I ordered my hair worth 469 shipping included. On the 29th of may 2018. I have not received any tracking information the status of my irder is written placed on their website. Ihave sent them an email, sent tgem a message on Facebook and Instagram but I have not received any information from customers service. I even noticed that they have disabled the messenger button on their Facebook page. Or aleast I cant contact them through Facebook anymore. I am dissatisfied, dissapointed and wondering if I will ever recieve my order or have they become scammers?
Hello, this is my first time to order from this website, everything went well until the tracking info read just processing for almost a week bt never got a confirmation email from them which i thought was strange. So i emailed them to find out whats going on with my order, they emailed me back after abt 3days that it was out of stock, that i could either opt to wait for a week or 2 or cancel. I opted to wait, its 3weeks since then. Tracking info... still reading processing! I really hope i get it this month otherwise if i had read this site b4 i wldnt have place the order with them. So am waiting to see what happens from now...
The hair I'm wearing in this pic is from this company. I have never had any issues since I've been buying since 2010. I received all my shipments even tho sometimes when I order large quantities I received it in two or more shipments which is umderstandable, they have always thrown something extra in. In my opinion you get what you pay for. If I had read the reviews before I started buying I wouldn't have taken the chance but I know better and one thing I've learned in Live is that you cannot please everyone. I highly recommend this website( Hair Sisters). I don't have to worry about being scammed when I place an order here, its safe and secure.
I live in Ireland so I wanted to order two wigs, one of which I needed in 2 weeks! I found the shipping to Ireland cheapest on this website. I was really afraid to order after reading all the negative reviews but I put everything into God's Hands and ordered anyway. Thank God I did!
I ordered my wig on the 5th of May (both wigs were same day shipping) and it arrived on the 15th May. Despite me ordering after the same day order time, it still shipped that very day and I was notified immediately. The customer service replied an email I sent to them that very day that same day! I was able to track my shipping the whole time through FedEx and I knew exactly when it was coming. It came by the estimated delivery date. It was one of the best decisions I ever made! Very happy!
I ordered hair from this compant a week and a half before needed. I received an order confirmation but never received a shipping confirmation. I emailed the company to find out when they were going to ship my items they waited two days to reply and then told me one of one of the two items that I had ordered we're not in stock I told them I emailed you days ago that I needed the order in a couple more days. They said they could not get it in enough time so the next thing I got was a cancelled order this is very upsetting as I have a hair appointment and now I do not have the supplies I need to do my hair.
I made a account and successfully logged in and out ok. When it was time to process the order my order I got the run around. Hair sisters Happily took my credit card information then all of a sudden it was like it wouldn't process. The site redirected me with a opps something didnt go right on their part. Thats not it upon login it seems as if i didnt even make a account! Im overly confused, Im starting to think this site is a set up.
Hello Tondeliah, The reason as to why you'e received the oops screen in because you did not validate your account that you've just created on 11/19/17. Immediately after you create an account we send you an email asking you to validate your account, that was not done. Also we've never accepted your card information because you've never validated your account. If you account is not validated the system will not allow you to navigate to card information screen.
Never order from hair sisters they are a scam. I order some hair from them and i never recieved it. Post office unable to tell where the package was delivered. When i call hair sister the girl Christina telling me u suppose walk and knock of my neighbors doors n look for my packages. Hair sisters refused to give me a refund or send out a new order. Their solution is for me to want 30 days for post office to complete a investigation as if they had to wait 30 days for my payment. Everytime i call its always a girl name Christina that answer the phone who claim she doesnt have a last name. I ask to speak to a manager and what my luck that the manager name is Monique with no last name and unavailable both times i try to speak eith her
My friends and I ordered a bunch of things for hairsisters and it took so long to deliver and when it did it was sent back. We tried calling them to let them know what else could be done for us to get it back and we were told it'll cost an extra $10 to resend it. Instead of resending the hair stuff, we were refunded a ridiculous amount without our consent and nothing else could be done! We were told to re-order! Being the first time I used it, it was a very painful experience.
Today i went on hairsister website to buy some hair but then i noticed that they free shipping went up about 59 so u have to buy 59 worth of hair or wigs so it have to be close to 59 or over for u to get free shipping or pay with out free shipping it will be 12 something for shipping i believe the are getting ridiculous with this but some people don't want to pay 59 worth of stuff just to get free shipping but i remember when i first bought some hair from hair sisters they shipping was cheap between 19 from 30 and 49 and they started to have coupons for ur order and i'm very disappointed that they free shipping price went up
I order 2 half wigs from Hair Sister and did not like them so I went on their web sight and did what I needed to do to let them know I was returning the wigs, I sent the wigs back and they confirmed that they recieved the wigs back but never gave me a refund for them so they got their merchandise back and my money too,. I call several times but could never speak to anyone. They lost a good customer will never order from them again.
This sight has truly gotten a bad rap for poor customer service. But I just recieved my order today after a 3 day wait. I was pleasantly surprised to recieve my order today with my new sassy Brandy wig and a few hair supplies. I am glad I did'nt cancel my order after reading all those terrible reviews. Improve your customer service order confirmation process and you might not get soo many bad reviews. Thx for being good to me.
I am a Business Owner, and have been using Hair Sisters for YEARS. I know for a FACT, that the easiest way to lose revenue and loyal customers is to insult the people who make your paycheck. Meeka, just last week argued with me after I called to check stats of my order. She also called me a LIAR, stating the reason she CANCELLED my ordet without authorization was because... and I quote her..."I can cancel orders whenever I want to". Really? Who does this? This young girl does not know the value of good customer service. I REORDERED my supplies but have not yet received an order number or confirmation of such. She seems to be intercepting my orders now! I have a business to run here. She is not helping. This job is not a good fit for her.

