respond at all. I lost out this time but never again. Glad it was only $20+. It's a shame that companies like this are allowed to stay up on the internet. Unfortunately, these companies don't care about bad reviews because they've gotten our money already; this is just a warning for others. BUYER BEWARE... STAY AWAY!

In an attempt to save on shipping fees, I thought I could order all of my items from Haute Look and do a price match with Macy's. I followed instructions given by the second rep I talked to (as the first idiot said they don't price match at all) and proceeded to place my order. I called back the next morning and was told to email the screenshot. I proceeded to do that and was given every excuse they could make up on the spot as to why I couldn't be credited the difference. My size wasn't in stock AT THE MOMENT, the sale was no longer on at Macy's, blah blah blah. If I had seen this site first, I would not have placed the order at all. Being a subsidiary of Nordstrom I expected the best! I got the worst.

I ordered two wigs, one for me and one for my mother. I love them both. We both get so many compliments! The ordering process was easy and costumer service was excellent. I had to contact them regarding an issue with a discount not being applied and got a response immediately. The matter was handled promptly and courteously. I
Was hesitant to order because of all the negative reviews but am so glad I did. I willl definitely be ordering more!