Well I have been using Hair sisters website for about 7-8 years I must say that I'm shocked to hear such bad reviews, only once there was an issue with my order, what I ordered was on back order so I canceled my order and all my money was refunded within the next two days. It's unfortunate that some you had bad experiences with this company I would encourage you to try again they are really not that bad just make sure you read all disclaimers about refunding and canceled orders.
After my order, they stated that the weather created a problem with shipping. I asked them to cancel, and received an email that they were canceling my order and refunding my money within three days. After a week they had not refunded my money and stated they were shipping my order. I wrote them to refund my money with no reply. After another week I filed a complaint with PayPal with no response from them. I upgraded my complaint and still no response.
I ordered 12 packs of weaving hair which I paid for. When I received the order there were only 9 and the order contained 2 wig caps that I didn't order. In addition to being shorted 3 packs of hair, all the bundles were the wrong color. I contacted customer service immediately and explained the problem. I was asked to provide pictures of the copy of the packing invoice, shipping label on the box as well as the color of weave. I complied with the requests.
When I received a refund, I was only credited for 9 packages. Customer Service said the dispute was not found in my favor so they would not credit the full order. I lost a total of $49.00 [I had to pay for the return of the order + the cost of the 3 missing bundles of hair which I paid for].
I can't believe that this company has the ability to basically steal from customers.It has been less then a pleasant experience dealing with this company. Not to mention a pricey one. Won't ever be doing business with therm again.
This company takes way too long to ship their orders. Are they going to China to get their stock? I ordered 2 half wigs on a Sunday and according to their policy it takes 3 days to process the order prior to shipment. On the fourth day, I expected an email with tracking information that my items had shipped, instead I got an email that my order was being cancelled and that a refund had been issued to me. I called hairsisters.com and a rep stated that the items were on backorder and that they had sent me an email letting me know that they would have to cancel and issue a refund. I checked my email and junk email and there wasn't any correspondence received from this company. I detest bad customer service. I won't be using this company again.
I ordered my hair on 01/18/2016 and got my hair 01/22/2016. Its exactly what I ordered and right on time for my birthday. The hair I ordered it usually $245 at my local hair store so when I seen it on their website for $74 for 6bundles I couldn't pass that up. The reviews scared me up a little but I took my chances and couldn't be my ecstatic. I'm only giving 4 stars because my tracking number was incorrect.

Why did they act like I can use the October coupon code and when i tried it accepted it and right BEFORE I went to pay it kept switching to the regular full price.! What! Bait and switch stay away. Iordered from them twice and both times i had to have money credited back to my account because they let people buy items that aren't even in stock! Why would you let me order something you don't even have? I ordered 5 items and you mean to tell me you only have one of them in stock? Gtfoh! Scammers! Never again!

Answer: Unfortunately, they are still in business. I would not recommend ordering from them. I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response to an email I sent their non-existent customer service. They responded to that complaint withing 24 hours, my other email from nearly a week ago went unanswered.
